This cozy home is the perfect home for you in Oro Valley! This East-West facing home is highly sought after in this ideal location. It has new low-E energy efficient windows installed throughout. A large picture window brightens up the home in the front living room with beautiful views of the Pusch Ridge Mountains. The home embodies the Southwest with upgraded saltillo tile throughout and new plush carpet in the bedrooms. The open kitchen is the focal point between the living room and the great room, displaying stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. A corner fireplace and a sliding door, leading to the covered patio, wonderfully appoints the great room. We had a very nice stay here through most of the month of April 2024. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Easy access to the bike trails, hiking in Catalina State Park and to shopping.

Everything was great. The owner went above and beyond. I inquired about a Keurig and a Keurig was put in the house - not just the Keurig but lots of delicious coffee pods. Enjoyed many beautiful sunsets with a cocktail on the patio. It was so nice to be able to park in the garage. House was perfect for what we needed for our week long stay in Tucson.

Comfortable Home, Great Location! - and BIKES!

This is a very comfortable and nicely decorated home in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. Furnishings, beds, linens, towels, all of high quality. TV and sound system were excellent! Private patio out back was great, despite the fact that there was a road construction project going on behind the house while we were there. We especially loved this location because of the proximity to bike trails - not only the Loop system, but also the many shared-use trails in extremely scenic Oro Valley that provide many safe off-street options! Best of all: Rob, the owner, provided brand new Trek bikes, so we didn't have to transport ours across the country. What a blessing this was! We thoroughly enjoyed many, many hours of biking in the area - definitely the highlight of this year's winter getaway! We also enjoyed good golf courses nearby, and many great hiking trails all over the general Tucson area as well. Rob was very accommodating, helpful and responsive to all of our needs. We enjoyed getting to know him and will definitely be staying in touch with the hope of renting again! Thanks again for everything, Rob!

Excellent home, Ideal location

This home is very clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we needed. It is personalized with very nice furnishings and art work. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the outdoor courtyard and grill. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner (Rob) is very pleasant and helpful. We have vacationed in the Tucson area for many years. This home, this location and this owner has set a very high benchmark for us when looking at future accommodations. The home was lovely, the owner Rob made arrangements to come and introduce himself and to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. The back yard was large, beautiful and comfortable, plenty of sun and shade. We will return again next year, for another stay . Thank you Rob Doreen and David
