Relax in this lovely cottage home in a quiet neighborhood with private driveway parking for two vehicles & small boat. Only 1/3 mile to beach & two blocks to an intra-coastal boat ramp. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or back deck or a nice grilled dinner in the downstairs lanai. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi and flat screen tv's throughout, this three bedroom turnkey vacation property includes all the comforts of home. Bedrooms include 2 queen and 2 twins. Close to quaint local restaurants, Publix Grocery & only five miles to Historical St. Augustine for sightseeing, shopping & dining. Downstairs covered communal lanai with seating area as well as table and chair for six, laundry and grill.

From check in to check out communication with the property manager was awesome! When we got to the house it was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. This house was decorated with a beach theme and it was clean! It was a great home away from home with all of the little extra's we didn't remember were already there. We would recommend this home and we would stay there again!

This property was a great for our family with 3 young kids. It is in a ideal location- a quick walk to the beach or over to the intercostal for fishing and a meal at Aunt Kate’s (we enjoyed many!) It was clean and very well stocked with everything from kitchen to beach supplies- even a little treat for kids and adults upon check in. We would love to come back during warmer weather!

The house was great-perfect location. The beach location was amazing! Not overcrowded, not crazy. We were close to historic St. Augustine. The drive there was easy and short. The kids loved jet skiing for the first time. All in all, it was a fabulous vacation!! Thank you Debi!

I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be near the beach and public stores. It is located on a very quiet dead end residential street. Very quite and restful and Debi was a great host. The property was immaculate.

I fell in love with this cottage as soon as we pulled into the driveway! Everything was perfect for our stay with our two adult daughters. The quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the ocean were exactly what we were looking for, and this adorable cottage and all of the little extras Debi provided were the icing on the cake for us. We enjoyed daily walks/runs along the shore (a short 1/4 mile walk to the shoreline from the cottage), collected many seashells, watched the sun rise and set, and enjoyed the peacefulness of it all. We did some touristy exploring over the bridge in St Augustine which was also fun, though very busy in early January…we were happy to have the peace and quiet of this sweet cottage to retreat to afterward. We hope to be able to return to this little slice of Heaven in Vilano Beach one day and once again start the day with a cup of coffee while swinging gently on the front porch. A perfect getaway! Debi is an excellent host! We traveled down this year to spend Christmas with our family. When we arrived the house was decorated with outside lights, many Christmas decorations, and a Christmas tree. This gave us the feeling we were at home. The house is in a great location between the beach and sound. Debi is very responsive to any needs we had. We had a very nice welcome package when we arrived that was a great touch! This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this house and we'll definitely be returning! Thanks again, Debi!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is convenient to attractions and Historic St. Augustine yet remote enough that it’s peaceful and quiet.
Debi was gracious and helped us with some scheduling problems we had.

Debra treated us as a family. The house wad cleaned and very well organized. She provided even small details for our stay- condiments and bottled water in the fridge, snack and wine of our choice, lotions, make-up remover towels, phone chargers. In the garage Debra stored bikes with helmets, beach gear, surf boards, and many more. We felt welcome and loved. The house is a walking distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cottage at Vilano Beach is exactly as described. Perfect location for small groups or families. A quaint cottage which a stones throw to the river and a 1/3 mile walk to the beach. Property is well maintained and clean. Property owner is friendly, helpful and directly involved with the stay.

Perfectly Located Jewel
This property was perfect for our St Augustine vacation. It is located just a very short drive from all of the historic attractions downtown and just an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The house itself is located on a very quiet dead end street. The house was very clean and well kept and was perfect for our family of five. The homeowner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely choose this location again.

Great place!
We stayed here with our kids over Christmas and everything was exactly as advertised and completely amazing. Debi was a great host and even decorated the house with Christmas decorations, which our kids loved. Great access to beach and restaurants within walking distance, yet quiet and secluded. I’d stay again with my family in a heartbeat.

Great House
The house was very cute. The house has lots of little extras from bathroom goodies, to a well stock kitchen to great beach accessories. The walk to the beach is not bad. My teenage kids didn't complain nor did my 70+ mom who visited for the day. The house has bikes that we were able to ride to the beach also a beach cart to take chairs or boogie boards or whatever else we thought we would need. Deb was very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend the rental to everyone!!

Adorable beach house
This house is beautifully decorated, very clean, great location between the intracoastal and the ocean. It was just me and two of my children, ages six and nine.We loved the front porch swing and enjoyed sitting there in the evening, feeling the breeze. The flowers smelled amazing! We would absolutely stay here again. The property owner really went out of her way to ensure that our stay was just perfect, and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend choosing this house for your vacation.

Incredible hospitality
This house was so cute! It was the perfect size for our family of 6, and Debi was a great host! The beach is a short walk and once you cross the highway it’s super easy! Shops are close by and there are tons of attractions 15 minutes away! We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn't ask for a better host. Debi thinks of every detail.

A hidden treasure in St. Augustine!
Our experience in Debi's property has been the best ever! Everything that we needed was there, and more. Impeccable clean, even decorated for the holidays which made us feel at home. The location of the property is perfect, only 1 mile to the beach. We enjoyed every day bicycling and walking. Next time we will rent the property for a longer stay!

Serenity at St. Augustine
Debi’s house was just perfect for our family. The experience was wonderful, including all communication with Debi herself. She was a most gracious host and we definitely recommend her home if you are in this area. All amenities were first rate, clean, and welcoming. It made our stay most enjoyable. My mom, aunt, sister and I stayed at Debi’s property and had the best experience! Everything you could need and more. Debi is very responsive and helpful. The property is comfortable, clean, cute and with nice touches. I love the fan pulls and the downstairs living area. Vilano beach getaway.
The house is beautiful....cozy and quiet with Tolomato River views and a short walk to the beach. There are two restaurants within walking distance, but the house is fully equipped for meals at home. The homeowner left nice touches to make you feel welcomed. Is would stay again!

Our seven day stay in this quaint home was great. We were close to the attractions we wanted to see. Our favorite was George Street right down town St. Augustine. We had two afternoons at a beach nearby and watched surfers one day when the tide was high. Beautiful sunsets from the rear deck were enjoyed also. Appliances are good and it was a very q

Very Happy with Hibiscus Villa!
My husband, 2 adult sons, their girlfriends, and I stayed at Debi’s Hibiscus Villa for 5 nights in July. It was just as the pictures portrayed- cute, cozy, clean, and convenient. While the cottage is rather small, it has a nice family room with enough seating for 6 adults, as does the dining room. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities to cook meals at home. The 3 bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was more spacious than the hall bath, which is quite small, but fine. It was very warm when we were there, so we did not utilize the additional lounge/dining area below, as much as we thought we would, but we did grill once. We appreciated having a washer and dryer to use, as well as the bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach caddy. The walk to the beach wasn’t quite as close as I would’ve liked, but it’s doable; we chose to drive to Anastasia Park beach the second day. We enjoyed walking to Aunt Kate’s Restaurant, taking pictures, and watching the sunset. The food was good, too! Cap’s on the Water is close, and is a favorite of ours. It’s an easy drive into St. Augustine, where there are great happy hours, restaurants, and shops. We would recommend this house, if you value a clean, convenient, albeit cozy home. Debi is great to work with, communicating and responding to questions in a timely manner.

The perfect home base!
My family and I stayed at Debi’s Hibiscus Villa for eight days. There were six of us. It was cozy and wonderful. It had everything we needed as well as a gracious host. We had beach days mixed with days to explore the sites around St. Augustine. This house is the perfect home base.
Vilano Beach is a nice little community with Aunt Kate’s restaurant just a short walk away. Plus, there is a grocery store and several other restaurants just a short drive from the house. Try 180 Vilano for some good pizza.
Debi, the host, was responsive and generous. We would definitely recommend this home to others and hope to return some day.

This little cottage was a dream come true. Perfect accommodations with thoughtfully provided extras. So clean. We would definitely recommend for a quiet stay. Debi was just a text away, very responsive at all times. Aunt Kate's restaurant was close enough to walk to. The food there was fabulous. The staff was exceptional.

Perfect beach cottage
This was the perfect beach cottage for our spring break. The decorating, amenities, and proximity to the beach and river (which can be relaxingly watched from back patio) were more than we hoped for. The best feature is definitely the way the owner shows you that your time here is her top priority.
We will surely visit this vacation property again.

Charming cottage in quiet neighborhood
The cottage was immaculate, very charming and equipped with everything. We particularly enjoyed biking around the quiet neighborhood and walking to the public pier and boat ramp only 5 minutes away. The porch and small back deck were very relaxing to hang out on as well. When we first arrived there was a problem with the washing machine but the owner was very vigilant in getting it fixed and in keeping us informed of the status. The location was convenient to St Augustine sites and to the Guana-Tolamato-Mantanzas Estuarine Research Center and Preserve which has lovely hiking, biking and kayaking.

Perfect Stay!
This cottage was perfect for our family of 5! The location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet, within walking distance to Kate’s. Awesome Host, Debi, made sure we had everything we needed plus some! The cottage was stocked with all the necessities and more! We will definitely look to stay here again when heading to Vilano!
