-Luggage and grocery carts are available for your use. -Sunbathe on your own private balcony with almost constant gentle breezes. Our penthouse level balcony faces the Gulf, not other condos, so no one watches you sunbathe other than the occasional pelican, gull or parrot flying by. There are also facilities for sunbathing by the private pool. The heated pool six floors below is a favorite relaxation spot for many guests.
-There are bar-b-que grills and tables with umbrellas on the adjoining patio. This is a good place to talk with friends, play cards, or have a picnic (great way to prepare the fresh fish caught from the jetty or bridge, or purchased at the market across the street).

Condo needs some renovations and deep cleaning. The bed linens stained pillows had hair on them. Master bathroom shower door has mold on doors. Coffee carafe wrong size for coffee maker unable to brew coffee. Purchased our own coffee maker.
Yes the view is beautiful we have stayed in MADERIA for years and always enjoyed the area.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved waking up and seeing the beach as soon as I opened my eyes. Property was fully equipped and exactly as described. Property owner called prior to our stay and spoke with us in detail about the property. 10/10!

Beautiful property, great location
This property was as just as nice as the description. I was afraid I would be disappointed, but it lived up to the listing. It was large, well laid out and well equipped. This unit is probably the best in the building as you can see to the bay in the east and the ocean in the south and west. The boardwalk is a 5-minute walk away with all of the shops and restaurants you could want.
Try to be at the condo for sunset, it is breathtaking.
My only complaint is the keys are a pain, but I understand they are neccesary.

Nice view but dirty unit
We had to leave days early because we could not take the bugs. The ants are out of control and for that matter so are the roaches. Be careful, they live under the bathroom vanity!
This unit seriously needs an exterminator and a cleaning crew. Floors were filthy, master bath toilet was clogged (we did find a plunger) and sand was all over the hallway floor. Oh they are working on the unit down the hall and they will occasionally park in your parking spot when you leave to go out.
On a positive note, the view is beautiful and you are directly on the beach. Owners communicate well.

Our best place ever
We’ve stayed on the gulf side several times. This was the best location. Marsha was wonderful to work with. Loved Johns Pass. Definitely five stars

Great trip
It was in a great location across from St. John's pass. So many restaurants to choose from. Balcony was great with nice lounge chairs. There were beach chairs and so much more beach stuff to choose from in the condo. The view was beautiful. You could see the sun rise over the city and sunset over the ocean.
My only cons are the wicker chair pad in the living room needs replacing as it is very old and dirty. The rugs are very slippery. Some hooks to hang bath towels would have been nice.
I gave it a 4 rating only because of the confusion between vrbo and the owner for check in. Vrbo sent us check in information that was totally not necessary and not true.
Overall, it was a great vacation.

Great Location
This condo is in a great location -right on the beach, on the top floor, corner of the building! The assigned parking space was very close to the elevator, which was great for my 86 yr old mom who isn't very steady on her feet. The condo has everything you need. The A/C works great! The elevator is slow, and you need a key for it, the stairs, and also to access the pool and the beach from the condo.
There is a friendly cat who lives in the parking area named Butterball. (The maintenance guy takes care of the cat. )
The beach is beautiful. It was very busy in mid-June during our stay. The first 3 days were marred by Red Tide and a significant fish kill. The city cleaned the beach in the mornings, and by the third day, most of the dead fish were gone. It was very sad to see the massive fish kill, and drives home the fact that Man has affected the environment, and we need to do all we can to curtail pollution and our contribution to global warming.
Marsha made sure we knew how to check in and get our keys and parking pass and answered any questions we had. There is a regular drip coffee maker. a wine fridge, and a couple of blenders.
We enjoyed our stay despite the Red tide. You can never run out of things to do with the beach and John's Pass boardwalk just steps away.

The location and view couldn’t have been better! Using a key to go anywhere on the property was a bother though.

Lovely Vacation!
We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location, great view, and clean! Very relaxing and fun getaway. Owners were friendly and helpful. The closet of beach toys, towels, and chairs came in so handy with our little ones. I have zero complaints, but if I had to recommend something, maybe a newer coffee pot. Took a little long to brew and parents of 3 boys need their caffeine quick! Ha! Thanks again for a perfect vacation spot!!

Super clean condo with beautiful ocean view
If you're looking for a beach vacation you can't pick an easier, more beautiful location. Madeira Beach & John's Pass has a more laidback vibe compared to Clearwater/St Pete's Beach. The condo has a full kitchen, washer dryer and beach towels, etc. for convenience. Marsha walked me through everything we needed to know about their place, parking and even shared her favorite local restaurants. Marsha was a wonderful host and their place was fantastic!

A Very Enjoyable Stay
The property was great with a wonderful ocean view/beach front a, clean and spacious 2 bedrooms., nicely decorated. It was so cool to be beach front with a private access to the beach. There was also a nice pool. The property hosts ere friendly and efficient and answered any questions. The whole stay went very smoothly, everything was exactly as stated . The area is right by shops and restaurants (within walking distance). We really had a great time and would certainly stay again-thank you Gene and Marsha.

Beachy and wonderful!
Great view of the beach and ocean from this condo. Loved the covered parking and the nearby elevator. Swam in the pool and walked the beach, collecting shells. Very well maintained building. We took advantage of shopping and restaurants just across the street. Marsha and Gene we're easily available via email. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back to this condo!

All you could want
5 Stars is not enough for this place, there is more here than the description states. One of the best vacations ever. When reading reviews I always wonder why if you find the place so awesome, why let others know, might make re booking more difficult. The pictures we sent home, now our adult kids and their familys want to come next year, we now need a larger place

Summer Getaway
The condo was in a great location walking distance to many shops and restaurants. 509 has an amazing view with wonderful sunsets every night. The owners were super nice and helpful as well as easy to access for any questions. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of beach items already there for us to use. It was a great home away from home for the week!!

A Little Piece Of Paradise
We had great communication with Marsha prior to arrival and met her and Gene at check-in -where they showed us the lovely condo and reviewed the amenities.
A beautiful view on the Gulf and John's Pass await you at all times.
Comfortable furnishings and great appliances made settling in a pleasure.
The Condo Building itself had many friendly guests and owners -which made us feel at home.

Favorite spot in Madeira Beach
We loved the views of the Gulf from the “penthouse.” It’s amazing how quiet it is in the unit and on the balcony considering you are literally across the street from John’s Pass and all the fun it has to offer. Can’t wait to go back!
