The overall stay was great; however, I was a bit disappointed that the outside lights in the backyard did not work, there were no potholders in the kitchen, and several board games were missing key pieces. The house had plenty of space for everyone and everything was very clean!

This house was perfect for our families needs. It was four adults and two children and the amenities were perfect for us. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation, and the beach is only a short walk away.

It was a nice quiet location on a dead end street. Plenty of room and the bonus sunroom was also nice and could hold an air mattress if u wanted. I would stay there again.

This house is amazing. Plenty of space- great for a family with big sofas - lots of seating- huge kitchen … they have lots of board games to play! We walked and rode bikes all over. Great location!! We plan to return !!

Had a really nice time really enjoyed the area. The house was great. Good location lots of really good restaurants around.. the house is in a great location very clean and comfortable very quiet would have liked the beach towels were provided but no big deal we bought them while we were out

The house was perfect for our family of four and was on a very quiet street. Short walk to the beach and very close to some great shopping. Also an easy walk to the Loggerhead Landing bar and grill which was one of our favorite dinners.

Located on the end of a quiet street, but still a short walk to the beach, we enjoyed our stay here. Ample room for all 8 of us. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with everything needed. Beds were ok. Bathrooms were huge! Nice back patio and table to enjoy. Only issue was the AC which wouldn’t change from 70 degrees. Too chilly to keep at a constant for us. This is a great property!

This is a beautiful home that more than accommodated 3 couples. Loved the open kitchen and sunroom where we would gather to have coffee in the morning. Bright and airy and enjoyed the private backyard. Kitchen had plentiful dishes, pans etc. Could use a few more wine glasses though. Management was very responsive if we had a question. We would definitely rent this home again!

This property had all the comforts of home and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook anything you want! It was very convenient to the beach (10 minute walk) , grocery stores and coligny plaza. Also a 10 minute drive to Harbor Town. We will definately stay here again!

The house was great, just like you see in the pictures. Plenty of room. The walk to the beach is maybe 15 minutes, and basically a very pleasant stroll. We used their adult sized tricycle to haul our chairs and such to the beach. It was very handy. We hope to stay there again next year.

Well equipped and maintained home in a quiet neighborhood, other than some construction on a home a few doors down. Walk to beach was a 5-10 minutes onto a beach area that was much less crowded than the areas to the North and South. Home was not lacking for any kitchen equipment.

Property is NOT close to the beach. We booked and heard it was 7 min - in reality a 20 min bike ride. We canceled and found a new more expensive place last min. So long as you’re ok with somewhere a bit further it maybe nice but it’s not close as advertised.

We had a wonderful stay at this home over Memorial Day weekend. The beach is a short walk from the home. We rented bikes easily from owner and had so much fun exploring the island. Home is equipped with all necessities. Beds are comfortable, and home is very clean. Only recommendation is a new coffee pot and a blender for the property.

Our stay on HHI and at this property was perfect. The location couldn't be better. Just outside of Sea Pines, minutes away from Coligny, and the beach is close and quiet. The house itself was exactly as advertised and very clean. There was plenty of space for all of us (3 adults and 4 children). The outside shower helped to keep much of the sand and dirt outside of the house. There was an issue with the dishwasher before we even arrived but the management had a plumber there by the time we arrived and it was fixed promptly. We also had one other issue with the key (our fault) and management responded right away. If at all possible, we hope to return to HHI and stay at this exact same house again. Thanks for everything!
