Perfect for a family or the business executive. One a quiet culdesac yet close to the interstate, airport, shopping, dining, Beautifully furnished. One car garage. 3 bed/2 bath can sleep 6 comfortably. 20 minutes to either Miami or Ft. Lauderdale Airport, 30 Minutes from Beaches, 10 minutes from Miami Dolphins Hard Rock Stadium. Tastefully decorated with all amenities including a full kitchen, furnished outdoor patio, surround sound, flatscreens, large master bedroom, and two additional bedrooms, washer/dryer, large spacious home with two separate living areas and plenty of executive workspaces. Beautifully landscaped with furnished patio and views of the golf course, bike trails, and lake. Towels, linens, cleaning supplies. Just bring your suitcase. Why stay in a hotel when you can be in a home away from home. Local owners to ensure all your needs are met. The owner is a local general contractor to ensure all your needs are taken care of immediately.

4 retired friends booked this house for 21 days in March. It is located in a nice gated community. After we arrived the owner arranged for us to have a pass on our phones that shortened the wait time at the visitor car entrance. The security people were always cheerful. The house was a good size for us, the outdoor patio was comfortable and we used it often. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it for many meal preps. There was a nice tv in the family room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms had TVs. When one TV didn't work, the owner had Direct TV install a new box and that solved the problem. Whenever we texted the owner with a question or a concern, we received a reply quickly. The home was listed as having a king size bed and it is only a queen. The listing has been recently changed to say queen bed. Having two living room areas gave those who preferred to read a separate area to do so. The dining room table was a good size for meals and for game playing. Due to a concern on the renters' part about being away from home and family when COVID-19 developed, we chose to leave 8 days early.

The pool and community center pictures in the listing are from The Grande Palms Hotel outside the gate. You do not have access. There is no Exercise center unless you go outside the gate and pay for it.
There is no king bed in the master bedroom as listed. Queen only.
The house was listed as being on private cul de sac. It is the very first corner house entering the development and the back yard and patio are completely open to the road, which happens to be the main entry to the development so there are constant cars and no privacy.
Most of the vertical blinds are dirty and broken and cannot be closed all the way. When cars come down the road the headlights shine into the windows.
The master bedroom curtains kept falling down. So the owner completely took them down and threw in a closet rather than repairing. With broken blinds there was no way to block out the light at night on one side.
The TV in one of the bedrooms is very old and doesn’t work because there is no direct TV box.
Door to the patio has a broken screen.
The Inside of the glass sliding door track is filthy.
The chairs on the patio are meant to have cushions on both seats and backs. There are only thin ones on the seats and therefore not comfortable. If you sit there your back is against slats.
We were advised we that we would get a scanner decal to get through the gate. You don't. It can take 10-20 minutes to get through as every visitor had to submit a driver’s license and be verified with the address. Since EVERYTHING is outside the gate you spend a lot of time in line.
The ocean is not close by. It is at least 45 minutes in terrible traffic (Ft Lauderdale) and there are no beach towels, chairs, etc.
We complained about the house being dirty when we got there. We noticed that the dirt under the bed (complained about in a former 1 star review) was still there even though there had been another renter there since that review. Owner sent out a housekeeper but only surface dusting and cleaning under the bed was done, Many of the closets and drawers are filled with owner decorations so not useable. And the drawers that were open had to be wiped out because they were dirty. While we were there we noticed it wa dirty on top of ceiling fans, light fixtures, under sinks, etc. Owner claims that the house has had deep cleaning on a regular basis. Find it hard to believe.

the house is very cool, excellent location, the condo is amazing, but I have many questions about it
some things are small but the main thing was the clean state of the house, really very bad
I rent houses for more then 10 years at VRBO and I have never seen such a dirty house
some lights were broken I tried to talk with the owner at the whatsapp but she did not answer about this
- the main entrance door (that's the least we need)
- from the suite closet (there was no light, very difficult because from the end of the afternoon, there was no way to see anything without a flashlight)
- and the main thing: there was no light outside in the garden, so we couldn't stay outside at the table one day after dusk.
the closets in the room I stayed (with carpet) were pretty much full. one could not even use it, the other the top was full. Normally they are always free to use
cleaning was a case apart
I had to do a sweefer the whole house on the 25th. came out very dirty
the bath towels were inside the dryer, it took us a while to find them
the shelves and drawers all very dusty
and on the last day a bottle of water fell under my bed and I went to get
I was scared of the dirty under the bed
I'm glad I saw it just before I left
I rent a house for over ten years in this region and I have never had a situation like this

We booked this property with only four days notice after our previous property booking got cancelled. Miss Gina was prompt with communication and very accommodating. Her home was in a prime gated community with friendly guards and neighbors. Thank you Misss Gina!

We rented the house for about 2 months, and it was a pleasant experience. Owners were very accommodating, and if anything broke, or if we needed anything, they were just a phone call away.
