About this house rental
Sedona Red Rock View was made for you. This welcoming home accommodates adult guests (12+ y/o) and has a warm, rustic feel, yet all the modern amenities you expect.
You'll be awed by the home's distinctive and beautiful unobstructed views of Sedona's famed red rocks. Incredible views are from the back of the home, with a deck and many large windows. The rear of the house and deck face East and get the morning sun after it rises over the Mogollon Rim.
The home is perched on a gentle slope at the edge of a quiet and convenient residential neighborhood, with street-side privacy provided by bushes and pine trees that also give shade from the afternoon sun. Dense bushes and trees separate you from side neighbors while you're surrounded by nature, relaxing on the deck at the four-seat table, in a lounge chair, or on built-in benches.
I provide personalized attention and caring support while you stay as guests in my home. I'm your single point of contact for everything; if others are needed, I'll get them.

Some Online Caveats:
Please accept my apologies for Vrbo's system. After a month of open support cases, they suggested I point out their errors to avoid disappointing or confusing guests. Some of the statements are written by their "AI Bots". So, online content varies in real time. Some of their questionable statements follow:
- Q&A search box sometimes says "breakfast is available at an additional charge." No.
- extra person fee may apply. No.
- credit card/ID may be required upon check-in. No.
- debit cards but not cash are accepted. Neither.
- has a bidet. No.
- has an electric kettle. Functionally true, but it's part of the drip coffee maker.
- photo 3 would be a drone video, but that feature is broken.
- lack of an elevator is moot for a one-story house.
- "7 units" refers to its 7 rooms; I promise it's a standalone single-family home.

This was probably the best VRBO that we have stayed. Felt very comfortable, just like being at home. The view was beautiful from the back patio while relaxing in the mornings and evenings. Robert had plenty of very helpful instructions on things to see in the area. Everything is as description says. Would stay here again if back in the area again.

My stay was so wonderful! The views were incredible and I felt my body relaxing more each day. I feel so lucky to have had this time with nature.

I've been putting off doing this review because I just don't feel I will do it justice. The property was absolutely beautiful! The views!!! Oh, how I miss those views! Every little need is attended to and Robert responds quickly. Do not hesitate to book! We'll return, for sure!

A fantastic little house with a big heart. Incredibly stocked with everything you could possibly need (kitchen, linens, etc.) The view of Sedona is everything. Comfortable. Great location. I can't imagine wanting more than this. Perfect for a family of four or for two couples. Fantastic for a romantic getaway. Highest marks.

Beautiful and comfortable with gorgeous views! Also easy to get to and located near many trails. Our host, Robert, was very attentive and welcoming. One thing, the washer and dryer are VERY loud. We started the wash as we left for the day to mitigate part of the issue.
Overall we LOVE this property and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! The location is perfect! Very close to Uptown Sedona, but also just tucked away enough for privacy and great views of the red rocks. If you are looking for the perfect place to lay your head while in Sedona, look no further than this place.

This property is clearly well maintained. It has everything you would need for your stay in Sedona. The views are breathtaking. I would say the pictures dont do it justice!
The home is fully updated, and the location is very convenient. All of the top restaurants, shopping centers, and tours are less than 10 minutes away.
The high desert is alive with wildlife and it is all right in your backyard!
Having stayed at vacation rentals around the world we can say with confidence that this home is special and Robert is an excellent host. Can't wait to return...

Robert's house was amazing! From the breath taking views off the back porch, to the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The house location is a perfect distance to downtown Sedona and other activities. Robert was a great host. He provided a 'things to do' file, made sure we got settled in and made himself available if we had any questions. We had a wonderful time, and would highly suggest anyone else to stay here. Thanks for everything Robert!

If you are going to Sedona and you want an amazing place to stay, this is the place!
Robert was fantastic from the time of booking until the day we left. He provided us with a fantastic booklet he prepared to tell us all about the area from trails to shopping to food and sooo much more!
Thank you, Robert! Your home and your hospitality are top notch!

Everything was perfect. Probably the most attentive owner I have ever experienced on VRBO.

I cannot say enough about how wonderfully thought-out everything was. When I first walked in the house, I bee-lined toward the back deck, and it was just as advertised...beautiful and serene. Despite the home being located in a safe neighborhood, you feel like you have all of Arizona to yourself. The instruction book left by the host was so informative. We used it every day and were able to experience some epic hikes. I highly, highly, highly recommend.

Enjoyed every moment of looking out the big windows at the rust colored ancient mountains!

If you want a great view, this is it. If you want a fabulous ultimately stocked kitchen, this is it. If you want Five-Star hospitality, this is it. If you want to stay at one of the best VRBO’s in Sedona, this is it. If you want total relaxation, peace of mind, and quintessential accommodations, this is it.
Thank you Robert for all the details you provided. All your hard work was greatly appreciated.

What a wonderful experience!! We arrived at the home late in the evening with the outdoor and some inside lights to welcome us. We loved the home right away but little did we know what was waiting for us in the morning! As we woke up and wondered to the kitchen the view out the back windows are breathtaking!!! Pictures don’t describe the beauty. You could spend your entire trip to Sedona staying in this home and be happy. Robert has thought of everything to make your stay the best experience. I love his attention to detail and his love of the property showed. We have traveled to Sedona many times and this has been our favorite place. We love to travel and are extremely picky where we stay so I am a tough critic. We will always try and stay at Robert’s when we return to beautiful Sedona.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood/setting and it exceeds the pictures, drone footage and descriptions. Robert is an outstanding host with his attentiveness and attention to details. Overall, it was one of the best properties/hosts that we have experienced to date!!

The views are stunning, the home itself is beautifully decorated with solid appointments throughout. Look at the pictures read the other reviews. I have nothing to add to those- five stars all the way. But what I will mention is that there needs to be a different category for Robert as a host. Something above premier host designation, perhaps Vrbo should name it after him. The organization, information provided, and responsiveness to the level which suits you best, could not have been better. Thank you Robert for sharing your beautiful home, and for being the perfect host.

My family of four (including twin 14 year old boys) stayed at this lovely home in early March and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The owner, Robert, is very easy to communicate with, super helpful, extremely organized, and you can easily tell that he wants his guests to have an enjoyable experience.
The home was impeccably clean, the beds/pillows are very comfortable, and the views just cannot be beat. My family enjoyed dining outside on the patio, as well as stargazing. Robert is so kind to share his Nikon binoculars, which made stargazing that much more impressive!
We were lucky enough to spot tons of wildlife in the neighborhood, including javelinas, coyotes, and deer. We also really enjoyed the frisbee golf course that is quite literally in the backyard (just walk down to the nearby park and enter behind the community pool).
We all agreed that Sedona is a magical place, and staying in West Sedona just enhanced our experience. We hiked a lot of awesome trails, and felt relaxed and rejuvenated at this "home away from home." We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your wonderful property with us, Robert!

I found this property during the height of covid, when traveling was a dream but not possible. I added it to my bucket list. We were finally able to enjoy this property over the past week and it far exceeded our expectations. Comfortable beds, gorgeous views, well-equipped kitchen. Was within 5 to 10 minutes from nearly everything one could want to do in Sedona. One of the best rentals that we've ever stayed at. Just book it. You'll be glad that you did.

We can't say enough about this home, it's location and the host Robert! Not often does something meet, let alone exceed your expectations. The home has the most beautiful views of the red rocks and you don't see anyone or other buildings...just nature and beautiful Sedona. The home is modern, updated, well kept, organized and I can't imagine why he rents it out...I'd live there personally if I owned it. You can't go wrong with this experience. Thank you Robert for sharing your home with us and we WILL BE BACK!

First, the views are stunning!
We are hikers and birders. There are more incredible trails than you could ever do, and they are all near-by! We could bird just sitting on the deck. There were numerous birds of many types, and we even had a bird not normally seen come by every day. It was fun to see families of quail walk by, and we saw animals like the javelina.
The house is so well equipped, and the host communicated everything well, and was responsive to any needs.
Sedona is beautiful, and this house is perfectly located. I encourage anyone to enjoy!

What a view. When visiting Sedona, its all about the view. This house delivers views in abundance! We were lucky enough to be there during a snow storm. No need to go out, all your entertainment is right in the back yard! Every 5 minutes the view changed from clouds to snow to sun peaking through the clouds and i could go on and on. The house was very clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living space items the you would ever need. Its hard to know what to rent sometimes but this choice was a bullseye! Hopefully we'll return soon!

We loved out stay this gorgeous home. The views out the living room and second bedroom are incredible and we loved beginning and ending our days with them. Nights were quiet and dark and the beds SO comfortable! We slept well and were ready for an active day exploring and hiking around Sedona. Every detail was considered. The owner even sent suggestions for what to do in the area with hikes, restaurants, sights, shopping, etc and was very available throughout our stay. We all agreed that staying here really enhanced the quality of our entire trip. Highly recommend!

We booked this home for a quick getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday and we were so incredibly thrilled! This home has million dollar views. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner was very kind and responsive. We hope to return. Beautiful home! Beautiful views! Everything was perfection!

Robert’s place was spectacular as always. The red rock views out of the large picture windows are stunning. We always enjoy the modern furnishings and appliances and made ourselves at home during our three week stay. The well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook several meals during our visit, complementing our excursions to several of Sedona’s wonderful restaurants. Robert’s house is conveniently located in West Sedona close to many of the town’s most popular attractions. We look forward to our return to Robert’s house next year!

We spent 4-perfect nights in Robert’s home and could easily have enjoyed this home for a month.
Breathtaking vista, close to Whole Foods, shops, Trails and on a clear night, the Milky Way 🙏

What a wonderful property. Nestled in a cute Sedona community, the house had everything you needed or wanted and more. I swear the kitchen was better stocked than my own. The beds were really comfortable and everything was super nice. The views off the back deck were STUNNING! Robert was an excellent host and very quick to respond to anything. Everything was labeled and there were helpful guides. Checkout process was super simple. We would stay there again if we come back to Sedona.
5.0 / 5.0
This was our second time staying at this property and we still loved everything about it. It is very convenient to shopping and restaurants (Try Sedonuts in the morning!) as well as the hiking trails in West Sedona. My favorite thing though is the fabulous view of the sunrise over the red cliffs and star viewing at night on the back deck. We didn't cook much but the kitchen is well supplied with everything you might need to cook with and everything is clearly labeled and easy to find. There are a few different options for making coffee including a Keurig machine and a drip coffee maker. We found the beds to be comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of space for our toiletries. We would definitely stay here again!

This home's location is hard to beat! The back yard butts up to a national park area, so when you sit out on the deck, there is nothing but nature and a beautiful view. The home is really well appointed and beautifully organized. I would stay there again and again. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, GREAT host! Richard took such good care of everything, even including passes for hiking areas. We've stayed at many VRBO's and this one was the most well informed, clean, and safe.

The Sedona Red Rock View House is amazing. Thanks for sharing your home Robert!
The views from the deck and inside the house are incredible. The house is just as pictured. Every room is clean and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. The house is also conveniently located it in a nice neighborhood in West Sedona, minutes from hiking, shopping and spas.
We loved waking up with the sun every morning to watch the sunrise, the rabbits and the Gamble's quails. There are tons of birds and other wildlife to watch right off the deck. We were able to truly relax during our stay. A needed shinrin yoku.
Thanks again Robert.

5 stars are not enough!
Robert, our host, has thought of everything to make this house a 'home away from home'. I was continually amazed at all the specific amenities: magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms, plenty of towels, first aid kits, a sewing kit, black washcloths for makeup, hangers in both closets, laundry detergent/bounce sheets, hampers in each room, extra blankets and pillows, ziploc baggies of all sizes for leftovers including leftover containers, coffee/tea, condiments and spices(!), bag clips, pencil/pen/paper, tape, good Kleenex/paper towels/t-paper, and a kitchen complete with every appliance/pot/pan/dish/serving item, etc that you could want or need... AND there are charging ports IN EVERY ROOM. Additionally, Robert has labeled everything so there is no question what goes where. The Welcome Book is exceptional and really helps to adjust to a new house and area with ease.
The large map detailing every hike in the area, walking sticks, umbrellas, cooler, a perfectly placed coat rack and bench and the pads for the deck chairs were just icing on the cake.
Robert was kind, thoughtful and extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of our Sedona adventure. He responded quickly to my questions and helped me plan our vacation months before we arrived in Sedona and continued to be available throughout our stay at this amazing house.
As far as the location...PERFECT. This house is close to everything --hiking, shopping, groceries, restaurants AND the 360 views are simply spectacular! Sitting on the back deck and gazing at the mountains, rock formations and wildlife is magical.
If you are looking for the full Sedona experience, then this is the perfect place for you!
