New listing this year!!!! Bayfront condo with 4 bedrooms 3 full baths located in the gated Shelter Harbor Community in the heart of Beach Haven with 2 assigned parking spaces.

This second and third story unit offers elevated and unobstructed views of the bay from its 2 decks furnished for your comfort during your morning coffee or evening sunset. The open layout has a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 6 comfortably and is well equipped with everything you need including a blender, coffee maker, dishes, cups , glassware, utensils and more. There is also a large dining area off the kitchen to accommodate all your guests.

The living room also offers great views of the bay and has a large comfortable wrap around couch, chair, coffee table, large TV and DVD player. The dinning room seats 6 people and has a sliding glass door which opens to the deck which provides a west view of the bay and the beautiful sunsets shelter harbor has to offer.

The first of the of the 4 bedrooms is situated just off the entry way and stairs to the next floor. This spacious bedroom has 2 twin beds, table, nightstand, ceiling fan as well a its own TV. There is also a full bathroom next to the bedroom.

The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the beds are all queen size and the rooms all have dressers, nightstands, ceiling fans. The master bedroom offers great views of the bay while the guest room next door offers a private deck over looking the bay. The front guest room is spacious and offer a eastern exposure for the early riser.

We provide pillows and blankets. Linens and towels are NOT supplied.

We enjoy taking advantage of the local summer (September) in LBI and there’s no better place than Brad‘s marina townhome. The sunsets and view were amazing and as advertised. Brad‘s home is impeccable and he is very accessible with any concerns. The location is exactly where you want to be with a short walk to the amusement park, brewery and many quaint shore shops. After watching the sunset from your private balcony, You can end your day with a round of miniature golf and a choice of ice cream shops just minutes from the Marina.

The house is clean organized and extremely well-stocked you don’t need to bring anything but your personal property. Ladies the only thing you need is a hairdryer. LOL. We had a great experience with Brad and his condo. The place is in the best location on the island, and was super clean and convenient. He was super attentive and responsive about checking in/out and any questions we had during the week. I would highly recommend this place, and book again for my family. The pool was great, and everyone in the development was nice. One thing we usually like to do when we are at the beach is grill/eat outside at our house, and you can't really do that here, but only a small bleep in a perfect week away. Thanks Brad!

This rental had everything we expected based on the listing details and more. We are a family of 5 and each of our 3 children brought a friend with them so there were 8 of us. The set up was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms so everybody had their own space. The open layout of the kitchen/living room/dining room provided ample seating and more than enough space for all of us to hang out together. We were steps from the pool which was a bonus. Our children are 16, 21 and 22 so no problem at all walking to and from the beach a couple blocks away. We especially loved being right next to Bay Village and so many shops and ice cream places, mini golf, some restaurants etc and we walked everywhere back and forth multiple times a day. The view of the boats and sunsets every night right from our living room and decks were just unbelievably breathtaking. Lastly, Bradley Anderson made it so easy to communicate any time there was ever a question or a need and always went the extra mile in making sure we were satisfied from start to finish.

Best week ever with my family!

I rented Brad's beautiful home as a family getaway for my parents, my brother and his family, and my fiancé. We had an incredible week, and the location of this condo could not be more convenient to major attractions and activities in Beach Haven. My niece and nephew had the time of their lives; what a way for them to end the school year! Sunsets over the marina directly visible from our living room were among some of the most beautiful I have seen in my life. Thank you Brad! We will most definitely be back!

The condo was very spacious and clean. In the 30+ years of coming to LBI , this was the best place my family and I have stayed at. The view of the bay with the boats was amazing. And seeing the two sea otters from the balcony right below us in the water was great. Mr Anderson and his family were very helpful every step of the way. Amazing Beach Haven vacation!

We rented this property for a week. We were two couples and two toddlers. The location is ideal for anyone traveling with small children-the pool was very close, so it was easy to go back and forth if we needed anything for ourselves or the kids. The beach is right down the block. We simply drove all of our stuff over, but it’s an easy walk if you don’t want to drive. Also-the location is super close to all of the great Beach Haven shops and restaurants. As for the condo itself, everything was great! The layout is great for hanging together as a family-we prepared food and drinks and easily enjoyed everything on the deck which has beautiful views of the bay. There are plenty of bathrooms and everything was neat and clean. We will definitely be returning to this property again next year!

Management pleasant and easy to deal with. The house met our needs and was very roomy and comfortable especially the wide open space for kitchen, dinning and living room. Four bedrooms and three full baths and excellent views! The only drawback was the noise from the AC unit which apparently is on the roof above the bedrooms on the second floor.
