Listen to the waves and sip a cocktail as you relax with these gorgeous ocean views from your private balcony, the living room, dining room, master bedroom and guest room! New furniture in 2020 adds a modern style while keeping with the relaxing vibe of Panama City Beach!

This unit comes with 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrella set up daily, in season (march 15- oct 31) 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas.

Welcome to Calypso's premiere rental unit, our 12th floor corner unit located in the prestigious Calypso resort, offers everything you might need for a wonderful vacation with family and friends. The Calypso property has 2 outdoor pools, a pool bar, BBQ and fitness center. Our corner unit comes with 2 sets of COMPLIMENTARY beach chairs, that's 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas right on the white sandy beach! After a day at the beach, you are only a 2 minute walk to Pier Park, the biggest outdoor shopping mall with many shops, restaurants, recreation activities, movie theatre, "wheel eye", and more…

Interior Living Area: The open concept living area features a living/dining area with over 30' of windows bathing you in sunlight and views from every angle of the beach, coastline, and pier park. There is plenty of seating with a couch, love seat and 2 oversized chairs. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Enjoy ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, icemaker, blender, Keurig coffee machine. A dining table and kitchen bar offer enough seating for your entire party. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable and your personal streaming services available to download. Free Wifi! Enjoy your favorite songs from Spotify while enjoying the sunset. Condo also includes brand new washer and dryer.

Bedrooms: Inside the condo, you'll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a sunset view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and own bathroom. Two master suites have gorgeous gulf views, plasma TV's and all bedrooms have new comfy mattresses!

The 12th floor balcony is the perfect place to see for miles down the beach, or look far out onto the ocean to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and other sea life often visiting our waters. Sit, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunrises, sunsets as you listen to the waves crashing in and smell the salt air! You will not find another Condo or view this perfect. Parking: Parking is handled through the Calypso resort and as of Feb 10, 2024 the parking cost is $50 per car per stay, with second car being $100.

Spent a wonderful week on the beach and loved the condo! We had plenty of room for the five of us, and having three bedrooms and bathrooms was very convenient. The unit was clean and comfortable. All amenities were as promised, including the beach chairs and umbrellas. And Can’t say enough about the views of the gulf!

We had a girls weekend and with 5 women the size of this property was perfect. A spacious bathroom for each room was especially great. The views were absolutely amazing. The elevators can get a little backed up during peak arrival times but the wait was worth it. The four rental chairs and two umbrellas that came with the property were great (note they set them out at 9am and begin pick-up promptly at 4:45pm). We would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Beautiful condo with an ocean view and quick walk to beach. 2 nice swimming pools with access to the Tiki Bar. Convenient location, very close to Pier Park so you don’t have to drive for food unless you want to. Walmart is just a few blocks away. We were fortunate and didn’t have to deal with the crowds. It was getting crowded as we were leaving, people coming for Labor Day weekend. I didn’t have to contact management because everything went smoothly. I did receive important information in a timely manner with instructions regarding parking garage passes, door code and instructions for checking out.

This is our 4th time staying at the Calypso with Warren Beach Rental. We will always book with them. Their condos are always amazing. This is the perfect location to everything:Pier Park, fishing pier and many restaurants. Everything you need is in the condo. Everytime our vacation ends, I'm excited to book the next one with them. Very comfortable stay! Weather was not the best while we were there but the condo was big enough for everyone! There was 6 of us and we never felt over crowded. Mostly everything you need is walking distance with amazing views! The staff is super helpful if you have any questions about anything. The condo had everything you could need. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms! We’re definitely going to be booking this condo again for our next trip down!

This corner condo had a stunning view of the beach, pier, and Pier Park. The location was excellent. We loved being able to walk to Pier Park, restaurants, stores, and of course the beach. The property and equipment seemed a bit old, but that wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Checking in and out was easy, and the parking deck across the street was easily accessible via skywalk.

This is such a great condo! Very clean, roomy, and great location. Parking was convenient and easy. The beach is wonderful with restaurants and shops very close by. One of our sinks was clogged and was fixed right away. We will definitely be back!

Will stay here again! Great condo! Very clean! We vacationed with our parents and not of our Dad’s have physical limitations and the condo accommodated their needs with 2 of the bathrooms being walk in showers. Two bedrooms had ocean views. Balcony was extra spacious being a corner unit! Beautiful ocean views! Close to the Pier! Great location being close to The Pier and Pier Park! The TV remotes were a bit frustrating when we did have to stay in the room. Several remotes, and for “older people” it was confusing. Would be nice to have written instructions on the remotes. And staying at the Calypso we have learned there is always a chance of the elevators going down, and they were down an entire day. Once we informed our Condo Host they kept us updated throughout the day.

Our family had a wonderful time, this unit is in a great location for the beach, shopping, & dining. The views from the large balcony are awesome and having the beach chairs was a great plus. The kitchen was nice, we were able to prepare meals, lots of pots and pans, casserole dishes, etc. However, as far as cleanliness of the unit, overall it was ok, there is mold/mildew above the shower and on the ceiling in the master bathroom and one of the sinks barely drained, and the oven/stove was dirty. The towels that are provided definitely aren’t what I expected for something listed as premier (very thin and rough), corkscrew was not included in “every kitchen gadget” so I had to go buy one. There were plenty of extra pillows, but no pillow cases, so we had to go buy those as well. The dryer needs some attn, it took forever to get a few towels dry. Like I said, we had a great time and the unit is in a great location, just needs a little tlc. All of the Calypso staff and security were very nice and helpful.

All info was precise informative and helpful! I like the that they gave instructions! I just felt the linens on bed didn’t seem so clean and crisp and the oven was dirty but all in all a great vacation! Will book again next year!

My family of five stayed here for spring break and truly enjoyed this condo so much! It was very roomy and comfortable and the views of the sunset were spectacular! The check-in process was very easy as well as the communication with Mitch Warren! We will definitely be back!!!
