Please note our unit 1001 is Adults only as follows - 4 Adults maximum, 25 and older, which includes occupants and guests.

Located at 921 West Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL, we purchased our unit in the Winter of 2018 and began remodeling and redecorating at that time and continue to update today as needed. The Unit is a Wonderful 10th Floor East End Corner Unit offering a large wrap around Balcony with access from both the Living Room as well as the Master Bedroom. The Spacious Condo offers Two King Suites each with Private Bath, Nine Foot Ceilings and Crown Moulding throughout. This complex offers a private outdoor pool and hot tub that leads to an indoor pool that is seasonally heated. There is an exercise room overlooking the beach and sauna located on the Lobby level. Charcoal grills are available for our guest to use but you must bring your own charcoal, starter and lighter. Rental chairs and umbrella's are available March to October (or November depending on the weather) from Ike's Beach Service. There is a place to leave your beach chairs (if you bring your own) in a secure beach side storage area used by the entire complex. You may want to consider bringing a cable lock to secure them. Each unit has a unique Wristband with FOB provided to you which allows you access to the Sauna, Hot Tub, Beach, Beach Storage Room, Exercise Room and Pool. The HOA does not allow RVs or Trailers on the property. Smoking NOT allowed in our unit, all common areas and all limited common areas which includes balconies. Pets NOT allowed by guests. There is no long boardwalk and no long walk through the hot sand.

Love this condo! This is our second time staying here. Everything is so clean and love the furniture and furnishings. Bed is super comfy. Love the balcony chairs and the view. Parking space is right by the elevator. The hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend! :)

This is an immaculately maintained unit. As clean as anyplace I have ever stayed. New appliances and furniture throughout. We spent mornings and evenings on the corner balcony sitting in very comfortable chairs. Parking was very convenient, within a few steps of the elevator. Highly recommended.

This was one of the cleanest Condos we have ever stayed at!!! The decor was just perfect and beds nice and comfortable. We didn’t get to see dolphins like we normally do but we’ve been to Gulf Shores before when we didn’t get to see any. That didn’t keep us from enjoying the beautiful view we had though. Beautiful condo, the sunrise and sunsets from the balcony were spectacular not to mention the water, pelicans and dolphins just about every morning and afternoon. The condo was one of the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at everything sparkled on our arrival with the welcoming music playing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets and appliances for our cooking needs. 1 thing we could have used for a long term stay is more than 1 large and one small kitchen towel. The condo was centrally located to the Gulf State Park, Fort Morgan, Aviation Museum, Pensacola Light House, Coastal Art's Center, can watch or pay to do glass blowing, Wharf, and last the sunset cruise Cetacean which was awesome. We were in the middle of so many dolphins . The beach was awesome it's a 5 mile walk to the pier there and back but unfortunately it is closed for repairs. The Carmichaels' were responsive to our questions and check in was a breeze. The only con was the pool ia located on the lower level and there is no bathroom at that level. There is one in the fitness center one level up but is a maze to get to.

This condo unit was exactly as advertised. Being it was an end unit we had 2 balconies, which was great. Clean and everything worked as it should. Before actual stay we had several questions and the owners replied within hours. Never had any problems. The location was great the beach was nice and beautiful sunsets seen from the balcony. You won’t be disappointed.

Although this was a quick 4-night stay, it was the perfect place for a getaway. Being a corner unit with the wrap around deck was a nice addition. Being on the 10th floor made for nice views. The master bed was comfortable and made for good sleep. We did not need a second bedroom so it was not used. My guess is it is just as comfortable as the one we stayed in. The location was nice, made for easy access to both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, with Fort Morgan not too far down the road. The owners were easily accessible to answer any questions we had, including reccomending Voyagers for our 35th Anniversary dinner. I would reccomend as well. We have been to the Gulf Shores area many times and would not hesitate staying at this location again.

We had a great time in Gulf Shores at David and Angie’s place. It was the perfect place on the beach, walkable to many things, and the beach access was great! The only disappointing part was that the hot tub by the pool was closed for part of the time, and when it was open the water was too cold to go in. Other than that, we had a great time!
