Very pleased with this rental. Very clean, quiet and well equipped. The location was ideal for us to see a concert at the BankNH and for hiking around Gunstock resort. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

I loved the cottage! It was very cute and I loved the bear and moose decor. Location was great for our needs. We were up for a concert and the location was great for that. We also went to the Weirs a couple of times since it was so easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again!

I love a clean property and this little place was exactly that. My husband and I stayed here with our baby for a few days while visiting family on the lake. It was the perfect home base for us. As some others have noted, an AC unit of some kind in the bedroom upstairs would be nice. We opted to sleep downstairs because it was quite hot for the few days we stayed. My only other comment (which I acknowledge is a bit bit-picky) is that the towels, while freshly washed and clean, were a bit old/dingy looking and could use replacing. But otherwise this was a great stay and I would 100% stay again!

Nice little house, very clean, only complaint is that after charging a cleaning fee the owner requires that you clean and do laundry before checkout. That should be clear and right upfront in the description.

The location and size of the house was perfect for my wife and I. The house has all of the basics and is within easy biking distance to Ellacoya State Park and walking distance to Ellacoya Barn and Grill (great food!) The house has a bedroom upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs. There is also a sleeper sofa downstairs. We chose to sleep on the sleeper sofa because of the proximity tot he bathroom and it was much cooler downstairs with the air conditioning.

My family and I rented the house for a weekend. The house very cute, clean and had everything you could need for your vacation. We went to Gunstock Mountain, which was 5-10 minutes away and had the best time riding the mountain coaster. Kay was very helpful and responded to text right away. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect.

I stayed with my two kids for 5 days. The house was impeccably cleaned and organized,, found everything we needed and more. Was close to everything, just 2 minutes from the lake. Mi kids loved it. My only recomendation will be add more storage for clothing and air conditioning in the bedroom. I personally will pay more for the air conditioning.

This little cabin was perfect for my husband and I. This was the perfect spot to relax for a much needed vacation. Great location with so many beaches and towns nearby. Cabin was very clean and decorated super cute with bears and hard wood floors in the bedroom were beautiful.

My husband and I came to Gilford to go to a concert at Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion and stayed for the weekend at this cottage. It’s quite new, super clean, and has everything you could want in the kitchen for dishes, glasses and utensils. Mattress on the bed upstairs was wonderful… Very comfortable. Everything worked the way it’s supposed to and we had no trouble. The location on Lakeshore Road was very convenient for us and close to several restaurants. We’d highly recommend this property.

This lovely rental met all our needs and exceeded our expectations for us and our 3 kids. Upon arriving we found the cottage very clean and tidy with cute decor. The kids were ecstatic to find a dresser with games and things to keep them busy, it especially came in handy during a rainy afternoon. As big time book lovers, we LOVED that there was a bookshelf upstairs and even grabbed a few to look through on evening. The kitchen was totally equipped with everything we could possibly need. I really appreciated that there was a washer and dryer available without needing to drive to a laundromat. Above all, Kay was amazing to communicate with and we found the instructions for check in and check out very clear and easy to follow. We would absolutely return for another stay!

This property did not disappoint. It’s small, but our family of four stayed with no issues. We were visiting family that stays at Ellacoya and it was so close! We spent a few days In Weirs Beach too, but it was great to come back to the quiet afterwards and only 10 minutes away! Also, the washer and dryer was so great to have so that we didn’t have to pack as much. Beautiful decor and kitchen had everything we needed.

My husband, two boys and I stayed at Kay's cottage for a few nights and it was absolutely perfect! So cute and cozy! The home is kept immaculate and Kay is easy to contact if you have any issues (which we didn't!) She leaves a binder to let you know where to find things and how to clean up on your last day.The beds were comfortable, and there was a standing fan in the upstairs bedroom to circulate some air. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies to cook anything you have on your menu. We will definitely stay again!
