Welcome to our spacious townhouse in the beautiful Fraser River valley. Enter through the ground-floor GARAGE where you can pack and unpack out of the weather or offload and store bikes after a great ride. Walk up to the second floor where you will enjoy a Stunning View of Byer's Peak from the living area and Balcony with GasGrill. The Living area has comfortable seating, HDTV (Cable, Sonos speakers, DVD, FREE WI-FI), wood-burning fireplace (FREE firewood!) in 2-story rock wall, dining area (seats 8), and well-equipped kitchen (Fully-Stocked honor Pantry). Behind kitchen is a bunk room (sleeps 3) with another TV and NEW UPDATED bathroom. The third floor has the king bedroom with private NEW UPDATED bath and balcony, queen bedroom/loft with private NEW UPDATED bath, and laundry facilities. We also have a port-a-crib. The shared, year round pool, hot tubs, and sauna are a quick walk away (100 yards), along with racquetball, tennis (in season), hoops, and workout area.
The town of Winter Park and downhill ski area are just a few miles away. This is a great spot for one family to stretch out, or for two families to spend great time together. No noise from upstairs or downstairs neighbors.
Recent upgrades include all new windows and doors (no drafts), new mattresses, remodeled bathrooms, new couch, and new 47-inch TV in the living room.
If you want ski-in/ski-out, this is not the place for you. But, if you want the full mountain experience accessible to you, you will love this condo and this location! Skiing is convenient to us, but so are many other things! Our living room and front balcony offer stunning views of Byers peak and sunsets. In the summer, take advantage of hiking, fishing, and mountain biking. If the weather is bad, work out in the Clubhouse where you can also enjoy a swim, a soak in the hot tub, or a game of racquetball. Sometimes there is almost too much to do. But if you want to do nothing, you can just sit back and enjoy the great view from two stories of windows in the living room in front of a crackling fire. Skiing opportunities abound at nearby Winter Park and Mary Jane. Cross country skiing is also excellent with back country trails nearby and groomed trails at Snow Mountain Ranch and Devil's Thumb Ranch. Spread out with one family, or have fun with two families.
You can leave your car behind when you go alpine skiing at Winter Park (6 miles away) or Mary Jane or go into Winter Park using the convenient shuttle bus that stops 50 yards from the townhouse. You will have access to the Clubhouse (1 block away) that has year-round outdoor swimming and hot tubs, fitness area, racquetball, and tennis (seasonal). There are many restaurants to enjoy in Winter Park and just down the hill in Fraser. Or take advantage of our fully outfitted kitchen with fully-stocked (honor--please restock what you use) pantry and condiments in the fridge. Groceries are available about a mile away, but you don't need to go there for flour or sugar. We have that, and more, stocked.

It was over the MLK weekend, which happened to be the location for an epic snowstorm which dropped 52 inches in the Winter Park area. So much snow fell that it impacted travel conditions. The owners were INCREDIBLY kind and gracious and worked with us to handle an additional day of accomodations due to the Berthoud Pass closure. The condo was beautiful, clean and more than enough space for a party of three adults and three kids. The Meadow Ridge location is ideal for proximity to slopes and the Town of Winter Park. The amenities offered by the Meadow Ridge community is only steps away.
We are very grateful to the kind owners and the the time we spent there during such a heavy storm weekend. Five stars!

Great property! Plenty of room for our family. Loved Frazier, the proximity to the lakes and RMNP worked great for us. The owners were awesome to work with and are GREAT hosts! Next time we head for the mountains, we'll definitely book this home again!

Katie and Warren Day's condo was such a nice place to stay for our ski vacation. Everything is so organized in the kitchen and the condo just has a comfortable feel! This is our second year to stay at this condo and we would recommend it to anyone. I love having the garage to keep our car snow free and the drive to Winter Park Resort or to Granby is painless.

Great property in super location. Hosts were awesome and the property had tons of nice touches throughout. Really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, welcome snacks and wine, and the ability to use the clubhouse. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting an amazing getaway to the Winter Park area.

We could not have imagined a more picturesque view from our cozy VRBO.
The home it self was just perfect for our family of 6 adults. The amenities were great! I never imagined being nice and toasty in a hot tub while it was gently snowing. The entire stay was amazing! We would come back in a heart beat!
The hosts were very easy to communicate with as well and left us a sweet treat upon arrival!

A most wonderful ski property.
Warren and Katie Day's property was so very nice. The location(close to resort, grocery stores, restaurants) was the best. The condo had everything we needed and things were so organized it was easy to "put back" in the right spot. I would recommend this property for anyone planning a winter or summer vacation to Winter Park.

Perfect holiday retreat
This is a beautiful condo with three brand new bathrooms and a super comfortable sectional leather couch was the perfect place for us to stay w our three teenagers for a holiday getaway. The tv has movie like sound. The beds are very plush. The owners stock laundry supplies bathroom soaps and basic pantry items. It’s a half mile down the hill to Safeway grocery. No complaints just wonderful. We skied for 3 days (short drive to winter park resort) and snow tubed as well (a mile away) - would definitely stay here again if available!

Best Christmas ever
I traveled by car from Houston to Winter Park with my wife, met my son and daughter at Denver airport and stayed in Winter Park for 1 week during Christmas. It was the perfect white Christmas, with lots of snow. The condo has everything you need, plenty of space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (perfect for our family), beautiful view of the mountains from Kitchen and family room, wood fireplace (plenty of wood provided in the garage), go, od TV with Apple TV and lots of free channels, new leather sofa, good beds. Everything was very clean with some items even pretty new. Two slides to play outside in the snow. Covered garage was a plus. Owner very responsible, even stopping by to see if we need something. Perfect.

We’re a small family group (6).. 3 adults - 3 kids. The condo is small but the owners have it well furnished and stocked with everything we needed for our stay! Very homey! Will definitely consider staying here again!!!

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION
What an amazing stay. Not only was this condo in a perfect location for our trip, but it was BY FAR the most well appointed VRBO we have ever stayed at. Katie and Warren have created such a cozy atmosphere. All the Amenities are provided. From Moose at the back door to the bundles of cut firewood at the ready, this place has it all. If ever available in the future, it would be our first choice. You cannot go wrong. Thanks to Katie and Warren, you'll need for nothing!!

Great long weekend
We had a terrific MLK weekend at this place in Fraser. The location is really good, just up the hill from Safeway and a 10-15 min drive to Winter Park for skiing. The condo is exactly as pictured with updated bathrooms, a very well-stocked kitchen (with a brand new dishwasher), and good wifi. The wood burning fireplace was a nice touch. Everything was very clean and the owners were super responsive about check in plans. The garage is deep but a little on the tight side... not sure if a really big SUV like an Expedition or Suburban would fit.
Overall a great experience, we would definitely return!

Nice Grand County Condo
We had a great stay in Fraser. The condo was everything we needed and would expect for the area. We visit Grand County a few times every year and we would definitely stay again. Having a garage was especially nice in a condo unit too! The only suggestion would be to send GPS coordinates for arrival. Arriving at dark and during snowfall made it a bit challenging since the address won’t map out.

We went for a quick ski trip and loved our stay here! So many nice little extra touches. Wine, snacks, and coffee all there for us upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable and the views were so pretty from balconies. Plenty of room for our family of 5, and we could have slept a few more if needed. Loved having the garage. The location was great as well. We would definitely book again!

Perfect for a family to have their space!
This property was everything we expected and more...from the wood burning fireplace to the beautifully remodeled bathrooms. My family of 4 had more than enough space to spread out comfortably, yet come together to watch movies, play games, and eat! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the master bed was so cozy and comfortable, I could have been content to have just slept in. But the absolute best part was the graciousness of our hosts. We came in on Amtrak, so we had no car. Katie not only accommodated our schedule, she actually drove us to the train station with our luggage after our train got delayed so we didnt have to worry about catching the shuttle. There was also beautiful little care package waiting for us when we arrived with special treats! We would definitely stay again! Thank you to our hosts for their warm and welcoming hospitality. (Fraser/Winter Park is definitely easier with your own transportation, but the shuttle is easy access at this location. Word of recommendation...if you are not avid skiiers or have children who might be learning to ski, Granby Ranch was much cheaper and not a busy place...and a lot of fun. We loved it!! But the shuttle will not get you there...)

The view of Byers is amazing! The clubhouse is close and so cool. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. The fireplace was nice on the chilly nights. There was plenty of space for all of us. Great home and great owners who communicated so well.

Great condo in great location
Katie and Warren are great communicators and great hosts. Their condo is in a great location with wonderful mountain views. The kitchen has everything that you need. Our grand kids loved sliding using the sleds provided in the garage. The garage itself was a nice plus to keep one of our cars inside out of the cold. The clubhouse is close by and has nice hot tubs and a heated pool outside as well as a good exercise facility inside. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Accommodations.... Perfect Location!!!!!
We just came back from a wonderful week in Colorado. Our accommodations were excellent. Yes, it was warm but we took advantage of the cool evenings and all the activities in the surrounding area including the amenities at the clubhouse.
We have used VRBO, Home Away, Air B&B and this condo was, by far, the best equipped. We did not need for anything.
There was plenty of room for the 3 adults and our granddaughters who love their own space. Many nights several of our gang crashed on the large sectional couch watching Netflix and playing video games.
The location was perfect. We took advantage of the activities at Winter Park, spent an entire day at the YMCA of the Rockies, rafted down the upper Colorado river, and explored the Rocky Mountain National park.
As for the logistics of renting the condo, we could have not asked for better owners. They were very helpful and responsive.
If in the Fraser, Granby, Winter Park area, I would highly recommend this condo for any season.

Hot little condo
Summers can be hit or miss for meadowridge, this year it was very hot (90’s) and the meadow mile road was under construction so it was very loud. This property faces afternoon sun which is probably absolutely wonderful in the winter but brutal if you get hot summer days like we did! The view was fabulous, The beds were comfy but the giant sofa was not. The garage was wonderful with plenty of hooks for gear. We have stayed in several condos over the years at meadowridge and I would say this is on par with the majority of them, it was just so very stifling in the condo in the evenings due to the heat gain from the hot days. This is probably a good winter rental!

Awesome property!
Great experience. Good communication with owner. Only downer was construction in the development. Would have been nice to know ahead of time (roads were blocked and construction at 7 am). Beautiful view and great location!! We used the pool and hot tub each night. I would recommend. Thanks!!!!

Great Stay June 2019
Place is fantastic - 3 bed, 3 bath which was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. Location is great - 2 minutes to grocery store and 5 minutes to Winter Park. Unit has a 1+ garage which is convenient for car plus stuff (we had bikes). Access to the Meadowridge fitness center is a super plus - pool, hot tub, weight room, tennis, racquetball. Thanks!

Great property, but a bit dated
We really enjoyed our time at this property. Location is ideal, free firewood, amazing views, couch is very comfy (unlike many similarly rentals), access to clubhouse, nice big TV, Sonos, pack n play / booster seat included. However, everything about this property is a bit dated (from interior finishes to having to mail a deposit check). With some investment it could definitely be a 5 star. Overall, value is high just have correct expectations.

Springbreak 2019
Our family stayed here for springbreak and we really enjoyed it. We loved how it was so spacious and well kept. Another added benefit was the well stocked kitchen, plenty of utensils, pots and pans, etc. Loved how the master bedroom was away from the family room, since college kids tend to have different hours than their parents. Definitely would stay here again the next time we go to Winter Park!

Outstanding accommodations
This is a great location – very convenient. Everything lived up to the description – and very nice touches... including firewood and, since we were celebrating Christmas in the unit, the owners were kind enough to even leave us a little Christmas tree!
Even better, it has an amazing view of the mountains. My kids loved using the clubhouse – has a full gym/fitness facility - right across from the unit.
I've stayed in many locations around Fraser in Winter Park and this is for sure are among the best.

Clean, cozy, and comfy
Stayed for 5 wonderful days at the lovely mountain condo. Plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked and wonderful communication from our guests. The master bedroom was super comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The huge new tv and humidifier was added bonuses. Grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such a lovely condo. The garage was also very convenient for loading/unloading and keeping the truck warm at night.

Nice townhouse not far from RMNP
The space was great and very clean, with all the kitchen utensils you could need. All beds were comfortable except for the twin beds in the bedroom on the first floor. It was great to have 3 showers as well!

Wonderful condo and beautiful views!
We loved our stay at this condo. The view is beautiful. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed: all the amenities, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. It was a short walk to the clubhouse, which entertained our granddaughters with swimming, tennis and racquetball. Communication with Katie was excellent and quick from the initial inquiry about the property to our departure. We hope to stay here again.
