Welcome to our Custom Waterfront LAKE HOUSE! A fresh remodel, this house is fulled with craftsmanship. Perfect for families- our bunk room alone will sleep 8 people comfortably! With a large stocked kitchen, spacious dining, large great room, and gorgeous deck with lake views and seating, this house has it all. Enjoy the lake, sun, & swimming on our large boat dock in the backyard. Located right off of the main canal, there is prime access to Lake Hamilton! Start your Hot Springs stay with us!
Our house is very spacious with an interior aesthetic of a house tucked in the Colorado mountains and an outdoor landscape of the lake right in the backyard!
Master Bedroom- King bed, separate exit to the backyard, closet, shared bathroom with bunk room that has a toilet, shower, two sinks, and storage.
Second Bedroom- King bed, attached bathroom, closet, deck access.
Third bedroom- 2 queen beds, deck access
Bunk room- 2 sets of 3-high bunk beds, 2 more twins (8 twins total)
All of our mattresses are extra plush, very comfy, and the bedding has a high thread count for your ultimate comfort.
Each room has a SMART TV, Amazon Echo Show screen / alarm, and an exit door / access to the deck or outside. You can watch regular channels or log into the streaming service of your choice for entertainment.

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!
Come enjoy a getaway with ease of access to desirable Hot Springs, and a property that is setup for a perfect stay!
Guests have sole access to the house, driveway, dock area. Use our dock to park your boat for your stay. Swim off of the dock right in the quiet cove- this is the perfect place for lake swimming and lake access. You can park the boat trailer in the driveway or in the upper driveway parking. There is room for two cars to park in the carport, the rest can park just above that in the driveway parking or outside of the carport.

The Summertime Bay neighborhood is a very quiet and serene neighborhood located about 1 mile off of Central Avenue. Very rarely are there such beautiful (and big, at that) houses in such a calm, beautiful, secluded neighborhood. This neighborhood rests right on a point on the lake, and right out of the cove is the beautiful main canal of Lake Hamilton- with Marinas, boat gas stations, and restaurants all within a short distance! The house offers a nice yard area, along with a beautiful porch that overlooks Lake Hamilton. With accommodations, entertainment, and comfort for all, this house is unbeatable! Unlike many other lake neighborhoods, the houses in this neighborhood are not on top of each other, making for a peaceful, secluded stay. The house is on a street that is very calm, safe, and hardly any cars what-so-ever. This house is within only a short driving distance to all that Hot Springs has to offer!
Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs!
There is only room for 2-3 cars near the garage as it is a tight turn-around space. Once you arrive, there is extra parking on the upper right side of the driveway.
There is a pontoon boat stored in one stall of the dock. Please do not access or mess with this boat as it is not for guest use. There is still another slip for your use, and you can use anything else on the dock.
This is a NON-SMOKING house. A penalty of $150.00 will be charged for failure to abide by the NON-SMOKING POLICY.
NO PETS are allowed in this unit. A penalty of $150.00 will be charged for failure to abide by the NO-PET POLICY.

Our family meets every year at hot springs. We’ve rented about 8 different lake houses on lake Hamilton. We even got married at one. This house was definitely top 3. It had everything we needed. Neighbors were nice. Dock was decent. AC was awesome. The showers were great! I can’t think of a reason why we wouldn’t rent here again. The driveway is steep but there is parking up top if you aren’t comfortable. Beautiful place. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay until we were loading the pontoon and we were walking down the stone stairs .The second step has a stone missing! My daughter stepped on the edge where the stone SHOULD BE!!! She fell down the rest of the steps and tore her arm up, injuring her ankle and twisting her knee. .Ruined her vacation and mine because I had to take care of her.No first aid kit. Made a call to management and was told they couldn’t help us. We definitely need a do over . It’s been 3 weeks and she has scarring and redness .

Hood over oven needed cleaning badly. None of the back doors lock! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware. Bathrooms were amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Lake Hamilton Lake House
This beautiful water front home absolutely exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully decorated and views of the lake from every room! The kitchen is a Chef’s dream and with that grill and Viking appliances it was simply amazing! The fenced in yard was a bonus with two toddlers under 4! Beautiful house in a calm cove!
This house is spacious and gorgeous. The dock provided a great place to swim or fish. The water was calm and clear. Our whole family had plenty of room, and the two tables meant that lots of games could go on at the same time. It has an ice machine which was a nice feature. The only issue was the bunk beds. There is not much room between them, and my grandkids bumped their heads several times.

Perfect place to gather with friends and enjoy lake views
7 of us gathered together to celebrate a friends 70th birthday and an early celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary as these friends were also at our wedding! My friends love to cook and were very impressed with the kitchen. I loved the quality of the towels and the fabulous baths. Plenty of comfy chairs for conversation and game table for the guys to play cribbage! Can’t wait to come back!

Our group of six adults stayed for a long weekend in this beautiful home. We loved the layout with bedrooms on one end of the house and living areas/kitchen on the other. The decor is lovely. Everything is top quality from furnishings to appliances to linens. We were truly impressed. And we loved the deck! What a perfect place to relax! We hope to be back next year!

Perfect lakeside house
We were definitely not disappointed with this home! My family of 5 and our friends' family of 4 had a perfect weekend getaway with plenty of room to spread out in this large home. We had beds to spare and plenty of bathroom space. Everything was clean, well stocked, and easy to find. The house was in a fantastic location. The neighborhood was quiet and having the dock within steps of the house was amazing! The five kids (ages 9-14) spent hours swimming around the dock and the adults enjoyed relaxing and watching them play. The house is very close to restaurants and shopping so it's easy to grab whatever you need while you are there. We have all said that we would love to be able to make this an annual trip and we would stay in this house again in a heartbeat.

Great Location and Wonderful House
The house is wonderfully laid out. The living room and kitchen are separated from the bedrooms. The rooms are nice with plenty of room. The back deck is spectacular. We spent most of our days on the boat dock fishing for sun perch and swimming. We brought our SUP, which was perfect for the location. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away. Highly recommended.

There were only two of us but could accommodate many more if you wanted. Nice large deck and lawn area. Grill is great for eating outside. Perfect for a lakeside retreat!
