CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:

1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply

2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.

3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.

4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

Wialea is absolutely beautiful. The condo did not disappoint. We would walk to the beach every morning for a walk along the promenade in front of the resorts. When we wanted to play at the beach, we drove down to the public beach between the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea. Parking was not a problem. The condo had beach towels and beach chairs. The family loved, loved, loved the pool, which was a very short walk from the condo. We did visit Costco in Kahului and the Safeway in Kihei, but the market at the Shops of Wailea was just a short walk from the condo and extremely convenient.

Great property and location. Perfect for families and everything you could need. Only flaw is that you have to through all food away- we usually leave it for the next group or for the locals. Schedule time just to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean - it’s amazing!

We’ve stayed at many different homes at Ho’olei. This was the smallest square footage wise, but still more than adequate for our family. You are not allowed to leave any food (in the past homes we’ve rented allowed us to let housekeeping keep or discard food items) fortunately I was able to give our food items away. The house was well stocked. Property management was quick to address an issue with air conditioning and easy to deal with. All and all you can’t beat renting in this complex of beautiful homes with a fantastic pool.

The pictures can't possibly capture how great the view is in real life. We could've spent the entire trip on the deck and been completely satisfied. Very relaxing and serene property. Very easy to get in and out. Never had such convenient parking before as an added bonus. If you think this property might be the right one for you, then you are correct. It is!

This was the first trip to Maui with the kids and grandkids.The location was great and was within walking distance of the beach at the Grand Wailea, restaurants, and shopping. We couldn’t be happier with our accommodations. The condo was spacious, clean and nicely maintained. It was perfect for our group of eight.We were amazed the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The onsite barbecue was a nice feature. The table on the lanai was large enough for all of us to fit comfortably and have a nice meal together. The view of the ocean and the amenities were also nice. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time and would come back again.

This place is a gem! We LOVED the open living room/kitchen concept with amazing views. The location was great, easy walk to the beach and dinner/drinks at the Four Seasons. We look forward to our next stay.

We came with our family of four and two sets of grandparents. The place is fantastic! Exactly like the pictures - maybe even better. The view is absolutely incredible They have everything we needed and there was plenty of room for all of us. It is a really beautiful place.
