This large, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, three level townhome, is situated in the desirable, park-like Snowcreek complex offering breathtaking views of Mammoth Rock from the interior, as well as the three outdoor decks. Whether curling up in front of the living room's cozy wood-burning fireplace, or grilling your summer dinner on the private gas BBQ, your group of up to 10 is sure to love this exceptional location for a perfect mountain getaway.

The spacious living area features a fully-equipped, upgraded chef's kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, an in-unit washer/dryer, private, secure WiFi, flat screen TVs throughout (each with smart Blu-ray players, and many offer 3D*), and a stash of board games for that perfect family evening. On the lower floor, you'll find three bedrooms: two with King beds and the third with a Queen over Queen bunk bed. On the highest level, a sleeping loft provides 3 Twin beds with an additional Twin trundle pull-out (loft has 4 Twin beds total). The living room is located on the second floor and offers a Queen sleeper sofa.

Steps from your front door, you'll enjoy access to community hot tubs and sauna, as well as a conveniently-located stop for the town's free shuttle service. Located less than a mile from Little Eagle Lodge and Chairlift 15, and about a mile and a half from Mammoth's famed Village shopping center, Snowcreek sits perched between a large meadow and 27 holes of golf.

Blocks away is the area's premier private health club, the Snowcreek Athletic Club,** which offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spin, yoga, martial arts, a trampoline room, full-sized indoor basketball courts, racquetball, and five seasonally available tennis courts. Outdoor activities abound with free cross country ski trails, hiking trails, and national parks. In the summer, hike to Devils Postpile and Rainbow Falls; fish, kayak or paddle board in the nearby lakes basin or at Crowley Lake. Rent a pontoon boat, kick back and BBQ your catch on Convict Lake. Mammoth is truly a year-round resort. And if that's not enough, you're only a 30-minute drive from Yosemite National Park.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mammoth and Snowcreek. The condo was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our two recommendations for the condo are: Better lighting in the bedrooms We would have liked some cleaning supplies in the kitchen.

9/10 stay - booked this cabin for a Thur-Sun weekend for my birthday. vibes were immaculate, location is only minutes from eagle lodge, dog friendly, and has all the amenities and cooking gear you would need for a weekend away. The community sauna was epic but unfortunately the spa was out of order. Only innaccuracy on the listing is the couch from the pictures was replaced by an uncomfortable, smaller leather couch.

This was a nice place to stay. Checkin process and all relevant information to the condo, hot tub and other amenities, etc was clearly laid out in a document sent a few days before, which was really helpful. Overall the condo was comfortable and as advertised. It had a lot of bed space which was nice. The only drawback was a lack of a large pot and a lack of baking sheets in the kitchen, but this was minor and the kitchen was well stocked otherwise so we were able to work around that without much issue.

Kitchen didn’t have baking sheet and other every day items. The refrigerator filtered water and ice wasn’t working. Bathrooms are all on the bottom floor and that makes it hard for anyone staying on the third floor. Fire wood was too thick to catch fire there wasn't a hatchet to cut it into smaller pieces. On the plus side there was plenty of room for all of us to comfortably hang out.

The place is great for a group of friends/family. Living room is big, comfortable and has sufficient light. Kitchen could have more glasses, but otherwise sufficiently staffed. Bedrooms have comfortable beds. The management company provided great customer service and resolved minor issues quickly and efficiently.

The pictures on the site aren’t updated. Reading the other reviews made it seam as if the couch in the living room was dirty , but I can tell you the photo of the couch on this site isn’t updated. The couch is leather and in excellent condition. There are heaters in every room and the place can comfortably sleep 8-10 people. The drive to the slopes was 8-10 min and there was a really great coffee shop called Black velvet around the corner. We seemed to hit that place up everyday before going snowboarding. I wish we were able to get a later checkout that was the only bummer, but all in all everything was great. I would stay here again.

Great stay for large family

This cabin was a perfect spot for a couple families and their dog. Large bedrooms with nice bathrooms. Well equipped and managed. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the house was very clean. The carpeting and couch in the main living room were a bit dated but as this is one of the few rentals that allowed pets and I understand not wanting to replace them just yet. The complex the house is in is also very nice with multiple walking paths and even a small pond with ducks. Fun for kids, families and pets.

We had a lovely time with our adult children and 2 dogs. It was a great setting. We’ve stayed in that complex before and enjoy the hot tub and touches of home. It was quite expensive for the quality of the property - the only real downside.

Upon entering the property, it was difficult to miss how disgusting and dirty the couch and overall cleanliness of the house was. We had to go out and buy blankets to cover the couch with in order to sit on it. The vacuum that was "available" was not working all throughout our stay. There was no hot water for showering longer than 2 minutes in only one bathroom (horrible accommodations given we spent 4 nights here). The living area and bedroom were very outdated. I am very disappointed with the poor accommodations and would never recommend this to anyone or ever come back.

Great location and easy access. User friendly check in with coded front door lock and we arrived 10 minutes early and management gave us new code to get. Very helpful. The property itself is very nice, clean, well taken care of and well supplied. We had a very good experience and will be back

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was the perfect accommodation for our family. The bedroom were spacious, kitchen well stocked, enough room at the dining room table for all 9 of us and the kids loved having their own space in the loft. Check-in was a breeze, changing the code on the front door made access easy for all and the large washer and dryer was a real plus. The only thing that we’d love to see updated is the couch in the living room. For such a nice condo, the couch is worn and was dirty. We actually covered it with our blankets to feel comfortable sitting and lounging on it. It needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. Other than that one inconvenience, we loved the condo!
