90 Day Minimum Stay. Relax and unwind in this modern, beach themed home. Turquoise waves and world-class Satellite Beach is just a 1 block walk away. This sunny, mid-century home has 4 bedrooms and 2000+ sq feet on a single level making it ideal for families, seniors, and groups. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nearby to restaurants, a movie theater and grocery stores. Not to mention just an 1hr from Orlando International Airport, Disney and all of Orlando's theme parks.

Picture a beautiful mid-century beach home, reimagined with a modern beach chic aesthetic. The whole home is painted in beautiful beachy colors with just a pop of fun. The decor is a lot beach, a little chic, and just a touch of glam.

The whole house and yard is yours to enjoy. The house is ranch style but has some small steps / level changes throughout as well as two steps to the front door.

You'll be completely autonomous. I'll make sure you have everything you need prior to arrival: wifi, door code, etc and provide a house manual with all of my favorite activities, restaurants, etc...

We provide you with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, you need for the perfect beach vacation.

Please note that you are required to provide an accurate guest count in your reservation. While the house can accommodate many people there is an extra guest fee of $50 / per guest / per night after six guests. This helps keep costs low for smaller group but also cover the extra cost of cleaning, utilities, wear and tear, etc for bigger groups. You can adjust your reservation after you make it to add or remove guests.

We had a wonderful stay here with our teens. House was a spacious, clean, and charming. Hosts were helpful and responsive. We went to 5 different beaches in the area with easy access and all were nice. Definitely a relaxing week and would stay here again!

Property was as advertised. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was there. Our only minor issue was trying our hardest to keep the sand out of the bathtub. Even rinsing at the beach and outside the house could not prevent a minor amount of sand from finding its way into the bathtub. We were able to wash and dry all the sheets and towels before we left.

Beautiful vacation home with plenty of room! Jude and Ember had everything we needed from a pack and play, high chair, to beach toys and chairs. Loved the location close to Hightower and pelican beach park. Close to DeSoto Park to look for manatees. Great food nearby: Villion coffee, goombays, long doggers. Loved being away from the cocoa beach crowds, but was a short drive to spend the day!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and exactly like described. I surprised to see all the things that were at the house for us to use. Especially in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this for families even ones with kids. We will stay again for sure!

Lots of space for large groups. Well stocked unit. Garage for bikes and golf clubs. Great beach access and close to causeway to Merritt Island or Melbourne. Just south of Cocoa Beach.

Location was just right with the Pineda Causeway running just south of Patrick Air Force Base....one morning I got to enjoy the Bugle sounds of Revelry sipping my morning Coffee outside in the Rocking Chair with company. Interior was comfortable for all 6 adults & 2 Toddlers. There could be more blinds on windows to reduce the morning sunlight on east facing bedroom which can be warm even with AC set @ 70*F . Also, when the bathroom lights are on the light shines out of the two bathroom Windows into rear west side bedroom. That Master bedroom is the warmest with only one Vent. However, the two interior bedrooms are the coolest. Overall, everything worked as it should & not breakdowns occurred. I would like to stay again sometime.

Great place for everyone to have their own space after a day at the beach. Everyone was able to go home and chill out. The washer and dryer were very convenient.

Jude and Ember were awesome and communicated well.they were extremely accomodating,making sure we felt at home.we didn't need to bring anything but our own food,everything else was provided/offered which i thought to be awesome.the place was clean all the way around.i would recommend this place and we would definitely stay again! We enjoyed the quiet street and the proximity to the beach. The house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were an added bonus! Make sure to try Fat donkey ice cream, squid lips for sunset dinner, and Nippon Thai for some authentic Thai food and sushi.

This place was just the right size. We had 7 adults staying and we were all comfortable. The AC is controlled by the property owner but when we requested the air was turned down! They had great communication and were available when we needed them!! We would def stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It is spacious and easily accommodated our group of eight. Lots of room inside or outside on the patio to spread out. It was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Close to a number of beach access spots and parks. Owners have basic supplies like hand soaps, tissue, etc so you aren't stressed getting them yourself at arrival. I could see that they put thought in to making sure visitors have useful items available like the beach umbrella, chairs and toys. Most importantly to me, owners quickly responded to any inquiry. We booked in advance and were fortunate enough to be there when the beaches and businesses began to open. This comfortable and very roomy house was a great place to stay while we visited the local area. I highly recommend this house for families!

Lots of space in this cottage. Ideal for our group of 6. Walking to the beach would have been challenging because of the busy road but it was an easy drive. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Hosts were very accommodating.

Nice 4 BR house with 2 baths. Could walk to beach but must cross busy road... so very short drive means you maximize beach time! Several public parks very close by for beach access. House very clean and with everything you need, especially well stocked kitchen. 60s house that has added bedroom space and updated kitchen and baths. Baths are small but very functional. Master bath easily sharable with rest of occupants without much loss of privacy. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this beach cottage. House had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, and two sitting rooms. Bathrooms were small but sufficient. Only negative was that we could not put the AC lower than 74. Even with the ceiling fans it was a bit too warm at night. Overall a very pleasant place to stay. Owner was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

So fun to stay up late playing games & wake up with all family around you! A mother’s dream! This house was absolute perfection for my seven adults & 3 toddlers! Clean, well-equipped and wonderfully located! Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores. I would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend it! Ember & Jude are great too!

The property had a beach theme throughout, was clean, and had all the comforts of home! Plus, we didn't have to worry about bringing things for the beach because they were provided. Jude and Ember thought of everything to make this home away from home inviting and comfortable. This is a great vacation home. It is something you can feel comfortable with and has all the amenities you need. Plenty of beds and rooms. Fully furnished kitchen and a patio for a bbq. Reasonably priced for what you get. And... Yes I would stay again and recommend to friends or relatives. Very gratious hosts and my family and I thank them very much that they shared this with us.🙂
