A few reminders about Sea Pines: No RV's (which include Mercedes), no boats, trailers, motorcycles or Electric Bikes/scooters are allowed. No tents can be left overnight on the beach, no private wedding at property or on the beach. Sea Pines is a natural habitat, we have gators, coyotes, snakes, deer and others. Vehicles have the right away not pedestrians or bikers. Please be aware of your surroundings. Sea Pines charges $10 for any delivery (groceries, Uber eats, Grub Hub) Uber is allowed.
