What a wonderful vacation! We were there during the tropical storm Debbie so we got to really enjoy the condo during the storm. Jerry made everything so easy. He provided all the information needed to check in and out and was available whenever I had questions. The pictures online perfectly represent the unit. Check in was a breeze. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is my dream kitchen and made me want to take it home. The location of the unit is perfect in regards to easy beach access which is directly across from a concession stand that sells drinks food and souvenirs, bathrooms and showers, and is super close to downtown. It made for a wonderful trip and we look forward to returning! Thanks Jerry!

This Siesta Key condo is very nice. A short walk across the street and you are at the public beach parking lot, just a few steps from the sand.
The condo is very clean and well decorated. There is a Lanai in front that looks out to the street, with palm trees waving to you. A covered parking spot near the door keeps your vehicle from cooking in the sun all day.
One thing I recommend is replacing the mattress b/c it sinks down in the middle.
The pool area looked nice, but the water was extremely warm, which is not what you want when it’s near 90 degrees in July. We did not utilize the pool as we expected to, but that’s OK. We have pools at home.
We would stay here again as it is reasonably priced and Siesta Key Village is a lot of fun (just a couple minutes drive).

Very clean and comfortable condo with convenient access to the public beach (right across the street). We had a party of three but four could stay comfortably. First floor location was nice. Enclosed patio with doors that slide to screens was very relaxing. Nice pool area with lounge chairs, umbrellas, shade, and bathrooms. Would 100% stay again. Price was just right as well, especially for a Holiday weekend.

we were very excited to be finally staying so close to the beach this year we splurged because this had everything we were looking for and always bought once we got to Florida. We left the airport and stopped in to get groceries on our way, when we got to the condo about 9 pm we walked in to find it a complete disaster. It had not been touched since the last person checked out, extremely dirty floors, bedding laying all over, wet towels, bugs, things spilled and things left in the refrigerator. To top it off we could not get the lock box to work right. We tried texting and calling the owner and got no answers. I was in tears and my husband loaded all our suitcases back up and we headed for a hotel. I finally got a call about 9:30 telling me his cleaning company has messed up and they would get it righted as soon as they could in the morning and they would get ahold of us when we could check in. I told him the keybox was not working and he made it sound like I was dumb, I asked the cleaning lady the next day and she told me they have been having problems with it, it never did get fixed. They advertised a wagon that was broken and chairs that are moldy then told me people usually buy their own. I scrubed things, my husband bought parts and fixed the wagon and umbrella and we used a bandaid to keep the lock box closed. We were reimbursed 1 night, which didnt cover the hotel & eating out I asked for more $ back as it ruined our first day and was told not to leave a review

I would give this 6/5 stars if I could. The location is perfect, the condo itself is so cute and perfect for 3 people. It has every amenity you can think of. Great kitchen with everything you need. Very short walk from the beach. Will be back!!

The location is nice and across the street from a public beach. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Siesta Key Village. The property was clean. roomy and was represented exactly as the description and pictures. We had an issue with the refrigerator and had to discard some food, we kept other things in our cooler. We did make the owners aware of situation but the issue was not resolved. It is supposed to be a gated community but the parking gate was only functional for the first 3 days…the gate to walk out was never locked. These are minor issues that can easily be resolved and I would recommend this property.

The condo was a perfect size. The only problem was there was an odor of dead fish. It took over a week to rid the condo of the odor. We contacted the owner and he gave us a couple of ideas but they didn’t really work.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key! The condo is as described and had everything we needed. The use of the beach cart was awesome for the walk to and from the beach, which is beautiful!!

My kids and I stayed for six nights. Everything was just like the ad stated. You can literally see the beach across the street. I appreciated the covered parking spot. My kids enjoyed the pool quite a bit. I felt safe with it being a gated property. We hope to go back!

The most amazing part of our stay was being directly across the street from the best area of Siesta Key Beach. We walked the beach each morning and really felt this condo had the best part of the beach even versus the beach front properties. We also loved how close we were to Siesta Key Village, easy walking distant but of course trolly and golf cart services are also available and work on tips. The pool and fitness center were a plus and enjoyed meeting others staying in the complex. Jerry and Tina were good with communicating and the condo was a perfect place for us to stay while celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday. We love Siesta Key and would love to stay here again!

Siesta Key is the BEST beach in Florida!!! Our stay at this condo was excellent. The beach was a short walk from the condo and everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, noodles and beach towels) were all provided. The queen size bed was sooooo comfortable and the Delta shower head in the bathroom was great!!! The host for this condo was super kind and accommodating. Can't wait to go back!!

The property outside was very nice and the location was great. The unit did not have a smoke detector which it stated it did. The most disturbing is the ventilation system. It is black and had a moldy smell. I don't feel it was healthy breathe. Not very clean and furniture and matress very uncomfortabe.

This place was amazing! Very clean, bed was so comfortable, access to the beach was directly across the street…on line pictures are exactly the way the condo presents! Having the beach chairs/cart etc. really helped make trips to the beach easy! Highly recommend and will be back!

This one bedroom condo was perfect for our short stay. Clean, decorated nicely and communication with the owner was seamless, as was check in. Right across from the beautiful SK beach and within walking distance of the Village (1 mile) or use the Trolley. Bed was comfortable with a slightly soft mattress. Kitchen was well stocked and beach equipment is provided along with a beach cart. We would recommend and stay again.

We had a excellent time on the trip. Property and the room was great. Owner was responsive when needed. Location is stellar. Hit the beach and walk back for lunch or enough beach time and just go back to use the pool.
Only complaint was the use of the bikes. They are in the listing photo and we specifically asked if they can be used. We have a response in a email they could. When we went to go use them they were locked up and said you can not use for insurance purposes, which I understand. But told otherwise in the email.
Other then that I would HIGHLY recommend renting this it was perfect and clean.

Overall, the stay was great. Location was fantastic for a beach stay - which is mostly what we were going for. First time at Siesta Key as we have normally stayed at Ft. Myers. Sand is different for sure, beach is much larger - however. There is only ONE place at the beach to grab any sort of snack/drink. So, plan accordingly. The condo was perfect for 2. Very clean and ready.
The only issue we had, which wouldn't affect others for a very long time was the property was undergoing a parking lot repavement. So, I was asked to move the car across the street - which I did. I did get a warning from the local Sheriff's dept for parking overnight. Guess that isn't allowed (three residents got the warnings) so, for a few days, I had to get up, move the car to the parking lot across the street, then move it back before bedtime. That didn't make for a very 'relaxing' time. One morning, before 8 AM, as I was getting dressed to move car, someone was knocking on door. It was the property manager - telling me to move the car. I was about too. The crews were early today. I asked is there anything else I could do rather than move it back and forth. There was, use a pass and park next door at another property's parking. Once that was settled, things were better - but not great. Had to do alot of walking around condo units to get to & from the car, thru locked gates etc. Not usually an issue, until it is raining - and it did alot that week. We survived. The owner offered to refund some money for this, but it wasn't his fault.
I'd go back for sure, to the same place, if the owner would allow us too.
The village is a good walk if you're up to it and it has shopping, coffee, drinks and dining. Or, you could take the free trolley rides or other rides being offered if you aren't up for the walk. We walked a few times, but if a mile is too long for you, take the free rides!
