Excelente

Apartamento com muita iluminação natural, anfitrião Gilberto atencioso, prestativo e rápido nas respostas. Apartamento muito limpo, moveis de qualidade, reformado. Prédio antigo, porém com portaria 24 horas. Excelente estadia com minha familia e amigos.

Foi muito bom!

O apto eh confortável, super bem localizado, os funcionários do prédio muito atenciosos, ar Cond funcionando perfeitamente (estava preocupada com isso devido ao calor no Rio de Janeiro)! Foi muito positiva a nossa estadia no Leblon House IV!

Vou pontuar apenas o varal de roupa, pois chegamos da praia c roupas muito molhadas e nao conseguimos estender pois o varal estava enferrujado e quebrado!

Buena ubicación, limpio y completo

Ubicación cercana a la playa y zona de bares Leblon. Completo y limpio. Seguridad edificio. Todos los elementos funcionando.

Edificio antiguo, cochera incómoda, con lugar pero había que dejar llaves en guardia en alguna ocasión,.y acceso a cochera por escalera.

Todo genial!

Todo increible, la amabilidad de Gilberto desde el dia uno fue genial. Disfrutamos un monton nuestra estadia. El departamento esta super bien equipado, hermoso decorado, todo comodo y limpio. Super recomendable, sin dudas si volvemos a Leblon nos hospedaremos acá!

Excellent stay, fabulous location

We stayed at apartment 303 and it had everything we needed. The place is bright, spacious and allowed us to cook simple meals and have breakfast at home. The doormen were helpful and Gilberto, the host, was particularly attentive and communicative whenever we had questions or requests. An excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Outstanding stay, perfect location.

The location couldn't be better and the facilities, comfort and cleanliness of the apartment were absolutely outstanding. Would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Superb

The location was excellent, right in the center of Leblon and minutes walking to the beach. The apartment was perfect for a couple. Nice kitchen with all the facilities needed and a nice living room with comfy couch and TV.

It would have been great to have basic pantry items like, oil salt, sweetener as we were only there for a couple of days and it did not make much sense to buy these items for a short period of time.

great stay, safe and comfortable in a great neighborhood

The property was in a great area, the building was very safe and had a great security staff. it made for a home base where we could relax.

Unfortunately you can hear a lot from the other apartment buildings, particularly the bathrooms and the kitchens. It wouldn’t keep us from staying there again, but it was distracting sometimes. Also, the mosquitos bite more on the lower apartments. We were on the first floor in the winter and got bites at night.

Great Stay for a good value for money

- Great Location: Close to the beach and subway station Antero de Quental. Neighborhood with a lot of great restaurants around. - Safety: We felt really safe walking around the neighborhood. There was a 24/7 doorman in the building which was nice as well. - Facilities: Great shower and beds were comfortable. In the kitchen, there was a good coffee machine and other kitchen utensils.

- Small kitchen but since we used it only for breakfast it was not a big issue. - Thin walls. Sometimes we would hear noise coming from other apartments or the street. But at night it was not that noisy so it didn't prevent us from having a good night's sleep!

Its an excellent place to stay, close to the beach, close to Leblon nightlife, in about the safest..

its a really nice place.

Cozy flat in the center of Leblon

- Position and safety. There is a 24h7 security however I’ve never felt unsafe in Rio! - Apartment style and refurbishment - The kindness of the owner that took us around Leblon explaining everything and gave us a lot of good tips! He also allowed us to stay longer in the apartment since nobody booked for the day of our check out. Strongly recommended!

Just a suggestion for improvement, there could be water in the fridge and some breakfast products

Excellent option to stay in RJ from 1 to some days

The apartment is completely new , very well equipped with design and new one furnitures , very nice location so closed to the most vibrant bar and restaurants of RJ , located in Leblon area .
