Our beautiful Ranch style home is the perfect retreat whether you are visiting Arizona for business or pleasure. This home has the best of both worlds, country charm and interior elegance. This fully furnished 2,700 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and comfortably sleeps 8 people. The spacious formal living room is a great place for entertaining and is adjacent to the formal dining room which seats six. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a family style meal or snacks. There is a breakfast nook. The den is an inviting place to read, visit or take a nap while reclining in the leather loveseat or oversized reclining leather chair and has a fireplace. The additional family room is very spacious and a great area to visit or relax and includes a queen sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen bed and comes with attached bathroom with walk in shower. The additional two spare bedrooms have Queen Beds and a hall bathroom. This house features Flat screen TV’s in the living room, den, family room, Master bedroom and 1 spare bedroom. From the plush furnishings, to the up-to-date bathrooms and kitchen, hardwood and tile flooring throughout the home, we’ve gone all out to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations.

The outdoor patio features a brand new grill and patio seating for six. This is a favorite spot to enjoy visiting with friends while grilling your favorite entrée with a beautiful view of the outdoor landscaping and sand volleyball.

We have a lot of the comforts of home - local phone service, wireless internet and Cable TV. Laundry room with washer & dryer. Two car garage with additional outside parking available.

Conveniently located on 1.33 acres this home is convenient to downtown, shopping, restaurants or sight-seeing. Casa Grande, Arizona is centrally located between Phoenix and Tucson which makes it a great destination.

Spacious and clean, delightfully decorated. Property is beautifully landscaped with a lot of room. Parking for my truck and trailer was better than at home. Fenced in parking for truck and trailer made for ease of mind.

The house was big enough for six people. We had glitch with appliance, yet Sophia was quick with communicating and getting things fixed. I would recommend house.

The property was expansive, clean, and perfect for three guys out to play some golf. However, there was NO BATH SOAP OR SHAMPOO in any of the bathrooms. We discovered this after a long day of flights and driving, only to hop in the shower to nothing!! This is a basic service, like dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Very disappointing.

Lots of space, very comfortable beds, and feels like home. Easy access to many restaurants and we were centrally located for Phoenix, Scottsdale and a visit to Tombstone!

The house has lots of room and rooms. It was just the 2 of us but I imagine kids playing in the “game” room while parents chill in the nearby tv room or watch them play from the kitchen. We enjoyed both rooms because the game room had a separate heater so we went in there the one evening it was chilly so we didn’t heat the rest of the house. We had a few questions and they were answered within minutes!!

Home was very spaces and clean. Had two family rooms to acomadate kids and adults. very nice dining room and a very large back yard that the kids could run off all there energy! We rented for thanksgiving week!

This property is located perfectly at the edge of the Valley with great open views. Spotlessly clean and 5 star decorating. Very homey well stocked kitchen. The rental management was very accommodating to make our stay very enjoyable!!!

This is the second time we have been to this house and would do it again. The layout is a little weird but then it is an older house. Very clean and kept up nicely. Hope it's available next time we are in the area.

It's located out of town but that was great for us. Internet was slow needs to be upgraded. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook. We will stay here again!!

Spacious house, overall good experience, but WiFi was intially really bad. Owner made some fixes which made it slightly better towards the end of our stay but still not good enough to work from home. Back yard pictures were not accurate.
