Guests will have full access to the house except for the owner's closet.
Interaction with guests. The property manager will greet you upon check in and will be available to answer all your questions. We can help pre-arrange transportation, fun activities, awesome tours and even a private chef.

You can practice surfing right at our house using our free surf bards or bogie boards or taking classes at the surf shack next door. Walking distance to all restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and more! Surf tournaments are taking place every weekend. Beautiful Los Suenos Marina is where over 200 fishing boats are located. Boats can be booked for day fishing trips ranging from 18 feet to 55 feet in length. You can catch all varieties of deep sea fish depending on the season. Sailfish, marlin, rooster fish, yellow fin tuna, mahi mahi and Spanish mackerel are but a few of the many types of fish that can be caught. Costa Rica coastline is one of the best sports fishing locations in the world.

Casa Rio Mar is 5000-square feet of luxury with 9-bedrooms, 9-baths, a fully-equipped modern kitchen with chef services available, a gorgeous dining space and living room with huge flat-screen TV overlooking a fabulous oceanfront swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping featuring eye-popping-jaw-dropping oceanfront sunsets every afternoon. It’s perfect for families and we can accommodate up to 30 people. Single guest’s we limit to 16 people. No extra guest fees apply to families and might apply to single guest over 12.

Each room is fully furnished using local woods, fabrics and art. We provide things such as: beach towels, bath towels, body soap, hair dryer, wifi, cable TV, AC, security guard 24/7, outdoor grill, free we use of surf boards, boogie boards, volleyball nets and pool toys.

Pura Vida

Taxi services are inexpensive and available at all times. You can walk to the main area of town in 5 min or rent a bike and enjoy the beach and Jaco.

5-night minimum stay in high season. High Season is from January 6th - April 30th. 7-night minimum stay for Holiday Season. Holiday Season is from December 20th – January 5th.

For groups that consist of couples or families there is no additional guest charge for over 12 people. So, families and groups with couples only put in a maximum of 12 guests and make a note in the inquiry. Extra guest might apply for single guests over 12 people.

At check-in we require a $1000 fully refundable deposit hold on a credit card.
