Shorty Pants Rentals are here! These ultimate lakefront homes are located in Osage Beach, off HWY KK and Three Seasons Road. We are on the 21-mile marker, next to Shorty Pants Marina.This rental property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,500 sq ft of living with lakefront access, and panoramic lake views. Upstairs there are two queen sized beds, one full bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room. This home sleeps up to 6 comfortably. These homes are the ultimate vacation getaway for families or groups. These homes have a beautifully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, custom tile and all needed appliances. Outdoor dining areas, gas grills included with a small deck for lounging and entertaining.

This house is next door to Shorty Pants Lounge, and down the road from Redhead Yacht Club, and Performance Boat dealer.

We enjoyed our stay, especially being so close to Osage and Shorty Pants. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. We loved hanging out on the dock with our floaties, We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

We had a great stay, for girl's weekend, at the house! The dock was awesome and its super close to Shorty Pants, where we went for live music and dinner. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The dining table only seats a couple people, but there's a big table on the patio that seats plenty!

We had a small friendcation at Ashley's property and we loved it! It was super clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Ashley gave very clear instruction on the check in and check out process so there was no confusion and we loved being able to see the lake!

We had a place to tie up our boat right in front of the house. Was so convenient to have gas and free ice right at the location before heading out on the lake. The restaurant was very close and convenient and the food was good. The house had what we needed but the set up of the main bathroom was not ideal. You had to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. That was the only complaint of the entire stay.

Overall the place is poorly suited for a group of 6! Only bathroom upstairs was within one of the 3 bedrooms. All others had to go down steep stairs to tiny bathroom with ridiculously small shower with no place to even place a bar of soap. There was no table inside house where six people could eat together. Outside table only and that is in desperate need of a good paint job. Stove was dirty. Smoke detector upstairs was sitting on nightstand. Toilet roll dispenser in bathroom broken and toilet paper hanging off wall. I could go on………It’s location next to Shorty Pants is convenient though so if that really matters…… go for it.

We had a great time staying here. The home was very clean. I loved that there were personal fans available for each room. All 3 rooms are upstairs, the main floor has the living room a smaller patio room with a game console (does not work); and the kitchen. The house is right on the edge of the Shorty Pants parking lot so there was tons of traffic on the weekends and many cars would use the parking slabs from the house to turn around. There is no private dock to use. There are 3 docks close by and it was unclear as to which dock we could use. The available dock in the pictures is available to anyone staying in a Shorty Pants house. We were lucky enough to have the dock to ourselves as the house next to us never came down. We brought our jet skis with us. The public dock is in the next cove over, easy access, and the marina gave us 2 slips to use while we were staying there. The host was not very responsive, she said it was due to service. We didn't need much, but wanted to know if the game console worked and never got a response. Not sure if this is always the case but overall the stay was very enjoyable.

The restaurant and bar on property were fantastic. We rented from Bombay Boat Rentals and the Vrbo had a place for us to dock the boat and even offered us free ice for the coolers. All in all I have no complaints about the stay. The only recommendation I would have is to turn one of the porches into a 3 season room for mosquito purposes! Thanks

We brought our Mom to this property for a few days to celebrate her 82nd birthday. The house was fabulous and Ashley was amazing. Answered any questions we had and made us feel at home. We loved the large screened porch and the fact we could walk over to Shorty Pants anytime for a great meal or cold drink. We will definitely be coming back again next spring!

Had a great time at the property. Nice deck, enjoyed paddling in the cove, boat rentals nearby and will come pick you up if you like, right next to Shorty Pants and Reds. Great locations to have a quite but very fun trip on the Lake. Would highly recommend.

Went here for a bachelor party. Location is amazing. Walkable to one bar, short drives to another 3 great bars. Communication was excellent, amenities were all in good working order. Zero complaints! Will for sure look at these properties for future trips

The property was exactly like the pictures described, reasonably priced, and the owner communicated with us every step of the way. In addition to the property, we were also given free ice for our coolers and when we ran out of propane the owner was there within the hour with a new tank. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an affordable place to stay after a long day on the water. One Note: There could be more beds to accommodate more people

We had a great time at the "Glass House". Ashley was extremely accommodating to us and everyone at the marina and restaurant were so friendly. The house was clean and decorated fun! The arcade pacman game was a hit. It is so close to RedHeads too. It was not far from PB2 boat launch. Overall, it was by far the most convienent place we have stayed on the lake. Thank you for making vacation with kids a little less work. We will be back.

Yet again, this property proves to provide everything the Lake of the Ozarks offers. It's a great home, super clean and spacious. The view of the lake is great. The connection it has to Shorty Pants (restaurant and marina) is amazing and so convenient. The staff is so courteous and helpful ensuring our stay is one for the book every time. We can't wait to return!

Excellent stay at the Shorty Pants Glass House rental. We were treated like long time friends by Ashley, Abby and Lance & their staff. Very comfortable & cutie house-marina & restaurant just steps away. They helped us with all the details from boat ramp close by and then our onsite covered boat slip. Shorty Pants has everything you'll need to relax and have a great lake experience.

I found a bug crawling in the kitchen... I’m 99% it was a cockroach. The windows and doors were filthy. On the plus side the bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we left a day early because of the bug. It grossed us all out.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay... the beds were comfortable, easy access, very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. We did learn the grill is a gas grill, so no need for charcoal. The grocery store was about 15 minutes away... and make sure to book your boat in advance, Bombay sell out fast. Nice lake view, I would stay again....

What an AMAZING home!!!

What an AMAZING home!!!

Our family of five absolutely LOVED this home. The location is prime, close to just about anything you’d do in the Ozarks. The house is immaculate. The marina (no more than 100 ft away) was so helpful in getting us a boat to rent and a slip to put it in for a few days. This rental allowed us to feel like we were home while on vacation. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything, Ashley!
