Main Pool House located in Old Town with Pool!!
Enjoy our house on the front porch or pool area and a short distance to our sandy beaches with a little town charm. Located right in the heart of Old Town we are within walking distance to restaurants, live music, nightlife, shopping, boating and mile or less from our beach. Our homes are professionally decorated with a tropical decor throughout. Our past guest say our pictures don't even speak for how nice our property is!!

"The Pool House" is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with room to sleep 4 also living room has a queen pull-out sofa that sleeps 2 extra that totals 6 guest in Pool House. We have HD Smart TV's in every room with cable included. Free WiFi.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and comes with a fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. Keurig pods not included must bring own pods. Our home also has dishwasher, washer and dryer, and dining room table with seating for 6.
Sit out on your front porch and feel the breeze while drinking your morning coffee or take a dip in our swimming pool to cool off from a long hot day of fishing or shopping.

"Pool Cottage" is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with room to sleep 4. The first room has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double. The Cottage has been updated just as the Pool House has. The Pool Cottage has wifi and smart TV for your convenience. The kitchen has granite counter tops and comes with a fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware with dinning table for 6.
The Pool Cottage has a wonderful front deck that has a great view of old town and is perfect to escape the
heat with its cool breezes.

"The Pool House" and "Pool Cottage" have full access to our swimming pool and we have Barbeque grills that are located at each home for your convenience.

My wife and i rented the pool house for a trip with my parents. The house was clean and comfortable. The house was in a great location centrally located. We would definitely rent it again in the future.

Justin is a great host. Property is clean and as described. The pool is a big plus, but it is shared with another house. That was not an issue for us, and it was nice to relax in after being on the beach all day. It's located right in town and is close to everything. The A/C kept up great even with the 100+ degree days. Each room has a nice TV. It was also nice having a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and eat. Plenty of towels, nice beds and linens. We plan on trying to stay here again on our next trip to Port A!

My wife and I came down to Port A for our honeymoon and stayed here. We absolutely loved it. It is so nice and clean, quite and a cute little house. In a great location on the island. You are close to everything. A cold front came through while we were there so we didn't use the pool. To cold. But it would be great in hot weather.thw owner is very quick to respond and a very nice guy. We will definitely be back

We had a great time staying in this cute house. It was clean and convenient to all the shops in Port Aransas. The private pool was an added bonus and we enjoyed sitting out by it in the evenings.

This house is in an excellent location. Perfect for small families. House is clean, and as advertised. The TVs are a little tricky, but you should be at the beach or fishing anyways, no big deal. Has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. You’ll need to swing by IGA for cooking spices. BBQ grill needs an upgrade, but it works fine. Really wish I would’ve found this property years ago.

What a great place to stay while in Port A! It's close to all the downtown activities and the beach. The pool is such an added benefit after a day at the beach, an evening at the pool is a delight. The house is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, washer/dryer and coffee makers. Love this place!

We stay at this property on our first visit to Port Aransas, and have booked on every trip since. The property is always clean and ready to be enjoyed by guests. They also ensure that a print of check-in and out procedures as well as how to operate the TV is provided. As long as I go to Port Aransas, this will be my go to place to stay.
