Bardzo ładny obiekt. Obsługa na 5+ Apartament ładny i dobrze wyposażony. Czysto. Lokalizacja super, blisko plaży,lasu ,niedaleko lokali usługowych. Basen:jedno wejście dziennie -super Parking Bardzo fajna restauracja na dole budynku (również serwuje sniadania) Plac zabaw, boisko do siatkówki

Die Wohnung hat Potenzial

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr sauber, geräumig und hell! Einen schönen Balkon hatten wir auch! Die Lage zum Strand ist TOP! 🔝

Das Personal spricht leider insgesamt sehr schlecht Deutsch aber auch Englisch ist schwierig! Die Erklärungen, wo Tiefgarage und auch das Zimmer/Wohnung sind, waren schwierig! Wir waren dann leider erst in der falschen Tiefgarage! Sonst war der Stellplatz aber super! Auf meine Frage ob wir einmal neue Handtücher bekommen könnten war erst die Aussage, ja einmal ist kostenlos innerhalb einer Minute wurde dies dann revidiert und gesagt, wir müssten an der Rezeption die alten abgeben und für die neuen bezahlen! Was nun stimmt, weiß ich nicht! Ich habe dann keine neuen geholt, hatten noch eigene Handtücher dabei. Im Zimmer wäre eine Couch oder ein Sessel-Tisch ganz gut, es hat leider geregnet, sodass wir leider nicht auf dem Balkon essen konnten!

Genialnie położony hotel. Z pokoju na 13 piętrze mieliśmy przepiękny widok na las i Świnoujscie. Bardzo blisko plaży. W hotelowym barze dostępne były przepyszne potrawy w bardzo rozsądnych cenach w porównaniu do cen obowiązujących w mieście. Pierogi i rosół smakowały jak domowe. Pizza lepsza niż w niejednej pizzeri. Z hotelu w zasadzie wszędzie jest blisko. Pokój wyposażony bardzo dobrze. Mieliśmy wszystko co jest potrzebne podczas pobytu z małymi dziećmi. Pomimo niezbyt korzystnej pogody, przez cały pobyt mieliśmy co robić. Basen hotelowy i strefa saun w zupełności spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna.

Nie mam co napisać, bo wszystko było lepiej niż się spodziewałem. Ewentualnie w gorący dzień minusem mógłby być brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, ale na szczęście i nieszczęście nam potrzebna nie była. Mam wrażenie, że kiepskie opinie pisane były przez zazdrosną konkurencje

Piękny luty 2024.

Lokalizacja i widok z balkonu Super. Mieszkaliśmy na 8. piętrze od strony Świnoujścia. Fajna restauracja i ceny OK. Blisko do plaży. Pobyt w lutym.

Słabe ciśnienie wody na 8. piętrze. Brak gorącej wody pod prysznicem. Zaledwie letnia. Zimna woda w basenie i temperatura na samym basenie. Wyszliśmy po 3 minutach bojąc się o zdrowie dzieci. Być może w cieplejszych miesiącach jest lepiej.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Zimmer und Schwimmbad waren sehr sauber. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war kostenlos. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Zur Promenade führt ein schöner Weg am Strand entlang.

Schade, dass sich wenig gekümmert wird.

Direkte Lage am Strand. Modern eingerichtet. Schwimmbad.

Wir hatten zwei Appartements gebucht. Leider viel kaputt - vor allem Möbel, wenig Geschirr und keine Kaffeemaschine im Studio. Es wirkt, als würden defekte Dinge seit Jahren nicht repariert oder ersetzt. Das schlimmste waren aber die vielen Silberfische (wir haben über 60 abgesaugt!) in beiden Appartements, die sich auch auf den Esszimmertisch und in der Küche breit machten. Auch hier leider kein Bestreben ernsthaft gegen vorzugehen. Anreise etwas chaotisch, da Rezeption ab 16Uhr geschlossen und mangelhafte Information darüber, wie man in sein Zimmer kommt.

Modern property, well located, free swimming pool & sauna in the residence, quality Wifi. Beautiful seaside and beach few meters from the hotel.

Could be good to have basic ingredients in the kitchen: salt, sugar... Promote the use of ENGLISH language in the residence : almost everything is in Polish or German.

convenience of having swimming and wellness options available while having the chance to prepare meals in own place in f not happy with local restaurant options

While the stated total when booking appeared quite appealing, when checking out the reality included a 16,5% markup for parking and cleaning. at least the cleaning costs could have been included in the pre-booking price as they are mandatory.

We were directed to the wrong parking garage, which significantly delayed checkin. There were far too few elevators -- as we were on the 7th floor, we often had to wait several minutes to get up- or downstairs. The fold-out couch was too hard for anyone but my husband to actually sleep on.

View is magnificent, also the fact that it's all pretty new. Bedding was fine and there's a great balcony that's also save for younger kids. Swimming pool with Sauna was great. Would stay here again!

There was no cleaning of the apartment in the 7 days we have stayed. Lifts are extremely slow and create a bit of chaos at peak hours.

hotel as a building i really liked modern location very good. Pool very nice but could have more sunbathing chairs.

Immediately after receiving the keys there was a problem with the service, sink in the bathroom drain problem there was no one to fix it. The door from the kitchen cabinet was loose, I was afraid to touch them, they were repaired only after 2 days. Black mold in the shower cubicle and a very bad smell in the bathroom, I was told because there are a lot of guests in the hotel.

Completely relaxing and in the nature and a 5 minute walk from the beach/forest and a 10 minute walk from the typica

Amazing location just off the beach but in the national park. Great apartments, well equipped and clean. Samsung smart TV that I could log into my Netflix account from and free wifi. Fabulous swimming pool and cocktail bar/ restaurant. Perfect!

Booking through booking.com meant that I had to pay for the car parking. Direct bookings included free car parking but I have not, as yet, done a price comparison.

Access and exit from parking through security guards that was not always close by on first day. Than I have received a remote controlled key card. Restaurant was closed during our stay and swimming pool restricted to short time slots due to Corona

Great choice for families and couples for a vacation

- amazing location on the edge of the city and at the start of huge park; -view to the sea and sunset from the 12 floor was great - kitchen with facilities

- soundproofing in the rooms - cleaning during the Easter absent
