On first impression it was clean and bedrooms comfortable enough, adequate closet space. The living room and TV room are the only modern furnishings in the house. The house needs major updating into the new century. First the old carpeting needa to go and hard flooring installed. The old fridge and dishwasher sound like they are on their last go. I thought someone was breaking in when the fridge kicked on. The linens need to go, towels, bed linens and bathroom rugs. We had to go buy a new shower curtain for master and a toilet seat for spare bathroom. We also bought new towels and rugs for bathrooms for a temporary fresh look. The lighting in Master needs to be updated, very dim lighting. Now for the outside. We had trouble with keeping the dogs in the yard because the fencing is literally falling apart. We patched up many many places but other holes would spring up during wind storms. Our dogs got out several times so we had to supervise everytime we let them out. I recommend getting a small leaf blower to blow off leaves coming from that tree in backyard and cleaning patio Overall it is comfortable enough and one can make due if you're not fussy. The owner is wonderful to work with and Steven Fisher (property manager) also gets back promptly. He addressed the main line water break in front yard and it was fixed within hours. Overall we found it comfortable enough for us but we are not fussy and make due with any situation but we would not stay there again unless updated.

As a couple who have rented with VRBO all over the world, this by far is the worst rental we have ever been in. Arrived Nov 1 2022 to stay for 5 months, what we observed was horrendous filth! Rugs, black grout on kitchen floor (should be white), tile grout on counter top was black, oven greasy and dirty. Fronts of cupboards were dirty, The house supplies need to be reevaluated as many things were broken, worn dirty or didn’t exist. There were no starter supplies ( toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand and dish soaps)We contacted the property MGMT(Steven), and he said the rugs and grout are stained not dirty. He said if we wanted the Marriot then you should have stayed there. We knew it was older but not filthy. He hired a professional rug cleaner who said the rugs needed to be replaced. The TV room furniture needs to be replaced. Its very uncomfortable and dirty. The dishwasher, hood fan (which did not work) and dryer were from 1994. I should also mention the ants in the bathroom, rats in the attic and fence that blew down. Mops, brooms, dustpans, vacuum filters and light bulbs all need to be replaced. VRBO should reevaluate this rental because it is not up to standard. The pictures need to be redone.

Sunny skies and highs in the 70s, what a great place to escape winter’s surprises. This property is conveniently located, very comfortable and secure. The property manager is also great to work with.

We enjoyed our stay even though we were in self isolation for most of it with the Coronavirus. The only downside was the small TV in the very small den. We wouldn’t have cared if we we were not doing normal activities but under the circumstances we watched a lot of TV and the den was also very warm. We loved the backyard for us and our dauchsand and the neighborhood was very nice to walk! We will definitely go back when life is more normal!
