Charming lake front cottage on Warner Bay on the east side of historic lake George. 1BR unit with pull out couch in family room, comfortably sleeps up to 4. Open floor plan with beautiful views of the lake and mountain, with fireplace. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator & Microwave. All dishes, dinnerware, toaster, coffee maker. Bathroom with stall shower. Large dock and access to the lake for swimming and relaxing, along with a fire with Adirondack chairs to sit back and enjoy the view. This is also an air conditioned unit. Parking for 2 cars.

This was our second time staying here and it was just like we remembered it. You can’t beat the property with beautiful lake front and a fenced in yard. The house is clean and the owner is available, helpful and friendly. We’ll be back!

Cozy and comfy place to stay. Great backyard on the lake. The dog enjoyed it as well! Easy check in and good communication before the trip.

This house was just perfect for a couples retreat and some much needed R & R.. the house is very cozy and warm , the yard was perfect for our small dog and the deck was sturdy ,we were easily able to dock our 18 ft boat. Everything was perfect and and just as advertised… we were easily able to park our truck and trailer in the available parking spot . The house was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed ourselves and can see a trip back in the future ! Thank you Jerry

Wonderful vacation - will definitely come back!
Our stay at your home was absolutely perfect. We & our pups enjoyed every minute. Your home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location on Lake George was fantastic - beautiful and peaceful and exactly what we wanted. Your fenced-in yard allowed our pups to roam around safely and freely. Not only did we enjoy the access to the lake but our pups did as well as we all enjoyed a nice swim! Thank you again for everything - we definitely plan to visit again in the future. :)

The front entryway and the dock are in such need of repair somebody is going to get hurt very soon has been left untouched for probably 30 years neighbors were absolutely horrible not to mention absolutely no parking whatsoever the bathroom was pretty much A circus act to try to do your business if you know what I’m saying this place would probably be good for one person who weighs 75 pounds at best would not recommend this place

Great cabin on the lake!
The cabin was wonderful. We had a great week. The fenced in backyard to the lake was perfect for our dog. Jerry was so nice and accessible when we had any questions. We would definitely come back!

Great experience as usual
This is now my 4th time staying here and as usual it was a great experience. Loge the fenced in property for my dogs and family. House was clean and perfect for our stay.

If you want to be right on the water this is the place for you. Jerry was communicative and made sure we were set. Great yard for the dog and wonderful water access. Beautiful view in quiet setting
Property as described and just right for two! Beautiful view across the bay of the fall foliage. Nice sitting area around the fire pit. There were no problems with this rental. Plenty of restaurants Within a short driving distance providing a variety of cuisines. Great place for an adult long weekend getaway!

This place is perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to escape and still be socially distanced. Loved being right on the water with a dock for swimming/boating. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. The house is clean and has everything you need. We’ll definitely be back!

Fall getaway
We went to the Lake George area for a long fall weekend and this was the perfect place. We enjoyed sitting looking at the lake in the mornings and then exploring the area in the afternoon. It was a short drive to Lake George Village and other highlights. The only minor hitch was that there wasn't a hairdryer, but Jerry was going to correct the listing. Other than that, everything was just as described and it was a perfect home base. We would definitely come back.

My Happy Place
We have stayed here last 3 years and absolutely love it. House is clean and neat. Fenced in yard is wonderful for my dogs. The location is my favorite on the lake. We will be back next year for sure.

Exceeded expectations!
We've stayed in other rentals on Lake George but this was our favorite. It's a great location with a private backyard right on Warner Bay. We brought our sailboat and kayaks. The dock and location made it so easy and convenient. The cottage was very clean and had absolutely everything that we needed. Jerry was so nice and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very quaint, clean camp. We loved the fire pit and the enclosed garden right on the water. We’d definitely stay again!

The property is small but perfect for a romantic vacation with a dock, swimming, fire pit and a yard for sun worshipping.

Not what we expected

Perfect Lake Front Property!
We had a wonderful time at Jerry’s place right on the lake! The fenced in yard was perfect for our beagle and 5 year old son! My son enjoyed fishing right off the dock as well as swimming! We enjoyed making s’mores in the fireplace in the evening! We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking
This was our second stay and look forward to next year. House is perfect and clean. The view on Warner Bay is Breathtaking. Having the fenced in yard and the steps down to swim the lake were perfect for our dog. A Fire pit over looking bay to end the most peaceful day on the water. Feeling Happy & completely Relaxed. The owners are fantastic... thank you Jerry for everything!

Loved our stay!
My partner, myself, our friend and our Labradoodle stayed at Jerry's place the last weekend of September. While the house is on the smaller side, it was perfect for us. The place was clean, fully stocked, and the view was amazing! It was close to the trail we went hiking on (Pilot Knob) and about a 10-minute drive to town. We sat out back each night with the fire going and just enjoyed the view. Hoping to go back next year!

Perfect !
Great experience! Small house and great fenced in property for my husband, 3 year old and 2 labradors. Thr view from the house and property was amazing. The house was well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. Jerry thought of everything down to a water cooler and water so you don't have to lug cases of water. We brought our 23 foot boat which fit perfectly at the dock. The 2 minor issues we had Jerry took care of immediately. I will definitely look to rent this house again next summer!

The most relaxing vacation ever!!
The cottage is so cute and clean!! Everything we needed for our vacation was available for our use. We loved the fire pit and spent many evenings enjoying the fire and the views. My husband especially enjoyed fishing off the pier! If you want a relaxing vacation this is the place to choose! Can't say enough great things. I never met the owner but he contacted me by phone with all the necessary information we needed to enjoy our stay .We look forward to returning!
