Only a 3 minute walk down the staircase to our very own private beach set up with 4-beach chaise and two large beach umbrellas.

Turtle Ridge Villa had everything our family of 10 could need. There was plenty of space, allowing everyone to have privacy—yet the layout was ideal for bringing everyone together in the common spaces. The pool and outside grill area was fantastic and the short walk to the private beach was something our family thoroughly enjoyed. We rented two SUVs and we were less than 5-10 minutes from all of the popular restaurants and shopping areas. A true home away from home.

House is beautiful, well equipped and layed out. Beautiful views throughout. The management staff was terrific , and very helpful. Although only a few minute walk from the beach, there is a long stairway going down which may be a problem for some.

We had a family wedding at Wymara. It made sense for us to stay at a VRBO. The property was everything as it looked and then Some!!! Very clean!! Amazing views! Many extras included! Having everything at your fingertips! Well stocked house including bath soaps, hair shampoos and conditioner and body creams. Bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and light blankets for the fire pit. We all enjoyed all of the amenities!! We rented a car however, jasmine was wonderful. She called for taxi service a few times and they came in a very timely manner! We felt like royalty. Would definitely rent this house again!! ❤️

Everything about Turtle Ridge was amazing!!! Our concierge was fabulous and super responsive and helped us with booking dinners and excursions prior to and during our stay. The welcome crew were so wonderful, waiting for us with cool towels and rum punch when our flight was much later than planned. The property was even better than the listing and was perfect for our group’s needs, from the 5 king suites to the pool and the beach. It had everything we needed, especially the phenomenal ice machine that we had working overtime! Would absolutely highly recommend!!!!

Amazing stay with friends/family. We had five couples & this house was spacious! Paid extra to have the pool heated and glad we did! We rented two vehicles to get around (a bit hard to drive on the opposite side of road). Can’t say enough about the great service with owners/management company. Thank you!!

Just got home from this property today. Overall, our family was very pleased. The property manager / house concierge ((Jasmine) was great and answered all my questions / addressed any concerns very promptly - which was greatly appreciated. The house was phenomenal but it wasn’t the best setup for young children. That’s not a knock on the house - but something I would mention for others who may be looking to bring kids under 5 to consider. We had several slip and falls around the slick pool when wet - and the over the garage suits are nice - but small and not connected - which caused a small issue for us and the younger kids. Otherwise, a great trip with my family (9 in total at the house). I’d love to go back with friends and without the kids but if that fits your group - you should love this property.

Our family of 7 stayed at Turtle Ridge the week before Christmas and had the best experience! The house is perfectly situated, close enough to Grace Bay resorts and Turtle Cove, where we ate often. The beach is gorgeous, and pretty private. The house itself is amazing, and Jasmine was there to take care of all of our request. I highly recommend this villa!

The house was absolutely stunning and Jasmine, the property manager, was so responsive with little maintenance things that needed handled quickly and she also helped us out with travel needs. The location of the house was exceptional. You walk down some stairs, cross the street and there you are walking on to the beautiful beach. It was our first time in Turks and Caicos and it definitely will not be our last. Our group decided our next travel to Turks, we will stay in this house again. Lovely experience.

We throughly enjoyed staying here at Turtle Ridge! Jasmine, the Property Manager was amazing! She was super helpful and answered all our questions so promptly! We were greeted with cool towels and a yummy punch! The house is absolutely beautiful! They have everything you need from snorkeling gear to beach chairs and floaters! Loved the outside living space, the pool, and the fire pit! The kitchen is fully stocked even with a very convenient ice maker. It was nice having an individual AC unit in each room. Loved the Sonos Sound System and the two washing machines and two dryers! The beach is a quick walk, less than 5 minutes. The owners make sure you have everything you need to have a fun and relaxing vacation! I would highly recommend this place! It’s like your own private resort!

We really liked the layout of the house. Three bedrooms (each with its own bath) are in the main house and two bedrooms are above a detached garage. The main house has an open floor plan with a large glass sliding door that opens out to the pool, which has great views of the ocean. Jasmine was very attentive and helped make our stay great. We would definitely stay here again.

The villa is AMAZING, so much space to hang out, cook and eat, lounge in the incredible infinity pool, sit at the fire pit. The view is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully, and my god the beds are so comfy, I will dream about that bed! The walk to the beach is quick and easy and we had the entire beach all to ourselves! A dream come true! Jasmine and her team provided service like I have never experienced, so quick and friendly and thorough. The sound system was great, we had fun, middle aged dance parties by the pool! We were a group of seven friends (one couple) and it was perfect, enough space for everyone to unwind on their own or hang out and socialize. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Villa is well outfitted and very well managed. We loved the pool and beach toys and even played some ping pong. Villa is very comfortable, and the views are outstanding. We had them heat the pool (additional fee) and our kids spent half the week in the pool—and the pool setup is perfect for kids. We’ve stayed in Grace Bay area 5 times now and would absolutely recommend this rental.

There is nothing not to love about this property. The location is fantastic, the place is fantastic, the view is fantastic. The beach is a walk down several stairs and a little over a block. The umbrella and chair set up was perfect. A car is a must , but I feel that's most everywhere on T&C if you want to experience the islands. Jasmine was wonderful to deal with and would reach out to us to ask if we needed anything (which we didn't). We have 5 couples and the bedroom set up was perfect. Thanks for a great stay - can't wait to come back.

Nine girlfriends from college rented this house for our 40th birthday trip and it couldn’t have been better! The house is very nice with great furnishings, the view amazing, and the beach is less than a five minute walk away. A highlight for us was how much the house manager, Jasmine, helped us before and during our trip with restaurant reservations, transportation needs, activity bookings and last minute changes, etc. She was amazing, super friendly and responsive, and made our experience so seamless! I would highly, highly recommend this house for couples and groups of friends.

The property was amazing, the view of the ocean and the outdoor space were everything you could want on a tropical vacation. We had 11 people, ranging in age from 6 to 76, and the house was the perfect size for us. The beach is a short walk and we were able to get around the island everywhere we needed to be in less than 15 minutes. The infinity pool is fantastic and the chef we hired was able to utilize the grill and kitchen area. The house has everything you could need and they didn't cut any corners with anything. The whole check-in and out process was very smooth and Jasmine and her staff are very attentive to any issues and can help with anything you could possibly need. We used quite a bit of the AC in the rooms at night as well and the extra charge was very small. Overall, everyone loved the property and location and was one of the few properties we've stayed at that exceeded our expectations.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Everything about the property & experience was top notch! The property manager was great at communicating from the time we booked the rental. She met us with rum punch at check in, scheduled in home COVID testing & was just a text away if we we were in need of any other requests. The home was newly renovated and very well kept, with the most plush towels :D Very impressed and will hopefully be booking here in the future!

This property is stunning in so many ways. It is clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. The pool and outdoor space are perfect for families with kids. The location is so private yet it is very close to all the great restaurants and tourist hot spots in Provo. We considered going to a resort but renting this home was 100% the right decision, especially with kids. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked and the grocery store is only 5 min away. The property manager helped us make restaurant reservations and was super helpful throughout our stay. We are so excited to return to Turtle Ridge and will be telling all our friends about what an special house this is.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Turtle Ridge. The views, the pool, the beach were as pictured if not better!! The rooms are spread out so everybody had their own space and privacy. We didn’t encounter any issues whatsoever. We did run the A/C day and night and ran over the allowance, but we knew this going in so no surprises there. Randy was nice and efficient and made check in & out easy. We have been to Turks several times and would definitely stay here again. Family memories were made here! Thank you!!

Beautiful property and conveniently located to private and public beaches as well as the grocery store. Electricity on the island is expensive and it’s suggested to be used on a limited basis or you will be charged for overages. We only ran the two bedroom ACs at night and still went over, just a warning because it can be uncomfortably hot during the day in the summer even with the doors open… but that’s why there’s a pool and the beach! Also make sure to bring bug spray, the mosquitos are rough! Overall fantastic property!

The location of the property was second to none. Beautiful views overlooking the ocean from everywhere in the house. Private pool was perfect and clean, although you will have to scoop up any bugs from the night before. We ran the AC only in the bedrooms which was great if you just wanted to get away from the heat for a minute. It wasn’t needed in the main living areas if you open the sliding doors and front door along with running the fans. We only paid an additional $89 for the electric and we used the AC unit often for the rooms. The house is central and won’t be a far drive anywhere you want to go. Get a rental for sure to explore bc the house is not near anything within a half mile walking distance but the drive is 5 min or less. Walking with kids would be difficult. The internet is slow, the dishwasher was hit and miss, and the Xbox didn’t work in the room which wasn’t a big deal for us but would have been nice when the kids were winding down for the night. Randy was very responsive, friendly and quick to be onsite for any issues. It was a great experience overall!

This was a vacation that was much needed for our family. The house is nice, as well as the landscaping. The view is absolutely incredible...to sit in the pool and look out over the bay is so relaxing. Having the private beach set up and remote location was awesome, as well. We would highly recommend Turtle Ridge Villa to anyone looking for a more quite location to re-charge and enjoy yourself, but close enough to the action...it really was pretty much the best of both worlds for us! I can't say enough about our property manager Randy! As with any VRBO there are things that wear, or are not fully functional, that is extremely difficult for the team to identify within their small window between guests. I was very impressed with Randy's responses to anything we discovered...especially if it required a trade to remedy, as well. He really is awesome! Both Darren and Randy made great recommendations for dining and activities...you can definitely trust their advice! For all of the great places we ate...by far having Randy personally cook my wife's birthday dinner was the best! I HIGHLY recommend you take advantage of that opportunity if you can swing it. Randy was able to use some of our catch from our fishing trip to cook a spread that my family and I are still raving about! It was unanimous...everyone wants to come back and stay at Turtle Ridge!!!

Great accommodations for our group! We had 6 adults and one toddler, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and gather together. Access to the beach was very easy, and there are even designated chairs already set up. We had a great time and definitely would stay again!

The time we spent at Turtle Ridge was exceptional. We were three couples who have traveled together frequently and we all agreed that this was our favorite destination and accommodation so far. It was hard to venture out due to a fabulous view, pool, fridge stocked with beer, and an outstanding luxury villa. We spent most days at the beach under the umbrellas or in the turquoise water. We snorkeled off of the beach, absolutely beautiful. We saw various types of coral, turtles, and colorful fish. Having a private beach was amazing! The walk to the beach was easy and enjoyable. The weather is awesome with a consistent breeze to keep you cool. It was so nice that we didn’t run the air conditioning, even at night. The breeze made sleeping very comfortable, and waking up to the view from the bedrooms was spectacular. Turtle Ridge did not disappoint. Don’t miss out on “Da Conch Shack”, Bugaloo’s or the Thursday night fish fry. Make sure you stay at the fish fry long enough to see the Junkanoo band. I recommend renting a car(Scooter Bob’s) to become self sufficient. Driving requires some concentration for an american who is used to driving on the right side of the road, but it is easy once you acclimate yourself. It made the visit complete. I would also praise the management team headed by Cady Clayton, they were fantastic to work with. Anything we needed help with, they took care of immediately. We will begin saving money to return as soon as possible.
