About this apartment rental

The first rule of Real Estate is location, location, location and this condominium has that in spades. A short, flat, three minute walk brings you to the south end of world-famous Playa La Ropa, with its many casual, sand-side restaurants and water sports of all kinds. A quick, inexpensive combi (small bus) or cab ride brings you to the heart of Zihuatanejo, with every shop necessary for those vacationing for a week or staying for months.

Of course, those staying in this beautiful unit never really have to leave this wonderful complex. Twenty-four hour security gives residents and guests constant peace of mind. A beautifully maintained large swimming pool, complete with adult lap lane and shallow kiddie area, is surrounded by luxurious grass. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas ensure a comfortable day by the pool.

This second-floor unit is one of the nicest of the 25 units in the three building complex. A large, open living area is comfortably outfitted with overstuffed couch and chair as well as table seating for six. The kitchen has everything necessary, including an oven, for culinary masterpieces. The master suite, with attached bath and walk-through closet, and second bedroom are outfitted with non-concrete, king-sized beds. Both bathrooms contain spacious showers and all necessary amenities, including hair dryers.

Spacious and beautifully decorated with a great, well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the two bathrooms. The staff who work at La Ceiba were lovely and helpful.

Completely enjoyed LaCieba, Shelly and Russ was a great help for anything needed, loved that La Ropa was such a close walk. The condo was comfortable and well stocked,took a few days to get used to the very hard beds,besides that it was perfect

Wonderful condo near world-class beach

we were pleasantly stunned at the beauty of this condo and its complex. Nice and quiet with fabulous pool right outside; 3 minutes walk to the BEST beach with WARM water and soft sand: condo well-appointed and comfy. The manager Shelley was so nice to us and we felt very welcomed. I'd book this unit again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely week at La Ceiba. By day 2 we were already talking about when we could return:) Shelley was great and was available for all questions that came up, mostly about tips on the area, the town, and generally getting around. We cooked almost all of our meals and we bought everything at the town market and the Mega grocery store. The swimming pool is beautiful and many of the owners of other units were around and wonderfully social and helpful too.

Everything we wanted and more!!! Large clean unit, all you need to bring are your clothes. Close to everything. Highly recommend if you're lucky enough to get an available unit in here...TAKE IT. Managers Shelly & Ross couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Beautiful area, great locals, beach can't be beat.... we could go on and on

If it's available grab it! Had a wonderful stay, great condo, clean, friendly neighbours, refreshing pool, private deck, one block off the beach. This complex is gated, very secure! We didn't even lock our unit when going to the beach or out to dinner. Thanks again Russ and Shelley, loved our stay

Have stayed at this condo for a number of years and love it. Clean, well kept and safe. The pool is large and plenty of space to lounge around and enjoy the peace and quite. Managers Shelley and Russ are helpful and available. Access to beach is just steps away and transportation is readily available. (Combi or taxi). Plenty of water activities or just spending time sitting on the beach taking in the sun. Short ride to Centro Zihuatanejo with large selection of restaurants and local activities. Nice get-away to a charming area of Mexico.

Great location; Condo and surroundings exceeded our expectations

Condo complex very quiet and well maintained. Beautifully landscaped with a great pool. Very short, level walk to the best beach in the area. Great snorkeling only a further 15 minute walk away. Well stocked condo and more than enough room for 2 teenagers and my wife and I. Large, private balcony. Definitely plan to return. Literally dozens of great restaurants within walking distance or a 10 minute ($3) cab ride. Thanks Shelley.

We spent a week in the condo at La Ceiba Recidencial La Ropa beach. The managers Shelley and Russ were very helpful and kind. Beach is large and has many activities for water people. Pool clean and relaxing...all good for this condo. beach experience!
