Good location

the property and the location of the hotel is perfect as well as certain rooms…

we checked in around (6-7pm) and the guy who checked us in was the rudest person i have ever dealt with! i am a casino host so i know about customer service, and this was the worse!!! 1. our room was still dirty, bed wasn’t made trash in the room and the ac wasn’t working properly. went and told the front desk agent the issues and he went upstairs and checked the room and came back down and was told “it’s like fine” he decided to just move us to a different room because he knew we were upset. second room had dirty towels and the room never cooled down properly.. very disappointed and do not plan on booking here again. and in our previous stays to this one we have NEVER had a problem like this other than being lied to about the fire place working when it really wasn’t..

In all the times I've stayed there the rooms smell good and are clean. Stayed in 2nd floor. Carpet was nasty, room smelled like several people who worked in the sun and smoked just exited, and the wall in the shower was covered in whiskers/hair. The sugar packets for the coffee had been opened and shoved back in a cup. Told staff. She said she would take care of the issue but no offer for a discount. Never had this experience

Location. Value.

The room smelled like sweat. The carpet was dirty. There was no regular coffee in the room, only decaf. Had to ask for regular coffee and toilet paper as well.

Everything was good!

Clean. Fair price.
