Housekeeping is not included in the price of the rental. Housekeeping will be paid directly to the resort during your stay.

Housekeeping fees are mandatory and are as follows:
Housekeeping services received at checkout only- Flat fee $155 plus tax

If you request cleanings during your stay the fee is $80 plus tax each clean.
If you receive cleaning during your stay the rental is still subject to the checkout housekeeping flat fee.

Additional fee charged by hotel upon arrival:

This property was such a treat to stay at in Miami beach! The room was clean and well maintained. The view was spectacular! And the host was so responsive and accesible . Ive stayed in many properties during my Miami travels, but this was hands down one my top experiences! Cant wait to go back!

Stayed in the Tresor. Room was as advertised. Traveling with wife and 2 kids(7/14). Nice view from the balcony. Building was clean. Some wear and tear noted but overall well maintained. Enjoyed having kitchenette for bfast and lunch. Check in and check out were smooth. Front desk was responsive to request made. Valet is pricey but no other choice if you have a vehicle. With that said they were also very responsive. Did not try any of the onsite restaurants. Very nice large pools and a separate kiddie area. Excellent beach front location. Service at both beach and pool was great. Staff eager to help with towels and setting up umbrellas etc. Wouldn’t necessarily be my first option for families though as it seems to be more of a young people party vibe. But large enough that you can go off and do your own thing. Building has its own rooftop like pool but unfortunately I only discovered towards end of my stay. This one seemed to be more private and with less people. Things are pricey. It’s Miami Beach.

Nice place ! Check in very long. No flexibility for check in and out. Communication with manager not very friendly. Just short answers about check in and out. Construction beside but ok.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Loved that we were able to use all of the amenities at the Fontainebleau Resort! We did not appreciate however ,the spring break partiers next door and the inability to use the hot tub! There was no one from the resort to control the spring breakers ,which was unfair for the other tenants! The resort is very very expensive to eat and drink. Although there were a few negatives overall we had a great stay Loved the location and the weather was great!

This suite is at the Residences towers so it is a little more quiet there. Easier to get elevators and less chaotic. But it is only a 3 minute walk to the Fountainebleuain hotel lobby and all of the pools and restaurants.

I never booked a room at Fontainebleau via this method and was skeptical but I was swiftly reassured once I arrived. The room was a good size with a balcony with a view of the pool/beach. Price point was phenomenal and I definitely plan on booking again soon!

Great experience from booking to check-out. Beautiful unit, exactly as described. A short get-away from Texas and this was perfect. This feels like a resort and the amenities were plentiful. Our host was always responsive and helpful.

The room was pristine, the view was incredible!! The grounds are beautiful, pools and beach access are amazing. The bed was very comfortable. There are restaurants on the property but are expensive, which is what to be expected when you stay at a high end hotel/property like this. Would absolutely recommend and wish we could have stayed longer!

My stay at the property was great. The unit was very clean and just as described with a great view. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that the hotel location is a little isolated from different dining or entertainment options, or any shopping. If you plan on getting some basic groceries or necessities for your stay, you may need to rent a car or take plenty of Uber rides. There is a very limited amount of options within short walking distance, and dining on the property every day can get quite expensive, which is expected at a luxury hotel. Other than that, it's wonderful property. Great pools, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach.

The hotel was everything we wanted. You do not have to leave resort. Condo was perfect from the room view, large bathroom, comfy bed, stove top, refrigerator's,, utensils, etc... Miriam was very responsive on questions, etc. We had the BEST time and will book every year!:)

Overall was a nice stay. But I was very let down upon check out when they dumped on a fee for cleaning on the bill twice. I went back and checked out all emails and no where did it make any mention about additional cleaning fee

The property was perfect. The room was beautiful with a view and the hospitality was second to none. When I realized the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold, I had the staff bring ice to us. We will certainly be back. Thanks again.
