About this cabin rental
Welcome to Canyon View Treehouse! Whether you're lying in the hammock on the beautiful balcony sipping your coffee as the sun rises across the beautiful mountains or enjoying fun times with the family, it is hard to find a view that matches that of the Canyon View Treehouse! Experience the stunning views of the Arkansas Grand Canyon, beautiful decor, fireplace & other luxurious amenities. At Buffalo River Vacations our goal is to go above & beyond to make sure that our guests have an unforgettable getaway!
This house has a kitchen/dining/living room open concept living area. The master bedroom and beautiful bathroom complete the main floor. The gorgeous bathroom has a jetted air tub as well as a spacious shower with 3 shower heads, including a waterfall. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Upstairs is an open loft with 2 sets of bunk beds. The bottom bunks are full size and the top beds are twin size. Wake up to an amazing view from your bed in the loft! We provide bed, bath and kitchen linens.
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, grilling utensils, coffee and coffee making supplies. There is a Dish and Roku TV in the living room.
There is a washer and dryer for guest's use.
Laundry and Dishwasher detergent as well as dishwashing soap are provided.
The spacious deck has a hammock, propane grill (propane provided), gas firepit (propane also provided) and some cozy chairs to relax and enjoy the view.
You will have access to the entire house aside from a few locked closets for the host's use.
Your privacy will be respected and we are not on site, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
This home is out in the country overlooking the beautiful Arkansas Grand Canyon. It sits right beside Highway 7 South, so there is some traffic noise at times.
HOUSE RULES
-Check in time is after 4PM
-Check out time is by 11AM
-Must be honest about number of guests. Additional guests will be charged extra guest fees.
-Quiet time from 10PM-7AM.
-No pets, smoking, fireworks, substance abuse, or ATV use on property.
-Vehicles must stay on designated driveways and parking areas.
-No loud music or noisy partying.
If these policies are broken, you may be charged a minimum fee of $250. Outdoor surveillance in use.
DAMAGES
If there are damages found, you will be subject to a damage fee or, if your reservation included an incidental deposit, Buffalo River Vacations, LLC reserves the right to charge for any damages found.
CANCELLATIONS
Strict - Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee and Taxes. Cancel up to 30 days before check in for 100% refund minus service fee and taxes. Canceling less then 14 days prior to check in is non refundable.

This was our 3rd stay at this cabin. We absolutely love this place. The hosts are amazing. I casually mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and the hosts left us a gift!! I highly recommend this or any of the hosts other properties in the Ozarks!

My wife and I needed a break from work and this was the place to get peace and quiet. The treehouse was perfect we enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the deck drinking coffee and grilling. The bathroom and bed were incredible. Jasper has several neat restaurants that we enjoyed. We took a motorcycle and toured the country side the leaves were incredible. Also took a side trip to Lakeview and took a guided fishing trip on the White River at Gaston’s resort and had good luck catching trout . Not to forget got a couple of massages in Harrison at Peaceful Massage that was also wonderful. Would give it 10 stars if I could .

Such a perfect location and the view is phenomenal. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s the best view in the entire area. The cabin was very clean, welcoming, and has everything you could need as well as a few personal touches. I read previous reviews that mentioned the hwy noise, so I packed our white noise machine and it didn’t bother us a bit. It is directly off the hwy, but I actually enjoyed the accessibility after driving through winding roads. I’d go back in a second, if only to see the sunrise from that porch again. I shared photos on social media and had multiple people ask me for the link already. A million dollar view and 5 stars all day!

My family and I really enjoyed exploring the area around Jasper. Our stay was fantastic and everyone wants to go back next year. The cabin itself had an amazing view of the “Grand Canyon of the Ozarks”, and the kids loved being in the hammock on the porch. My wife and I have no complaints. Everything was taken care of, and well cared for. They even left us brownies at check-in.

My wife and I decided to take a trip to Jasper for our anniversary. After looking at many options, we found the Canyon View Treehouse. The views from the deck are amazing and the treehouse was perfect!! The shower could have a review of its own!! We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this property for our 20th Anniversary. It was wonderful. Amazing views, had everything we needed to cook and grill our meals. Dollar General and Grocery Store is 5 minutes away. Tree house was very clean, only complaint was there isn't a lot of storage for luggage, but that is very minimal compared to the property overall. Definitely recommended this place.

Quite Retreat
What a wonderful experience! Quite and peaceful cabin with an incredible view. Spacious back porch allowed for relaxing views of the valley below. The master suite was a dream with an amazing jetted tub and tile shower with a variety of shower heads to pick from. We had a very relaxing, quite weekend that left us feeling rested and refreshed.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
The attention to detail is obvious as we walked into the Canyon View cabin. We noticed fresh baked brownies, a basket of snacks, bottled water in the fridge, and THE VIEW!!! We loved the beautiful cabin and the luxurious bathroom with heated tile floor! The cabin was exceptionally clean and felt like home, not a hotel room! I rated 4 🌟 due to hearing loud vehicles during the night. The owner and property manager was very responsive. Our only regret was the weather was too cold to enjoy the amenities outside- the grill, the fire pit and the view.

Third time at this cabin
We love this cabin so much this is our third visit and likely won't be our last. The views just can't be beaten, and the personal touches the owners add in are just the cherry on top of an already beautiful experience. The reservation manager is responsive and friendly, and we had a wonderful stay here.

Spectacular View
Our family of four had an amazing time at this property. The view is amazing! We spent two days doing various drives and hikes in the Ozark National Forest, and as I looked around, I was so glad we chose this property to stay at. It’s beautiful, full of special touches, and the waterfall feature in the shower was amazing. The loft area was spacious for our two teenagers. The porch area is just as luxurious as the inside and is so relaxing for mornings and evenings. The property is convenient to all of the food options in Jasper, and we enjoyed trying the owner’s recommendations. The Low Gap Cafe was closed while we were there as it’s closed Sun-Tues, but we especially loved the food at Cliffhouse Inn which is just minutes from the property. Blue Mountain Bakery is also nearby and had great breakfasts. Our stay was one we’ll always remember, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here!

Awesome, one of a kind view
We loved the vista from the back deck. Property was clean and well maintained. The property managers were excellent. The only drawback is that the property is right off highway 7 so when vehicles go by it can be loud and interfere with what is otherwise a great place.

Honeymoon During Pandemic
With original honeymoon plans for the Maldives being impacted by COVID-19, we decided to stay closer to home to celebrate. Our stay at this location was wonderful, great sunrises and views! We would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Buffalo River area!
