This is an amazing modern Condo with ocean views and just one block from the beach! Condo is gated and we provide all the beach stuff you will need to have fun. Condo is 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. A King bed in the master with your own private bath and balcony and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. We also provide queen air mattress and a fold up twin mattress. The unit has a full kitchen with granite counters, furnished in cottage style living. Furnished balcony with barbecue. Lovely art work. This is a lovely unit with no amenities spared, including beautiful hardwood floors throughout and travertine tiled in both bathrooms. There is garage, and unit includes washer and dryer. For your fun there are beach chairs, bikes, umbrella and boogie boards! Come escape to luxury on the beach!

After breakfast, head to the beach (just around the corner from your back door) for a day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. Once the sun sets, walk to downtown Oceanside (two blocks)to enjoy the night life, or relax by the fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine while you read a book from the well-stocked bookshelf. As far as meals go, there is an endless selection of delicious restaurants and cafes to choose from. But, many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental. Life doesn’t get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. You will not feel like you are in a hotel room. Each room has character, and you will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, gourmet kitchen and so much more. There are four beach bikes for guest use.

Within walking distance is a train that takes you straight to downtown San Diego, the Stadium to catch a baseball game. Visit the Gaslamp District, the Seaport Village and San Diego's Harbor.
