This private and spacious suite is the perfect place for enjoying your vacation. Located in the bottom floor of a private home this suite has a private entrance through the side of the house. Conveniently located at the base of the mountains and within walking distance to Coors, charming Downtown Golden and Natural Grocers, this suite has everything you need to feel all the comforts of home. Red Rocks is only a 15 minute drive from the house making it a great location if you're looking to see your favorite band at Red Rocks, the best venue in the world. The School of Mines is about a 2 minute drive and 15 minute walk to the suite. Colorado boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and with the closest ski slopes only 45 minutes away and lots of hiking, biking and tubing to be explored, this is a spot for adventure that shouldn't be missed! We allow dogs for a one time non refundable fee of $50. License Number: BCA-41935 Occupancy of the unit is limited to five (5) unrelated persons.

We loved Heidi’s place and found it to be just as it was presented on the Vrbo website. It was very neat and clean and very well equipped. It was within walking distance to downtown Golden. Heidi responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as advertised. There was a small hiccup as the cleaning crew did not clean from the prior guest. We spoke with Heidi right away, she was super responsive and took care of the situation quickly and professionally.

I could not have been happier with our experience. Very cozy stay and good wifi and location to Golden. We couldn’t be more grateful having been allowed to bring our pups with us and letting us stay through Christmas Day. It also snowed Christmas Eve and was a beautiful view! Thank you again I would definitely recommend this place

Our hosts, Heidi provided numerous extras in her rental suite, qtips, blow dryers, shampoo, coffee, spices, etc. We would definitely book this suite again, the location was perfect for our family. Suite was very clean. The only negative things were the couch is very uncomfortable and needs replaced, I would replace with a small sectional as if there were four adults renting the unit, there's not enough seating available. The rental is also very loud during the day with the upstairs noise but we expected that. During sleeping hours and early morning, it was very quiet. Loved this rental!

Nice sized apartment with room to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor space before the snow came! Good neighborhood to walk in and easy access by car or walking to downtown Golden. The lighting is all overhead in the living/dining/kitchen area and a few lamps would be useful.

A big 2 bedroom apartment. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the backyard. Older unit but very clean and comfortable beds. We very much enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

We were in town for a wedding and had our grandchild for a night so having place with bedrooms was nice. Place was clean and reasonably quiet. Curb appeal to lawn could improve kind of scares you when you drive up. But was better than it looked.

Our stay was very comfortable and the space was a lot larger than expected. We had our furry companions with us and the neighborhood was perfect for walking them. Views of the mountains all around us made it relaxing. Coffee was provided and kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Special touches by the owners made it seem like they truly care. We were not bothered by noise or neighbors. We will be back in December and will stay again if available.

Heidi's guest suite was great! It was just as advertised: nice quiet neighborhood, clean, super comfy bed, cozy kitchen with lots spices & condiments to use. She was super responsive when we had questions and her recommendations were awesome! ✨️ The next we head out this way, we'll definitely stay here again.

The Space: Clean, comfortably furnished, w/home - like amentities, plenty of storage for belongings, a creative decor--I particularly appreciated blackout curtains, king-sized mattress/body pillows in master bedroom, long - lasting hot water re showers, ability to easily control temp. of unit & high quality/efficacy of washer/dryer. Location= quiet/safe neighborhood within walking distance of grocery/natural food store/s...also quite close to center of downtown Golden. We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. Heidi was very responsive to our questions while we were there. I definitely would stay there again next time I’m in Golden.

location was wonderful, beautiful and relaxing. we loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing the beautiful mountains. the only changes that would make it more perfect would be a new queen mattress, springs were uncomfortable, and curtains for small window.

Great simple place to stay for a few of us to experience Red Rocks and Golden. Well appointed house in a great location. Agree with another review that suggested an additional curtain in the smaller bedroom. But all in all exactly what we were looking for.

We loved our stay. The location is close to downtown and close to the hiking trails to Table Mountain. Our dog loved it as well. The hosts were very helpful and easy to reach. The beds were also very comfortable. I'd recommend it.

Heidi was super communicative and easy to work with leading up to our stay. The place was perfect for us, plenty of room, close to Golden (you HAVE to get Bonfire Burritos if you stay here), and nice touches to make you feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a few days and found the stay to be very cozy. We had our pup with us, and it is a great neighborhood with a beautiful view to walk around in. It is also a great location if you are going to a concert at Red Rocks, it was a short 15 minute drive to the venue. Also its a great location to check out the town of Golden. As others have noted this is a basement apartment so the owners are upstairs and you can hear the movement. It didn't ruin our stay by any means just be aware of that. It was overall a great stay, it had everything we needed for the week. Thank you!

Nice cozy apartment. Our family stayed here while getting our son moved into his dorm. We were able to quickly reach the Colorado School Mines campus by car and not a bad walk to get to town. A bonus was a great burrito place just up the road. Easy check in and check out procedures.

Very clean. Great location for Red Rocks and exploring downtown/central Golden. Safe neighborhood within short walking distance to grocery, restaurants and other shopping. Park nearby. Another review mentioned something about noise from above/upstairs, so I almost didn't book this place because I'm sensitive to that. But other than a couple bumps here and there, it was really quiet...didn't bother us at all. Private entry and patio area were appreciated. The complimentary bottle of red wine was a nice touch. We would visit again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Location can't be beat. Super close to downtown Golden. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking the dogs. Unit is really spacious and very well-stocked. Super comfy bed, lots of blankets. Note, this is a downstairs unit so there is noise from above if you're at all sensitive to that (floors are pretty squeaky) but the location and roominess of the unit, in my opinion, is a great value!

Overall great experience. Great location - nice view of Lookout Mountain and South Table (close to trailheads). Easy to get downtown. Bottle of wine and Growler were nice touches. Very dog friendly! Couple of minor issues. 1) the overhead light in the family area is very harsh. Consider a lower watt bulb with a warmer color. 2) the baseboard heaters make a lot of popping noises. Will definitely consider staying here again!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet. Bed was really comfy. Had everything we needed. Really hot water in the shower which was great after a late cold night at Red Rocks. We arrived after dark and it was still easy to find. Took the dog for a walk in the morning and the views are great. Would definitely come back.
