This home can alternately be leased at the guest's option as a 4 bedroom 4 bath which includes the guest apartment (with separate kitchen, living room and laundry) for an additional $95.00/night.

With fresh, beachy Old-Florida decor, it is in one of the most desirable locations on the west coast of Florida, St. Armands Circle. The 200 foot wide canal is open to the Sarasota Bay and Gulf of Mexico, with private dock to access your fishing or paddle boarding adventure or anchor your kayak, wave runner or boat rental. Walk 200 yards to St. Armands for dinner or night out, before returning to a lighted heated pool and spa to end the evening. The pool deck is complete with recliners, chairs and a dining table for real outdoor living. Retire to comfy new beds which will insure a blissful sleep to start the new day. Visit this home once and you will return!

There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton/Siesta. These are just a few of the many treasures and cultural events..Benderson Park, Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, Florida?s Largest Wildlife Rescue / Rehabilitation Center with the Pelican Man, Selby Botanical Gardens, Museum of the Circus, Children's fountain at Island Park, Myakka River and Park, Ed Smith Stadium Sport Complex, Sarasota Ballet (Oct-Apr), Van Wezel Performing Arts, Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Opera House, The Asolo Theatre, and Players Theatre. Leisure time can be spent on shops, galleries, golfing, tennis, ice skating, water sports like; fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, diving, jet skis, water skiing or leisure boating. You can spend the entire day at our famous St. Armands Circle with its award winning indoor or outdoor dining, upscale shopping, and galleries.

CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire duration of said reservation, we will refund all money except for 18% of the rent for administrative fees. Boaters please note if you plan to dock a boat at the house;  In order to exit the canal and enter Sarasota Bay, you will have to clear the Ringling Relief located under south Blvd of the Presidents. Florida Department of Transportation has charted a MHW (Mean High Water) of 9 feet. This is not the actual clearance at all times and will fluctuate with the tides.
There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of
30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premisis.

Please note there is no parking on the street unless in a designated parking area. Tickets will be issued by parking enforcment.
