I love staying here. It is comfortable for me and my guest who has some physical disabilities. The ramp is convenient and easy to get loaded and unloaded. For my friend with a disability it made it easier to get in and out of the boat.

This was our second stay at this property and hope to return every year. You will not find a better property directly on the Cumberland River.

We absolutely loved this place. So much privacy and room to romp. Anything you could possibly imagine needing is there at the cabin. The owners were amazing in providing us with wood as we requested. Honestly just a lovely little stay. Don’t second guess - just book it.

This is our 4th summer in a row, to stay here. As always, it’s was a wonderful, relaxing getaway! The house was very clean and inviting, I love the new decor and furniture! Everyone had fun, the fish were not biting but that’s the way it goes sometimes. Hope to be back soon! As always I wish I could have stayed longer.

A special fishing trip for my grandson's 21st birthday. It was truly and lovely place to stay with everything thought of to make your stay pleasant. Now one of my favorite places to stay. We were lucky to have been able to enjoy blessings of others because of VRBO.

The location near the river was perfect for our fishing trip. It was well-stocked and clean. We took some fire wood because we didn't know some would be there to use so that was a nice surprise.

The cabin is clean, with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed bird watching in the morning, sat by the fire pit in the evening, and tried a little fishing too. Very responsive hosts.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Comfy, clean and great view. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the geese, butterflies and birds, while sipping our morning coffee. We had an awesome vacation at the cabin. One of the most relaxing ones we have ever had. The cabin was excellent, with the plus of it being on the river we couldn't have asked for more!

We had the absolute best time at this property! It was perfect for my family and our cocker spaniel. The view was spectacular every morning and my girl's loved the games available. We will definitely be staying again❤️

Very quiet and inviting sitting and watching the water was so relaxing. My family really enjoyed the time spend there. My little dog was just beside herself running around the grounds she truely enjoyed herself as well.

The grounds on this property are beautiful! The river is only around 250 ft. from the cabin front porch. There’s a shared boat ramp at the end of the cabin driveway—very convenient. The cabin itself is very comfortable, and they provide everything you need. Everything you need to cook your own food is there, plus there’s an IGA grocery store within 10 minutes. There’s a full pavilion on top of the cabin with many chairs, a huge charcoal grill (in addition to other smaller charcoal grills on the property), lighting, overhead fans, and several long tables—perfect for a family gathering. The owner provided LOTS of firewood for the fire pit in front of the covered front porch ( asked only for a firewood donation). The cabin was clean, and they even provided toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower body cleanser and shampoo, paper towels, and cooking spices. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee maker (filters provided). The only inconvenience for us was the bed situation for 4 adults—1 full-size bed, and 4 single beds. The full-size bed had it’s own BR, and there were 2 additional rooms on the other side of the cabin with 2 single beds in both; they had their own full BR. If you don’t mind smaller beds, or have children, the beds probably would not be a problem. There’s also a clothes washer/dryer with all necessities. This is a very nice place, and the host was very friendly and responded to my messages immediately. We loved it, and I’ll definitely be back!!❤️

the location was amazing!!! very clean and had everything we needed. the door lock was a little tricky but other then that we loved it and will be visiting again soon! Love that it wasn't a tourist area but had plenty to do and the locals were so friendly.

This was a great place to spend a week with three of our grown children. Our son caught 5 beautiful trout. Our dogs had a blast running around the property. The cabin was very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We loved it!
