We had the absolute best time at this property! It was perfect for my family and our cocker spaniel. The view was spectacular every morning and my girl's loved the games available. We will definitely be staying again❤️

Very quiet and inviting sitting and watching the water was so relaxing. My family really enjoyed the time spend there. My little dog was just beside herself running around the grounds she truely enjoyed herself as well.

The grounds on this property are beautiful! The river is only around 250 ft. from the cabin front porch. There’s a shared boat ramp at the end of the cabin driveway—very convenient. The cabin itself is very comfortable, and they provide everything you need. Everything you need to cook your own food is there, plus there’s an IGA grocery store within 10 minutes. There’s a full pavilion on top of the cabin with many chairs, a huge charcoal grill (in addition to other smaller charcoal grills on the property), lighting, overhead fans, and several long tables—perfect for a family gathering. The owner provided LOTS of firewood for the fire pit in front of the covered front porch ( asked only for a firewood donation). The cabin was clean, and they even provided toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower body cleanser and shampoo, paper towels, and cooking spices. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee maker (filters provided). The only inconvenience for us was the bed situation for 4 adults—1 full-size bed, and 4 single beds. The full-size bed had it’s own BR, and there were 2 additional rooms on the other side of the cabin with 2 single beds in both; they had their own full BR. If you don’t mind smaller beds, or have children, the beds probably would not be a problem. There’s also a clothes washer/dryer with all necessities. This is a very nice place, and the host was very friendly and responded to my messages immediately. We loved it, and I’ll definitely be back!!❤️

the location was amazing!!! very clean and had everything we needed. the door lock was a little tricky but other then that we loved it and will be visiting again soon! Love that it wasn't a tourist area but had plenty to do and the locals were so friendly.

This was a great place to spend a week with three of our grown children. Our son caught 5 beautiful trout. Our dogs had a blast running around the property. The cabin was very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We loved it!

Beautiful home right by the river. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend for anyone trying to have a nice private getaway.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was clean and comfortable with everything you need for a peaceful getaway. We have already booked our next trip for this property.

Property was in a nice quiet area. Met some friendly renters next door as well as super nice couple boating in river. River was steps away which was nice but a boat or kayak is recommended if you are wanting to catch big fish. House had all necessities we needed. Upstairs porch was nice for our game night. Bedrooms were a little on small size but manageable. Master bed is not large. We did not find beds comfortable but could be our personal preference. There were not alot of eating options super close that were super interesting. Local IGA for groceries. We were only minutes away from Dale Hollow Lake and Mikes Landing Restaurant. Also only few minutes away from TN line. We were able to explore into TN a little. Also enjoyed a bit of a drive to Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo which we all enjoyed. Not too far away from Lake Cumberland also. Would recommend and look forward to staying here again.

LOVED the gorgeous properth and Harvey and Mary were right on top of it when the smoke detector battery went out...we will DEF rent this property again...Beautifully decorated inside ans out

This property is absolutely wonderful! There is so much space and privacy and the outside area cannot be beat. Right on the river with a boat ramp just a short walk down the hill and a huge grassy area beside the house that the dogs loved to run around in. The house itself is perfect, spacious and has everything you could possibly need. We even forgot coffee and were so pleased to find they had both coffee and sugar. Unfortunately it rained both evenings so we weren't able to take advantage, but there is a lovely fire pit and they even provide firewood for a small donation. An absolutely wonderful place to stay and we hope to be back!

The property was beautiful. The house was very dark, but clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was the air conditioning is very loud while trying to sleep. It rained most of our day on Tuesday, so we couldn’t bbq or use the fire pit. I really wanted to sit out by the fire pit but the rain just wouldn’t allow that. Thank you we had a nice relaxing visit , which is what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay again for the third year in a row, the house is perfect for our family, everyone had a great time fishing, and our little one had fun playing in the sand on the bank of the river.
