Amazing Location with Professional Team

Everything was amazing! The stay was very peaceful. Resort is charming and located in a very quiet location. Just what i wanted! Khaana to khazana tha yaha par :p Must stay place if you are traveling near Dehradun here.

Warning! Please read this carefully.

The property is located in a very off-beat location, you won’t find any nearby shops for any essentials. Main city drive is of 50 mins and nearest cafe was 30 mins drive. BUT THIS DIDN’T STOP us from enjoying the property. 5 star to the location, 4.9 star to food, 5 star to the staff for their hard work which was clearly visible even in the cold winters! My only concern was the swimming pool could not be enjoyed as it didn’t have heating system installed in it. The internal roads need some repair although we could construction work taking place. Food was excellent!

Very nice, warm and friendly staff, Front Office Mr. Tushar even provided us with an early check in. Food is excellent here

Atmosphere

Property is in natural enviornment so it's nice but with few caveats 1. We stayed in room 301 and cabinets were wet and unsuable so we had to keep everything in bag. 2. They usually have corporate booking for upcoming companies so we experienced music and loud singing till 2 am in morning while we had to checkout at 5 am. Our rooms should have been allocated in different floor. 3. No mechanism for luggage movement for early morning checkout from lowest cottages. People have to carry their luggages themselves through a steep path or around 100 steep steps, if you decide to checkout before 8 am.

The property is located in a completely offbeat location, the views will just make you go in a very deep relaxing feeling. Special thanks to Sanjay Rana for taking care of our needs at night. The General Manager was also courteous enough to upgrade our room to a Higher Category to give us the best feeling.

Amazing Experience amidst the nature

Amazing Experience staying at Haut Monde. Service and Food were excellent, the staff greets us very well. Excellent stay and the staff is very cooperative. Must visit this place on weekends if you live near Delhi NCR.

A Memorable Stay in the lap of nature

Property is located in a very prime place with a view of the water stream. The service they offer is out of the world. The staff is very friendly and helpful, property is good and well maintained, especially the restaurant vibes at night is simply splendid. They have so many calm and relaxing exercises to offer you like yoga and many therapies for you body and soul. Would recommend this stay since it's safe and friendly for a solo traveller/family.

A picture perfect location for your retreat plans. We had booked a 5N stay with them and we are overall very calm and satisfied after our retreat. The location and the food are the best USP's of this place. They say that the nature heals the body, well - IT'S VERY MUCH TRUE HERE!

Since the property is hugely spread, i found the exterior could be little bit more clean but since the property is like a sanctuary, we could understand that this is the part of the beauty of nature hidden inside Haut Monde Resort.

It's was just ok. Didn't liked my stay very much.

Resort was away from hustle bustle of city. Lush green surroundings.

Food was expensive, but was just ok. Some facilities were not working.

If you want to ruin your stay please visit Haut Monde

Nothing. Staff was busy in attending some wedding guests. We had so wait for hours to get our food. We also found insects in our soup, photo attached. The hotel GM was rude and incompetent. The service and rooms were so bad that we had to check out 1 day before and moved to a new hotel. Hotel assured us that they will refund us amount of 1 day but they refused later. I would advice not to choose this property of fraud people.

Property- Awesome Staff- Awesome Special Ms Bhawana ( Manager) she helped a lot during our stay. Food - Very Good Mahaul - Very meditating due to river sound.

It's near to NCR and dehradun. So group of bachelor visits on weekends. They play music very louder. This make very uncomfortable to those who visited for relaxation.

Understaffed, nobody at reception for check in, no water bottles in the room, hand shower broken, no Goodnight/mosquito repellent. We were overbilled for food with no proper explanation provided. Power keeps going out so no wifi and no phone network.

The property is quite mismanaged. They are understaffed and unprofessional. Getting there is a bit difficult because the roads are narrow and slippery due to landslides. There is no network connectivity and wifi keeps going off due to power cuts.

Loved the stay and would highly recommend to everyone for a serene experience up in the hills

The property was literally nestled in the hills and provided an amazing ambience to relax, rejuvenate and connect with nature. Hospitality of the staff was super and they made sure we felt comfortable by following the right protocols with COVID still lurking. Shreya (the manager of the resort) was extremely welcoming and provided us with a lot of helpful details on things to explore in and around the place, arranged a short and incredibly beautiful trek down a natural stream behind the resort and also arranged for us to travel up the hills and get a panoramic view of the nearby cities - Dehradun and Mussoorie.

The food generally was amazing but I think there were a couple of instances when it felt a bit bland and could have been better.

Perfect place to unwind with family and friends!!

The location is exceptionally good. Best place for a peaceful holiday close to nature. The resort team helped us organise a trek down the hill stream which was a fabulous experience and highly recommended for all nature lovers and you can do some amazing bird watching too!! Enjoyed the weekend and staff was very helpful. Must mention the good food too. The chef does a great job with Garhwali cuisine.
