Un lugar muy amplio, limpio, seguro y tranquilo. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Cocina bien equipada, habitaciones amplias. Excelente piscina. Personal de seguridad muy atento. Anfitrión muy gentil y atento, responde y resuelve las peticiones que se le realizan.

Great condo for our large group
We rented this condo with the adjacent unit H3. Both units are on the 3rd floor and share a common stair, so we moved freely between the two units that provided a total of (6) bedrooms and (6) bathrooms for our large group. Plenty of space and the units are in very good shape. Each unit has a large balcony overlooking the main pool with views to the ocean, and has a 2nd roof top balcony with unobstructed ocean views. Very quiet and well maintained condo property. Great area of the beach to surf or lounge with several beach front bars just steps away. The management company was professional and very responsive to requests.

Beautiful Sunsets from the rooftop deck
Quiet location just off the beach where the sounds of crashing waves in the distance soothe the soul. The floorpan was exceptional for gathering to eat meals together or simply relax and take in the views. The private pool was ideal after an active day and the pools jets even provided a light massage for my sore muscles. Taking in the sunset from the rooftop deck was the highlight... simply breath taking. Across the street at the beach there were plenty of beach activities to participate in and even the Aloha bar for a nice meal or refreshment. It was a 5 minute ($4) taxi ride into Jaco downtown. Close enough to enjoy but far enough away to for peace and quiet. I had a couple questions during my stay and Roger at Vacasa was very responsive and addressed everything to our satisfaction. I will happy return to this place.

Jaco Beach Vacation
The property, grounds pools and beach are amazing. The condo has broken tiles in the shower, no fire alarms in the bedrooms (been removed), key pad to door not working x 2, air conditioners leaked down walls, countertops cracked by sink in kitchen, sofas way past due for a change, lounge chairs on top balcony broken x 2, no Costa Rican rockers on balcony as pictured on vrbo. My husband and I have been staying at this development for over the past 10 years. What a disappointment this condo was.

Perfect location
We just loved the condo! The location, so close to the beach is just perfect! It’s on the south part of Jaco beach, the part without rocks, not like downtown Jaco! Nice beds in every rooms, and it is nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. I can’t wait to be back!!!

Love this place
Nice place, very comfortable for a family of 6. Location is right on the beach with surfboard rentals right outside the front gate. Beautiful Pools and shrubs well groomed. Security present at the gates. Convenient location, close enough to the main drag in jaco yet far enough away that it is very peaceful. Parrots fly over the pool several times a day.

Perfect Vacation

Great condo/location, customer service could be improved...
Overall we loved the location and the condo. It was spacious, well equipped, and well maintained (couple minor issues - shower drained very slow, beds ultra firm). Pool area was nice, beach was close and uncrowded. Communal grill was functional and very convenient.
My only issue was spotty communications leading up to our stay. An email of questions I sent via VRBO was responded to but not in any useful way - instead of answering my questions I was given a list of activities to do while in Jaco (?!?!). Fortunately, around the same time, I received a "check-in" email from Vacasa and somewhere in there it listed the name and email of the property manager (Adriana). I emailed her and she responded with useful responses (esp. about the parking situation there which the original check-in email had completely wrong - saying there was no parking, but in fact there is). I had also been emailed back that early check-in was not possible, but again Adriana told me it was very likely (as the unit was unbooked just before our arrival), and ended up being the case when we arrived. But overall it was a very positive experience, just lacking some in the 'front end' communications (which can be critical).

Clean complex
We loved the pool area at the condo, the staff was great as well. We had a few maintenance issues in our unit that required a few call backs and we had to be around for that. All in all it was a great place to stay, and we would not hesitate to go back there for another stay!

Superb location with spectacular view!
Our third floor condo included a rooftop balcony with sunset views over the Pacific. In the morning we watched wannabe surfers plus walkers and horseback riders on the beach. Bars and restaurants were within walking distance, but we were happy we rented a car to get into town. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed, but could have been a little cleaner.
The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. The 3 flights up the stairs provided us some needed exercise, but may no work for all.

Sur la meilleure partie de la plage de Jaco beach et à quelques pas du centre ville . Le condo est spacieux et très confortable avec tout les accessoires requis pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Très propres . Notre coup de cœur est la petite terrasse sur le toit pour voir le coucher du soleil et prendre un apéro. Le seul bémol est qu’il faut payer pour avoir des chaises à la plage mais la prochaine fois nous amènerons des tapis de plage . Je recommande Vacasa pour la facilité de réservation et la qualité du service que nous avons reçus .

Perfect Vacation Spot
Terrific location, beach view for watching surfers, sunsets, sun rises, Guarded location with helpful, courteous Guard staff. Everything we needed for a spectacular week of fun in Costa Rica! Third floor with private roof top access with running water! Kitchen supplied with all we needed for preparing meals! Quiet nights for well needed rest as we vacationed! Private baths attached to each bedroom made it nice for three couples to share!

The apartment was very clean and homy. It had everything we needed even when not expected.
I appreciated that it had more than I expected, example: coffee for coffee maker and sugar. Everybody that works there was friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed every minute and would like to book it again.

En realidad todo estuvo estupendo. Lo único que se podría mejorar es poder utilizar las instalaciones antes del chek in. Ya que se pierde todo el primer día. Y no se puede realizar ninguna actividad con todo el equipaje. Gracias

The condo was even better than pictured. Outside areas for dining and a rooftop deck where you can watch sunset. Location was good. We walked everywhere. And the surfing school is right out your door on the beach. We will be back.

Jacó is about 1 & 1/2 hr from main Airport Juan Santamaría, so easy to get there. Definitely one of my fave places to stay. Paloma Blanca's maintenance staff keeps it very clean & a beautiful landscaping 😍 super safe. The only complain i have is that the check in is way too late 4 pm, u're paying for 1 day sort of not count !!
