1st Floor condo sits on a gorgeous Lake Cumberland. 3-5 minutes walk to the clubhouse, which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and playground.
Well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances features a bar area perfect for entertaining! The screened-in heated and cooled back porch w/lake views and a gas grill. The Primary bedroom has a king-size bed and Bedroom 2-Queen and Bedroom 3-Queen w/twin trundle.

Woodson Bend Resort, sits on a gorgeous panoramic vista of Lake Cumberland. The unit is within 3-5 minutes walking distance to the clubhouse, which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, and 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and a huge shaded playground (Restaurant and pool in season only). 135 slip boating dock.

Parking in front of unit on 1st come 1st serve basis.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
No parties loud music or events.
No open flame candles.
All cooking oil discarded in trash.
NO PETS
Please only use toilet paper.

Very nice well decorated three bedroom unit in Woodson Bend. The bedrooms were small but adequate. Primary bedroom bath shower was really small and if you’re an oldster like I am you really have to be careful in there because it is slippery. We really enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and Evenings after getting home from dinner. Just a beautiful view of the lake from there. Close enough that you can walk to the pool if you’d like.

We really enjoyed our stay as it wasn't peak season yet and few neighbors. The area was far away enough to have quality quiet time but can get to most grocery stores and shopping in 20 minutes! Will back again for a visit for sure!

The view was great even in March. Our favorite area was the screened in porch which was winterized without losing the spectacular view. Kitchen was better equipped than my own kitchen. Great time.

The condo was just as it was described. The kitchen was well stocked. The atmosphere was very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. We had a couple issues and the owner response immediate! We’d love to stay there again!!

No problems with the condo or any of the amenities. Very annoying to get there and have to wait because manager had not called security and arranged parking. We waited in a parking lot until he chose to call. We waited 15 minutes or so. He had the information 3 days prior to make arrangements. Attention to details matter.

This is our second time staying at this condo. The location is perfect, only 20 minutes from our favorite marina, Conley Bottom. We enjoyed using the pool several times. The smallest of the children really enjoyed the kiddie pool. The condo is very well kept and very well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and that sunroom is awesome! Thank you for another wonderful week at the lake!

It was really nice it's a little confusing if you've never been in the area I was under the impression it was a stand alone property not with three other rooms attached but that wasn't an issue at all it was an absolutely gorgeous and wonderful place to stay I will definitely come back in season when everything is open but it was a very quiet and peaceful stay loved and enjoyed every moment

My husband, children, and sister were looking for a getaway for Thanksgiving. The condo is beautiful and was very comfortable for our family group of five. Our hosts were kind and helpful throughout the process. The view from the back deck was lovely and peaceful. We drove over to Cumberland Falls for a hike one day. This was a nice experience!
