This spacious five bedroom home, each bedroom complete with full bath, is located in the Solamere neighborhood of lower Deer Valley Resort. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the kitchens and bathrooms were clean. Location is great to deer valley and wifi was good enough for a couple people to do work.
Only thing that could have improved our stay was the hot water, as it went out a couple of times when multiple people were showering. Somewhat to be expected.

The property is beautiful and the location is 5 minutes from DV. The home is very comfortable with large bedrooms and strong showers. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We appreciated the late checkout so we could squeeze in another day of skiing and relax before our flight.
The management company (Alpine) was not easy to work with.
We have stayed at many VRBOs at various ski resorts, and a family fireplace room is one of our main criteria in choosing a home. After a cold day of skiing, warming up next to a fireplace is something we look forward to every trip and sharing our stories of the day while drinking hot coco. The fireplace did not work during our stay. When we arrived on our first day, we complained and was told someone would come the next day to fix it. This story repeated itself every day, and the fireplace was never fixed. Eventually, we were told that the fireplace has not been working for a while, definitely not working prior to our stay. We should have been informed prior to our stay of this, or at least be told the first day we complained. Instead, we had to call and manage this issue the entire time. It was suggested we use the small electric fireplace in one of the bedrooms. However, a couple was staying in that bedroom, and it did not make sense for the kids and other couples to gather in someone else's bedroom.
Also, the previous guests' garbage and overflowing bins greeted us on our first day. It was smelly and not a good first impression. It took two days for the management to pick up the garbage.
Lastly, we expected the kitchen to be better stocked. There was no sugar or coffee filters. Minor inconveniences, but it was the first time we have ever stayed at a vrbo where these basic kitchen supplies were not provided. Even a starter kit would have been appreciated.
Our calls/texts to the management were also not returned in a timely manner.
Overall, the location and room comfort were great. However, we were disappointed in the overall services/management of the property and would choose another property with better management. Deer Valley ski trips are very expensive, including the housing. For this price, we expected better service, especially after a long day of skiing when everyone is tired.

Check in was a little worrisome as they gave directions to wrong address, but on call was super helpful. Received 2-3 ft of snow over 3 days and this house was perfect place to ring in the New Year. Ideal location for skiing deer valley. we would rent this property in the future if available. thank you!!

We loved this property! Location is perfect. Each room has its own bathroom, plenty of central space for large groups. Great yard for playing in the snow. Loved the hot tub! Tony bent over backwards to help make sure that our stay in Park City was a total success!

The property is located a very short distance from Deer Valley Ski Resort and close to downtown Park City. So, it is super conveniently located for skiing, film fest, summer hiking. The house easily accommodates 5 couples with 5 en suite bathrooms. There are bunk beds and extra sleep spaces in several bedrooms for kids. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, dishes, pots and pans, cookware. The huge outdoor hot tub was fabulous on cold, snowy nights! The large gas fireplace set the scene for putting together puzzles or watching movies.
Just a note for future travelers, the main bedroom shower/bath area would be very challenging for a senior to use as it has a high wall to step over, however, there are several other bathrooms with walk-in showers. The living room/dining furniture and window blinds were a little worse for wear, and cleaning could have been more thorough, especially for the price. There were several maintenance issues when we arrived, however, the owner and property management team quickly took care of critical ones. Overall, these issues did not affect our stay and we would recommend this house for large family or multiple couples.

Awesome house for large group
This house was great for our large group of adults and kids ages 12-5. Nice that each bedroom has attached bath, the carpet in the bathroom was a bit odd but throwback to the 80s. Loved the location of the hot tub just one step from the sliding glass door. Plenty of room in the attached garage. A few things that could be addressed include the tv didn’t work, dishwasher was missing the bottom section organizer and some of the lights in bedrooms/bathrooms were out. Being 5 mins from Deer Valley was awesome. We would stay here again.

Excellent Ski Vacation Home
Our ski group of 10 had an excellent time staying at Tony’s place. 5 bedrooms are spacious, the house is very clean and cozy. The house is only 5 minutes away from Park City so it’s ideal for skiing or visiting the beautiful town, and then relaxing in the hot tub. 5/5 overall experience!

Great Property Great Location
This was a great property in a great location. The host Tony was great with communication. The only thing I would recommend is some upgrades in the technology. Most of the TV's did not work and most TV's were older which made it hard to stream.

Great location. House needs a little fixing up
We came with 8 people total in the group, I would definitely say the max occupancy of 14 would be extremely tight. Many of the lightbulbs were out, one of the showers didn’t work, and the place could desperately use some renovation…but it is great for group ski trips, etc in a lovely deer valley location.

Great family ski vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this Deer Valley home. The check-in process was not smooth, but after getting access to the house everything was simply corduroy! Be aware, check-in for the home is not until 4:00p and the property management office does not keep regular hours. (I.e. closes at/before 5:00p) Great house = Great Location!

Convenient but lacking
Upon arrival, one of the bathrooms had not been flushed and the seat was still up. The bedrooms only received a few channels and the livingroom TV cable went in and out on programming. The house was set at 80 on all thermostats and the fireplace would t turn off, requiring maintenance to keep us up until 11pm. The garage door opener didn’t work and the front key didn’t open the door without exertion ( thought the key was going to break off). Thank goodness we had a key code because the management property was closed and the phones went unanswered.
One of the upstairs bedrooms was locked. When maintenance came against the second day for the fireplace we asked them to unlock the bedroom. That room was not even cleaned, this we were down one room.
The GFCI was tripped in the kitchen which slipped us up the first morning when none of the kitchen appliances worked.
Despite these hiccups, the overall stay was pleasant, just glad we didn’t need all off the rooms/bathrooms.

Great location and size of house
The house was really close to everything in park city and the size of the house accommodated everyone well. My only critiques are the check in process of having to go to an office before the house and the house is a little outdated with technology. No speaker system for music and tv is old and difficult to use. Other than that this place is great!

Beautiful neighborhood and great location for getting to skiing and Park City to shop. The house accommodated 9 people comfortably. We enjoyed the large family room and dining area. The house needs some updating, but overall a great family ski home!

A quick get away for Labor day
This is our first time with VRBO. We wanted a quick get away for Labor Day weekend for our family and their littles. The 5 bedroom with 5 bathrooms were just perfect! The kitchen and dining area made it very convenient to gather for meals and fun and games. The trails behind the home made it perfect to take the littles on. The hot tub was enjoyed by all as well as the deck. The beautiful trees and scenery made it perfect! I would highly recommend this location. We want to come stay again. It was a great way to enjoy the Laborday weekend.

celebrating the 4th in Park City
Very Nice house, 4 en suite bathrooms. The refrigerator broke while we were there on the holiday, notified the property management. They had a service associate there within an hour. They were unable to repair it because of the holiday, but dropped off half a dozen bags of ice. We were able to use the refrigerator as an ice box, kind of a drag, but it is all that could be done under the circumstances.

Excellent stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in this home. We had 3 families and the size of the home was perfect. The location was very convenient to all in Park Cuty. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. My son even forgot his blanket and they went and looked for it and mailed it back right away. I would recommend this home to anyone. The hot tub was also amazing!!

Nice rental
Perfect location although I would not consider this a "walk to the shuttle," it is at least 1/4 of a mile. Not ideal with ski gear. Rent a car, we had three which fit perfectly in garage/driveway. House was newly carpeted, which was great but a little odd to see carpeting around the toilets. Rooms are big, plenty of space for our family of 12. Management company was very attentive to our needs. Shopping, spa, restaurants all close enough. We had a great time.

Nice place
Roofers were at house working on it during our first and last day there, which isn't really cool. Also, property manager felt the need to remind us of the importance of checking out on time our first day there. A "Hey, now that you've arrived, don't forget to get out of here on time" kind of a vibe. The place itself had a few oddities but was overall nice. Had to go to a rental company to get keys and drop them off, but they were very friendly and accommodating.

Great family space in the living room
This property owner went out of his way to accommodate our trip dates so it was great right from the beginning. It's very close to Deer Valley ski resort and only a short drive from town as well.
The house is big and there is a large dining room table and great big comfortable couch and leather chairs with ottoman in the living room in front of a cozy gas fireplace - our entire party could hang out in that room - and there were 10 of us. Most of the rooms were spacious too.
The bathrooms were a little bit dated but the kitchen was updated and nice. If you plan to use the bunk bed room, be aware that there are no dressers in there, so for our party it was a bit difficult because the guests staying in that room had nowhere to unpack their clothes and that bathroom is small considering that several people would use it. It's fine for kids but adults would probably feel cramped.
We had an issue with one toilet and Alpine Ski Properties was out in a flash to fix it. The hot tub was also spacious and was also covered so that you don't have snow or rain on your head while you are in it. All in all I thought it was a nice property and a very good experience. I would definitely stay here again if I had 8 people and didn't need the bunk beds room. Great property owner and management company.
One tip on visiting Park City: don't overbuy groceries on the first day - we bought too much and left a bunch for the housekeeping staff because we hated to throw out unopened boxes. The grocery store is not far so if you need to run back out for something, it's easy to do.

Fantastic stay, impeccable and well stocked home, slept 8 singles very comfortably
I spent 3 days here with a group of 8 graduate school friends. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove and plenty of pots/pans, utensils and smallwares. The living room area is large with a fireplace and cable TV. Only a 10 minute drive to the Park City Mountain lifts as well. I would stay here again.

Great house for larger group
We had 11 people and this house was great for a group that size. There were 3 very large bedrooms with king beds, one room with a queen bed and one with 4 twin beds. All bedrooms had their own bathroom. The living area had a very large table that easily sat all of us. We cooked all of our dinners at the house and the kitchen was very well stocked. The family room also easily handled all of us and had a fireplace. We used the hot tub daily after skiing as it was right off the kitchen area. And the location was great. We seemed to be traveling against the local traffic most of the time as we went to Park City and Snow basin. Park City was very close by as was Deer Valley. The house was very clean when we arrived and all that was required to leave was the return of the house key and garage door opener to the management group which was on our way to the airport. This was my first VRBO experience and I would definitely do it again.
