This bright, airy townhome is graced with comfortable furnishings and a bright, breezy coastal ambiance. Enjoy panoramic views from the living room as you relax on the sofa with a favorite beverage. Catch your favorite show or a movie on the Smart TV. Better yet, smell the salty air from the private deck just off the living room.
The spacious and cheerful kitchen is complimented by a large dining table big enough for six. Guests will be equipped with a full range of appliances and kitchen amenities to settle in. Large double-stainless sink, dishwasher, electric range/oven/microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware are all available for your use and enjoyment.
The primary bedroom has a private ocean-view covered balcony where you can sip coffee in the morning and listen to the surf. A king-size bed plus a ceiling fan, TV, and sitting area offers plenty of space for relaxing with a book, journal, or mobile device or perhaps catching up on some remote work in a quiet setting. The en suite bathroom has a roomy step-in shower.
The second bedroom has three beds- full-size and a full/twin bunk, a ceiling fan, and access to a bathroom with a step-in shower.

Roaches galore, a/c stopped working. Both issues were addressed but it was gross! View was fabulous though and only steps from the beach 🏖️ while I wouldn’t stay in this particular unit, I would perhaps stay at another

The kitchen was filled with roaches! When I called to complain, the woman on the phone didn't seem surprised nor did she seem to care. They supposedly sprayed twice while we were away. Did not affect the roaches one bit. I called again to voice my concern, left a voicemail and did not get a call back. If it werent for the roaches, the stay would have gotten a bit of a better review. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets. They did fix the upstairs toilet that wasn't flushing well. The condo is nice and seemed pretty clean other than toilet and showers needing a good scrub. The full size lower bunk bed was terrible but the kids managed. Parking here is horrible.The rental agency describes the parking situation but in reality, it is worse and horrible. If the units are full, you probably won't be able to park.very tight parallel parking. I called after we checked out and got a person that seemed concerned about the roach situation. She apologized and said we could get 10% off our next stay. That will not happen. We will stick with sunnyside tennis resort. The best thing about this condo is proximity to the beach and the balcony off of the master bedroom. The roaches ruined everything else. Now, I can only hope we didn't bring them home with us.

We spent a week at this property with eight people from three separate families, and it was a fun stay. The location is amazing, and the beach is extremely nice. We loved how close we were to the Gulf and had an awesome time seeing tons of things like a manatee, birds fishing, and even dolphins!However, the beds were extremely flimsy and uncomfortable. One of the frames had a broken support board under the mattress and was practically unusable. The staff were very responsive, and I appreciated their communication when addressing the issue. The other beds were usable but with minimal comfort.Overall we had a wonderful time and would return in the future given the chance. We might pack some mattress toppers or extra pillows.

The condo was great! 3 bed 3 bath. Living room, dining area plus bar stools, kitchen, extra refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer, garage and a parking space. Main level bedroom can sleep 5 ( 2 double beds and a twin), upstairs bedroom can sleep 4 ( 2 twins and a double), the master has a large king bed. A full size air mattress fit in the living area beside the dining table. The garage can fit 2 cars if needed, and there is a parking space outside the garage. The garage has a door to the beachside of the condo for easy access to chairs and toys. The master bedroom and main floor both have balconies with plenty of seating. The pool was a short walk down the deck and private. Our 6 kids, ages 12-22, used the pool every night after we returned from dinner, it was nice and quiet. The beach is also a short walk from the condo deck, it’s close to the rinse area and path to the beach. Get out early and setup and come back to condo to pack cooler and get kids ready. No one messed with anyones things. We found lots of shells and the ocean was beautiful. We saw sea turtles, stingrays, pelicans, and baby sharks. We will definitely stay again.

We never had to interact with anyone for any issues or for information. Everything was provided to us in advance.

I paid for an extra day so we could be on the beach a little bit. People should be told ahead of time that they are putting more sand on the beach or get a discount. People pay extra for beach front property but if the beach is closed off you could pay less and go across the road. We also had no ceiling light in one room so we had to use lamps. If things couldn’t get any worse they had to work on the garage door and we had to move are car somewhere else. After we thought it was fixed the next day they came back and one of them just walked in to the town house while we were in it. The guy seemed nice but it’s the fact he just walked in.

This is a quiet area of the beach! Beautiful sunsets everyday from your balcony. We have stayed in several of the units in this complex, but this one is more outdated and under stocked than most. We grabbed a few pans and things from nearby store we needed, reset the internet while there,, and brought our firestick. We enjoyed our stay. The reviews are pretty accurate, but if you go knowing that there are not "extras" it is a nice option! Plenty of space for teenage kids and adults too! Excellent location!

Steps to the beach
We loved this property. The views of the water from inside were stunning. The walk tot he beach was just a few steps. We were all back and forth between the condo and the beach during our whole stay. We cooked and grilled during our time there. This part of the beach is perfect, with little to no other people on the beach, allowing us to pick the perfect spot to set up. We will definitely be back next year!

The rental was clean, but definitely needs updating. Chair in living room needs to be thrown out, showers on second floor need to be scrubbed, both had mildew. Master bedroom tv could not get to work. Only two parking spaces. It is very convenient to Rosemary and Seacrest.

The refrigerator and cabinets were empty. No oil, spices, no stick spray, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. I’ve never stayed at a vrbo that was so baron! None of The bedroom tv’s work. Also, no beach towels! But, the proximity to the beach is the best we’ve had on 30A and the porch views are amazing. The beach chairs and umbrellas are also a nice bonus. Overall, we really enjoyed our week here, but that’s because the weather was nice everyday so we spent very little time inside. We would have been sad if we would have had a week stuck indoors. This listings outdoors way overcomes the shortfalls of the indoors but this would be no bueno if we were stuck inside this listing due to bad weather.
