Come stay at this newly remodeled Ocean View 2nd row town home located in North Topsail Beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and comfortably accommodates 9 guests with beautiful views of the ocean and sound. The beach access is just steps away. All of the bedrooms are located on the first level each with a mounted flat-screen TV. King bed, Queen bed and the third bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed. The kitchen and living room are located on the second level open concept floor plan with fantastic views of the ocean and sound.

We have an outdoor security camera for your protection and ours.

We loved staying at his house. Ocean views with morning coffee and the beautiful sound out back. We love the space between the bedrooms and the communication with the owners was excellent. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again.

the property was in a great location for us. We had the beach and the inlet which worked out wonderfully. The garage was full of beach equipment that we could use and it was nice we didn't have to bring our towels or sheets. We will stay there again.

Runnin’ Down the Beach is a fabulous 3 level beach house for active guests. The beach access is a short walk to a quiet, shark tooth finding beach. The views from the two decks are amazing at sunrise and sunset, ocean and bay. The sounds of the sea oats and the ocean are soothing. The house has EVERYTHING a guest needs: complete kitchen needs, kayaks and paddle boards with life jackets, charcoal grill, beach chairs and wagons, cold water outdoor shower and foot faucet, dock access to bay. Looking forward to our next visit!

We were very pleased with the amenities at the property! First, the kitchen was fully stocked with every tool we needed. But the real bonus is the beach and inlet supplies in the garage. We enjoyed use of the kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, etc. The outdoor shower was fabulous as we brought our dog and she needed washed after every visit to the beach. Overall, this is a fabulous place for a week at the beach!

My family and I loved this beach house. The location is perfect! There’s a view of the ocean from the front and a beautiful view of the inlet waters from the back with a private pier for fishing and kayaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our time at this beach house! It was very clean, lots of space, and the kitchen was stocked with many cookware items and accessories. Great view of the beach and the sound, and was very quiet. This was our second time staying at one of Sara’s properties, and we will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Runnin’ Down A Beach! The property was clean and accommodated all our needs for our family. Short walk to the public access across the street. I will say there are quite a bit of stairs with this property, but was not an issue for us. The private dock and kayaks were a great amenity that we enjoyed. Owners are responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect location, with views of ocean and ICW. Although it was a bit chilly to utilize, the house was equipped with all the gear to enjoy the water. I really enjoyed the decor and beach feel of the place. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

What a wonderful place to spend time! We enjoyed everything about our stay; from the beach views to the dock on the sound! We experienced a tropical storm, and still had no complaints. Sara was very responsive to my questions throughout the reservation process and our stay.

My husband and I wanted to be sure our 3 teenagers had plenty to do on our trip. This house was perfect because they had lots of boogie boards, wave boards, kayaks etc for them to use. The dock to the sound was great as well! They fished and caught crabs. The house was very clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and living room furniture was comfortable as well. I would absolutely recommend this property to future renters!

This property was fully equipped with everything my family needed to enjoy our first trip to Topsail Island. We had the best of both worlds...the bay and the ocean to enjoy! My kids loved the private dock and the beach access across the street. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this house was perfect. They truly thought of including everything you could possibly need to have an amazing and relaxing vacation. The private pier to the sound was our favorite part, we spent a ton of time kayaking, crabbing and fishing. The access to the ocean was great too! It's decorated and stocked perfectly. It was very clean when we arrived. The owners were very responsive. I can't say enough good about it!

Really enjoyed this property. Has pretty much everything you need even a bait refrigerator. The only thing I could see to improve would be if there were decks on the top floor and more closet space in the master, but the host is very responsive and open to suggestions, so she'll probably come up with a solution. Her decorating is very impressive. The soundside dock is awesome, for kayaking, fishing, watching sunsets.

Great location close to the beach with terrific views and plenty of space for our family of five (including our dog). Owner was very responsive. Place was clean and included great amenities. Had a blast playing old school video games from when I was young with my 14 year old! It was a little too cold to kayak, but we hope to do that next time. We will definitely be back!

Stayed over Thanksgiving week for a quick beach get away. Property was clean and well stocked. Great location with sound and ocean views. Easy access to the beach. My family has been vacationing in Topsail Island for over 10 years now and this property is one of my favorites! The location is perfect! Close to shopping, direct access to the bay from the private dock, and beach access right across the street! We loved the ability to watch the sunsets over the bay and catch a sunrise on the beach in the am! The sound access was awesome for fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. Our family dog also loved her trip to the beach and our boys enjoyed the arcade video game machine so much. We made so many great family memories at Runnin’ Down A Beach!

We loved the place and would stay there again. Easy path and proximity to the beach and plenty of beach toys in the garage. Access to the Sound and kayaks was icing on the cake. We spent several evenings on the dock watching the sunset. The kayaks were a ton of fun and gave us more reasons to be on the water.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at North Topsail Island. The house sits a short distance from the beach- you can hear the waves from the house! The view of the marsh is spectacular! We enjoyed the arcade games after a full day at the beach. And the kayaks and paddle boards were fun too. Kitchen is well stocked. Only improvement for us would be vacuuming more thoroughly prior to our arrival. Thanks for a great stay!!

For our first time using VRBO I couldn’t ask for a better experience!! Beautiful place & views, we lived on the front & back decks & so did the dog! If you enjoy sunsets the back deck is the perfect place! Owner is super helpful with suggestions on restaurants, for fresh seafood to cook & anything else…already discussing our trip back for next year! One stay you won’t be disappointed with!!
