This mountain retreat offers exquisite contemporary mountain decor, fine Colorado woodwork and beautiful hardwood floors. The Pines Lodge is located in the heart of downtown Aspen.

This below grade level condominium is decorated with an elegant touch and top of the line furnishings throughout, including gas fireplace, granite countertops, steam shower and wine cooler. Enjoy the easy access to town and glorious views of Aspen Mountain.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, flat screen TV with an attached bath and steam shower. The second bedroom has a King Bed, flat screen TV with a sliding door opening to the front porch. There is a den which has a queen sleeper sofa for those who want a little extra room. A beautifully detailed kitchen with a full length eating counter is just behind the generous sized living room and lastly a beautiful full bath just off the entry. Additionally, a jacuzzi to soak your weary bones after a great day on the mountain is just around the corner and a gas BBQ just outside the door. This property exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic and the communication with Larry throughout the reservation, check-in and check-out process was second to none. I would highly recommend this unit at The Pines Lodge or any others that are managed by Larry. First class!

This unit is an ideal location in downtown, it is walking distance to everything. The shuttle buses are a few minute walk, restaurants, bars, shopping etc are all right around the corner. You can also easily walk to the lifts at Ajax mountain. The owner had great communication and was very prompt. Upon arrival we met the property manager Paul who was very friendly. We needed to contact him and he was very prompt to respond. The unit itself is as described, it is very clean and well stocked with towels and a washer dryer in the unit. All if the beds are very comfortable, one if the bathrooms gas a nice steam shower, there is a nice sized hot tub outside that is only shared with one other unit and a gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with plenty if you want to cook, there was also things like salt, pepper, coffee filters, paper towel, etc. Overall and great unit in an excellent location. We will be renting here again next year for an annual trip, you won’t be disappointed!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. There were a couple issues upfront: dirty or broken humidifiers and no pack n plays in the unit (they said there would be 2 when we asked). However, as soon as we reached out, we got a response, and the issues were addressed that day or early the next. I hope they got some new pack n plays as one of the ones they gave us smelled quite musty, so we didn’t put our child in it the first night. Otherwise, the place was clean, the listing was accurate, the location is stellar. We even had to extend a night because of cancelled flights and the host was very accommodating. All in all, would recommend.

We had a great experience with this property and it is truly in the perfect location, a five minute walk to any place you’d want to go. It is clean with high end finishes and we enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. Would gladly stay again and think it’s a perfect size for two couples.

The property is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. We had a couple of issues with burners, electrical, but the local property manager was at our condo within 5 minutes and fixed everything. He was excellent to work with.

This condo was ideally located close to town, only about 5 blocks from Ajax and 2 from Rubey Park. The kitchen was well organized and outfitted- we used this a lot during our stay. Two of the three bedrooms were great. The third (queen bunkbeds) was very hot, even with a fan running. It also was quite small and had no windows. We could not see much of the mountain from the living room, but if we walked up the short flight of steps, we got great views of the mountain and local fireworks. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the lack of sitting options. There were 4 high-chairs for the bar and one wingback and one couch. For a condo that could sleep 6, it seems like there should be at least one more couch so that everyone can comfortably sit down. The property manager was super responsive and the home, while a bit dated, was well cared for and well-functioning. In unit washer/dryer was a real plus!

Lovely unit, beautifully appointed in great location; convenient to everything. Our only disappointment was the misleading online listing, "Fabulous Ajax View." The unit is below street level, which means you cannot see any view from the front porch or from anywhere in the unit except a bit from the living room. Because of its location, basically on the basement level, the unit is very dark. This is not what we expected, but we were impressed with the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, updated appliances, steam shower in the master bath, and maid service. The sliding doors in the second king bedroom and in the living room were covered with dust and debris, and needed to be cleaned before we could open them and enjoy the fresh air. Other than that, our family had a very enjoyable stay in this unit in Aspen.

We were very impressed with this property at Pines Lodge. The listing information and photos were excellent resources as we were looking for a rental over the Christmas holiday. The location was excellent; close walk for ski bus, ski rental, downtown and resturants and a beautiful view of the mountain from the patio door! The property was very clean and well maintained and the interior was beautiful and up-to-date. The property manager was very kind and helpful upon our arrival with parking, questions and facts and recommendations about Aspen. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return here for another luxury "home away from home" vacation in Aspen.
