This location could not have been better for us! The boardwalk is right below you for walks and shopping and it was close enough to Talbott Street Marina where we had a project. Highly recommend this home!

Our recent stay at Towers was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the views and exceptional service truly made us feel like valued guests. The condo itself exceeded all expectations. Impeccably clean and the fully equipped kitchen came in handy. The stunning oceanfront balcony was where we spent a lot of time watching the waves. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already planning our return trip. Thank you!

Beautiful spacious condo with amazing views oceanfront and close to everything which made it easy to walk and not have to search for parking !!! Loved having the parking garage and a gym included in our stay. Would definitely recommend to everyone and will be staying here again in the future !!

Had a great winter week getaway. Very comfortable and clean. The gas fireplace was convenient and perfect. There is plenty of space here to relax inside or on the balcony. Waking up to spectacular sunrises with great views was wonderful.

I stayed here with my wife and 83-year old mother in law.
The layout of the unit was great and overall our stay was great. We would do this again. The furniture was in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items. The location is hard to beat.
The floors and bathrooms were clean. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the unit that included sliding door window had not been cleaned and contains bird debris and a peace sign drawn on the glass highlighting the dirt. The Keurig Coffee Machine contained coffee grounds in it and my mother-in-law would not use it. The refrigerator had hair in some of the drawer and shelves as well as what appeared to be food debris. All cleaning issues were reported to management and were offered to be immediately addressed.
Communication during our stay with the management staff was prompt and informative.

Loved the property, fully equipped kitchen, easy access to boardwalk and parking. Our hosts were very accommodating and available if needed. Our only recommendations would be to improve the cleanliness of the floor, our grand-daughters' feet were black after walking barefoot throughout the kitchen and living area. Pool maintenance could use some help, the water was a green color.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and a fantastic location. Owners are very thorough and responsive. The only negative I had was some wet bathing suits left in the washer from previous tenants but we're super easy going and that wasn't a huge deal or enough to make our trip any less enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. We were right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and could walk to all of our destinations. The ocean views from the balcony were amazing. The fireworks were literally right in front of us. We enjoyed watching the activities on the boardwalk as well.

This was our second week of our stay and the first week was in Belmont 204. The views were tremendous of the ocean, the inlet and the back bay. It was also much quieter than the second floor first week stay. Everything was great and I would stay again. Only improvement would be the water pressure in the showers but other than that all aces!

The check-in process was extremely easy! The condo was extremely clean, great location, we sat on the balcony and watch the fireworks on Monday night. The pool is so nice! The pictures do not do this condo justice. The parking garage with two assigned parking spots was great. I highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back next summer! Thank you for a great week/stay!!!

We brought my mother who used a walker and my mother in law who’s in a wheel chair! The condo was absolutely perfect for the 4 of us! It has a gorgeous view. In fact, my mother sat beside the fireplace while looking at the ocean. She was in her glory!

While the overall location was convenient, the noise from the boardwalk was terrible & lasted until midnight each night. Despite being up 8 floors, "pop-up entertainers" brought microphone karaoke & loud speakers that were very audible. Even using a white noise machine barely drowned out the nuisance.
Check pans/dishes prior to using them. We found a few to be dirty & had to wash them.
Overall condo was clean & tidy. However,
we did notice accumulations of dust & a few hanging cobwebs.
Owners were very responsive & answered my questions/concerns quickly.

We loved the Belmont
We had a wonderful stay here and loved the condo and all the valuable info provided by the owner.
My only recommendation would be to upgrade the couch in the living room and for the property management company to spot check your cleaning crews are doing the work they are being paid for.
We would absolutely stay here again though.
