Each bedroom has a private full bathroom with granite counters and stone bath/shower. Private Jacuzzi with a view of the green belt next door will relax you after a day of skiing, snowboarding, sledding. The sled hill in our side yard will entertain your kids and we have sleds in the garage for you to use. The sun bright living and dining rooms boast a majestic fireplace and lovely views. The family/game room has another fireplace, a large 65" HD flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, and a pool table. The covered outside deck has a gas BBQ, private spa, and is professionally decorated with outdoor living patio furniture, white decorative lights.
The master bedroom has a king bed, three more bedrooms have king beds, the fifth bedroom has a queen bed, the sixth has a queen bedroom set and separate full size bunk bed with twin bed above. The seventh bedroom has a queen wall bed and home office. Five bedrooms have lovely views and all bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
Smart TVs, FREE Comcast HIGH SPEED wireless internet (300+ Mbps), laundry room with washer and dryer, ski locker room by the garage. Heated driveway, patio and garage means no snow removal work or wait.
Natural green belt next door means lots of deer, moose, wild turkeys and other animals visit the yard. We have two new baby porta cribs, a high chair, baby toys/books, and a moveable baby gate so you can keep babies near their folks as needed.

Main Street bands and festivals, Deer Valley Resort Concerts, Zip Line, Alpine Slide, mountain and trail biking at the ski resorts, road biking paths all around the area, fishing, hiking, lake swimming, rent a boat, kayak, or jet ski on Jordanelle Reservoir 20 minutes close. Float down the Provo River in inner tubes and visit the state and national parks and Bridal Veil Falls nearby. Rent bicycles at White Pines Touring nearby, located right on the famous Rail Trail off street paved bike trail. Park City has many miles of safe and scenic bike trails, hiking trails, mountain bike trails with easy access bike rentals.

Amazing house with convenient location to Deer Valley and Park City! Perfect for multiple families. The house had great amenities and was well stocked. Owner was easy to communicate with throughout booking and stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had 15 family members ranging in age from 9 to 79 and the house had plenty of room. The house was in great shape and Walt was very responsive to all our needs. Highlights included steam showers, hot tub, pool table, big kitchen and awesome outdoor spaces to eat dinner outside and take in the views. Plus, there were some fun moose and wild turkey sightings (literally strolling through the property). Would definitely plan to come back again to try a winter vacation. Great family or large group setting. Thanks Walt!

The house was beautifully appointed, had great views, and accommodated our family of 13. It was 1 mile from Deer Valley, 2 miles from downtown Park City and 3 miles from Park City ski area. Awesome House in Park City - Solamere
We had a fabulous week in Park City and one reason was the great house we booked. The owners couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. The house was beautifully appointed, had great views, and accommodated our family of 13. It was 1 mile from Deer Valley, 2 miles from downtown Park City and 3 miles from Park City ski area. Great location! No complaints. We’d definitely return!!!

Large home, very spacious for our 3 families of 4 to spread out and have plenty of room. Walt was very resourceful and helpful throughout our stay. The house was stocked with most basic necessities which was a nice touch. We recommend!

Fabulous home and location!
The pictures on website do not do property justice. My family of 11 had a wonderful time. We had an infant, 1 year old and 3 year old and house came with two cribs, high chair and toys with the most perfect childproof fence that serves as a giant playpen. The home had the most perfect hill on the side for great family fun and sledding. The owners were gracious and allowed us to checkin early with our early flight arrival. The steam rooms and dry sauna were a plus. Our family wanted to stay in every evening after skiing and order in. Jeanne and Walt had a most informative and organized welcome book with instructions and recommendations. Don’t hesitate to rent this 5 star resort! The perfect home away from home.

Amazing Home for Family Ski Vacation
We have been doing this annual Xmas Ski trip for twenty years with our family. This house is the best we ever had, just beautiful and perfect for a big family like ours. On line descriptions are the best and most accurate.
Walter generously provided every thing that we might need . we were 12 adults and one toddler, he even provided toys , and hi chairs for my grand daughter.
Definitely 5- Start to the House and 5- star owner !

A wonderful week!
There were 13 of us, all adults, who called this wonderful home our retreat for a week. We hated to leave! The owner, Walt, depicted this home exactly how it was when we arrived. He was also very responsive to us throughout our stay. Park City was excellent , but we had a couple of nights where we decided to stay in and enjoy the home instead of eating out. Every room had enough space for all to gather in. The patio was wonderful in the cooler evenings. We all meet each summer and visit a new location. Unanimously, we said we would never find such a great home in the future! Definitely a 5-star home! You will be sure to have anything and everything there for your vacation.
