Gratitude & Grace Guest House is a spacious country home in a quiet neighborhood one mile from Wimberley Square which makes this the perfect location to enjoy the many local stores, antique shops, and eateries. Take a dip in Blue Hole (one of the top 10 Texas swimming holes), Jacobs Well or the Blanco River. Stroll through Wimberley's famous market days, grab a drink at the nearby wineries and breweries, or take a day trip to San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, San Marcos, Gruene, Canyon Lake or Austin.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch and watch the deer graze. This home feels like you are way out in the country, yet you are only a mile from the square and a half-mile to the new HEB grocery store. Very quiet, peaceful and private country setting. Gather for a family barbecue in the backyard and a glass of wine around the gas fire pit. Then play one of the many board games....even try your luck at ping pong.
This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entire house has been updated. The open concept living room with large sectional couch and dining room that seats 8, make it a relaxing, roomy, comfortable place to entertain. There is also a large enclosed 3 season porch for you to enjoy, and a covered outdoor seating.
Our guests enjoy premium entertainment comforts including Spectrum TV & Roku, high speed wireless internet, DVD player and large selection of DVDs, a large screen Smart TV in the living room and a large screen TV in the game room, an XBox 360 with multiple games, and a large selection of Disney movies for children to enjoy.
The house is on an acre lot. If you need additional space, you can reserve the newly renovated studio cottage on the property - see VRBO #920833. The house and cottage are set up so there is no shared space between the two properties.

The property was perfect! It was laid out so that we could spend time with our family and enjoy watching the kids play in the game room. It was close to all the things in Wimberley and was exactly what was advertised. I would highly recommend this property and property owner. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again if it were open.

Had a great stay with family! Host had everything there you could think of.
Game area was awesome , unfortunately we ran out of time to utilize that space. Would be a great place for young teens! Nice touch being able to feed and watch deer in front yard!

This house was exactly what we needed. Very close to Wimberley and it was extremely well appointed. Although we didn't cook there, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could have possibly needed. Even the bathrooms had toiletries and there were a lot of clean towels available. We had a great trip and enjoyed the stay at the house. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of blankets. Everything worked and went just fine. Highly recommended

We loved the house! The location is so convenient to everything. The layout of the house worked great for our family of 5. We took our 3 adult kids and dogs. It was so nice spending the Thanksgiving weekend there. We enjoyed seeing the deer every morning while drinking our coffee. We even took our family Christmas card picture in the front yard. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We only ate out one meal and cooked the rest at the house. The beds are comfortable. The backyard was wonderful with the fire pit and gas grill. Our doodles loved running and playing in the backyard. The game room was so fun with the ping pong table, foosball table, darts and XBox. There were also plenty of other games as well. It was nice to be able to close the dogs in the game room when we went into town for shopping/eating. We also went to Johnson City to see the Christmas lights. My only wish was access to the laundry room but it was really no big deal for a short stay. The directions are clearly stated and we had no issues. We highly recommend this lovely home.

We didn’t even use a portion of the house with just 4 of us. Very comfortable, my daughter said best coffee available ever. Very soft comfortable beds. Very close to the high school which is why we were here. Very close to downtown. The speaker was a nice touch and tv had capability for hooking up your own streaming. Great place and I would come back.

What a great place to stay for our family reunion and wedding in Dripping Springs. The drive was easy and the house was so cozy to come back to. Lisa thought of everything-the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the Wimberley brochures were helpful, and there were plenty of linens for all. We played ping pong ,fussball, and some of the numerous games and would have loved to use the outdoor space if it had been warmer. The deer in the front yard were a real bonus for our 4 year old granddaughter. Wimberley is a charming town and this rental is a perfect place to stay. Thanks, Lisa!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked with essentials. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for the adults to find a quiet space, while the kids played in the game room. The kids enjoyed the video games and ping pong table. Great fenced yard for kids and little dogs to run around. We had so much fund feeding the deer and watching them eat. Great location to the shops & restaurants in Wimberley and surrounding areas. The owner was very helpful and promptly responded to our questions.

Our vacation
Great place to stay! The home was very clean and comfortably furnished, with everything we needed for our shopping/sightseeing vacation. The ping pong and foosball tables were a nice extra feature. The deer visited morning and evening - loved the oversized picture window in the living room for deer viewing. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this rental!

Perfect housing for a group
Great location, extremely comfortable home with just about everything you could possibly need (except we never found a blow dryer!). Lisa had decorated it for Christmas so it felt so welcoming. Thoughtful touches like large suitcase holders in the open closets were great, and a variety of coffee makers as well as coffees were a wonderful surprise. I hope we'll be able to stay there again while in town for family gatherings. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful Country but minutes to the Square and shopping
Went down for my son's wedding. Needed a pet friendly place to stay for 6 adults and our dog. Beds were comfortable. We loved being able to cook breakfast. It had 3 rooms with large TV s (no TV s in the bedrooms) so people could watch what they wanted. Seeing and feeding the deer in the morning was very special. It's a little hard to find in the dark because it is DARK lol. We enjoyed or stay without breaking the bank.

Spacious get away
This house was spacious and accurately described. There was plenty of room for various activities to occur at the same time and though we did not have a lot of children staying with us; this place could have easily accommodated a couple families with children. Lots of games and screens if that is your thing. The house is well equipped to cook and feed groups. The water is very hard and needs filtering. Wimberley has some great spots for shopping, music and food.
