North Georgia wine country Italian villa sits over looking the vineyard, watch the sun set from your own back porch. Fully decorated with 3 bedrooms (2 King and 2 twins) each has private baths. Fully equipped kitchen with wine refrigerator, Wolf gas range, SubZero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, granite countertops, wood floors, fireplace. Have a romantic evening for 2 or enjoy good times and wine with friends. Restaurant and winey in development. Several winerys all with-in 30 minute drive. Close to downtown Dahlonega. Enjoy our east coast wine country just an hour and half from Atlanta.

From the moment we arrived, our experience was awesome. The villa is beautiful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the decks and enjoying our surroundings. We liked it so much we were sorry we hadn't booked a longer stay.

Our family was in town for a wedding, and we chose this villa due to its location being close to Juliet Chapel. This property was amazing! We loved the view, the ease of getting to the winery and how clean the property was! We will for sure plan another trip in the future!

We were at Monteluce for my daughter’s wedding and stayed at Reginas’s home. It was absolutely perfect! It was beautiful and comfortable! The kitchen is great, the beds are comfortable, and the view is amazing. This property sits off by itself and is very quiet and relaxing. The outdoor patios are great! We will be returning in the future for a weekend just to get away because our stay was so great and we want to enjoy the place when we don’t have the busyness of a wedding! ( which was also perfect!)

The villa was even prettier in person than in the pics! We were there for my son’s wedding at Montaluce Winery and I can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay. It was clean, stocked with anything you could need, and absolutely beautiful — I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Amazing location. Felt like we were in Tuscany even though we were in N.GA. Loved the location overlooking the vineyards. Overall, hubby was surprised, and the weather couldn't have been prettier.

House was well-maintained and beautifully decorated. Host was very accommodating, letting us check in early and check out late. The Montaluce Winery was lovely and the restaurants had great food and service. Definitely will visit there again.

This was our first VRBO, and it was perfect! The views of the vineyard from the main floor porch were beautiful! We loved the layout of the house. This is our 11th year coming to Montaluce winery for our anniversary and our first time staying on the property. We will definitely repeat.

We rented this villa for my daughter’s wedding weekend. She and her new husband both work at Montaluce at the Trattoria and they were getting married on a Friday evening at nearby White Oaks Vineyard. We live a couple of hours away so we decided to stay in Dahlonega on Thursday & Friday nights. We stayed here with our son & his wife and the villa was clean, spacious, and the view is unbelievable! On Friday morning the bride, her attendants, and the mother of the groom all gathered here to begin to get ready for the big event. There was ample space for everyone plus the hair/makeup artist. The fully stocked kitchen helped in preparing the breakfast casserole I’d brought along with bagels, cream cheese, and coffee. I will say the pictures for this listing don’t do the property justice. We would definitely stay here again in the future should the opportunity arise.

There were four old friends there to celebrate an 80th birthday. We loved the house, it was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most everything you could need to prepare a meal. You need to bring any condiments you may want. The only negative thing was the bedroom with twin beds does not have a bedside table with a lamp. If you use a CPAP machine or want to read it is not very convenient. Other than that it was wonderful!

This villa is exactly as it was represented on VBRO. We were all in amazement of how much it felt like a villa in Italy! Everything was beautiful, the beds very comfortable and even basic supplies were available. We will be back, God willing.

If your looking for an incredible property with exceptional views book this beautiful home! It’s nestled up on a quote hill looking over the vineyards, watch the sunset from the terrace and warm your toes by the outside log fire! It really is a heavenly retreat!

The house was absolutely adorable! The easy that the home overlooks the vineyard and the homes on the small street down below was just magical. We felt like we were in Tuscany. Hard to believe this gem of a home and area is in Georgia. It’s an absolutely charming area! The home sits alone at the end of the street. It’s very private and peaceful. The home has everything you need. We enjoyed having drinks on the balcony in the evening; as well as, sipping coffee in the morning while we watched a couple deers walk by the home and the vineyard.

We had a wonderful week in this exceptional villa. The interior is very tasteful and we made good use of the comfortable outdoor furniture. The bedrooms are very large and all with en-suite bathrooms. Perfect for our group of 4 adults. We enjoyed the view over the vineyard very much and also the evenings at the outdoor fireplace. Although we were there during the full moon, you could see many fireflies. Remote but shopping facilities within easy reach. For a relaxing stay at any time to recommend!

These villas were the perfect sanctuary for our wedding party! Beautiful views, plenty of room and so convenient to montaluce. We used for hair and make up as well as the rehearsal. You must stay here if you’re getting married at montaluce!

A very special place with the Italian kitchen of my dreams❣️Every tool you might need and cabinets for days. Well thought out floor plan for a couple(s) or family or group of friends. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owner is very responsive and Directions were clear and check in a breeze. We L❤️VED the covered terrace and the outdoor fireplace both overlooking the vineyards. The covered parking was great as we did have some warm afternoons. Hot water was plentiful and shower pressure was great 👍🏼 the master bathroom soaking tub 🛀🏿 was delightful after a day of hiking. Enjoying a glass of the locally made Montaluce wine with dinner 🍝on the terrace was magical ✨We have travelled to Italy many times as that is our heritage and this home and it’s community made us feel as though we were 🇮🇹 “back in the boot”. We would not hesitate to book this property again after such a great 1st time here. Hands down the BEST VRBO we have ever booked.❤️
