Our light and airy Ormond Beach two bedroom, two bath oceanfront, beach front vacation condominium has direct ocean views is located directly on a beautiful, semi-private no drive beach. Here you will thrill to glorious ocean sunrises right from your bedroom window. Get that cup of freshly brewed coffee and savor the mesmerizing view and sounds of the ocean from the comfortable, tiled balcony. You'll see dolphins and whales swim by; they love to come here too as do the sea turtles.

How will you spend your day? Exploring the wonders of the sea or perhaps taking in a round of golf or visiting nearby Daytona Beach, St.Augustine or Orlando and Disney World activities? Or maybe nothing more strenuous than splashing in the surf and sunning by our oceanfront heated swimming pool? The possibilities are endless…like the sea. Nearby restaurants beckon, but you can also prepare your favorites right in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, which also has a view of the ocean. Whip up a frosty blender of tropical, fruity drinks. The ice maker is happy to oblige and the grocery store is a short walk away for all your supplies. Log on your laptop for your speed Internet is there for you.

Our breezy, elegant Ormond Beach oceanfront condominium was professionally decorated and has a tranquil, well appointed Master Suite which will soothe and pamper you. Get a refreshing night’s sleep on a plush king size pillow top bed decked in luxury linens. Watch some cable TV, read or simply stare out the picture window at the sea. Let the huge rain forest shower refresh you; slip into a plush Turkish bathrobe; it’s all there for you. The dressing area has a sit down vanity and generous walk-in closet; no need to live out of a suitcase.

The delightful second bedroom has a fresh and tropical décor and direct access to its own bath. It has two twin beds which convert to a very comfortable King size with a luxurious memory foam top. Simply indicate your preference prior to your arrival. It will be waiting for you. Both bedrooms have unlimited local phone calls, cable TV and ample drawer and closet space, alarm clock radios, hairdryers, extra towels and linens.

The living room entices you to sit down and enjoy the fabulous Atlantic ocean and beach views overlooking the swimming pool. It opens to the fresh air balcony and is elegantly and luxuriously decorated. For additional entertainment you have cable TV and will be able to use your own Netflix, Hulu etc accounts to watch your programming. Play games and cards for a little after dinner fun. The stylish dining room comfortably seats four and there are additional bar stools at the breakfast counter.

The large oceanfront swimming pool is reserved just for the guests. It's directly on the beach and has a fresh water shower available to rinse off the sand and salt.

A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located right inside our vacation condominium unit along with cheerful beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

Our building is a secure, wheel chair accessible building with key/code entry only. A garage door opener will get you inside the private underground parking garage where you will have your own assigned space. Shopping carts make it easy to bring in your groceries.

Need to list kuric coffee pot on available. The glass table in sitting area is a hazard. Bumped into it several times. We finally put towel on top to avoid hazard. All in all nice unit.

This condo was PERFECT for me and my wife!! Originally, another couple was coming with us, but they couldn't make it at the last minute. Sooo, we had this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo to ourselves for 5 days. PLENTY of room in this condo for sure. Nice and wide hall ways and door ways and VERY roomy shower and bathroom. EVERYTHING worked as it was supposed to and the view is EXCELLENT!! The underground parking is AWESOME!! Nice to have my sportscar protected while I sleep and the elevator from the underground parking goes straight up to BASICALLY the condos front door. Felt like a rockstar yea!!! Already considering coming back to the exact same condo next year :)

Area not biker friendly. Wanted to load up the bikes the evening before, prior to leaving early sunday morning. Talked to 4 business's across the street that were closed or had ample parking, non would cooperate. Cut our stay 1 day early and headed back. We stored the trailer offsite as we knew before hand. No fault of the owner or the property manager, just the situation. The participation was off in relation to previous fall bikeoctoberfest events/ weather great Craig

To be honest we were a little thrown off by the exterior of the building (looks a little rough) but the overall room was wonderful! It may need a few updates but it was terrific...and you can't beat the beach! Plus we were so grateful for the cooler that was in the room.We brought our big one to travel and forgot our smaller one for the beach! We had such a blessed time thank you so much for letting us share your little slice of paradise♡

condo was great. It would have been nice to have instructions on TV usage. Also construction was going on and it would have been nice to know about that ahead of time. Codes were not given for community area and we were locked on the beach one day without being able to contact anyone.

Lovely Condo with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Balcony overlooking the pool and Ocean. Lovely to just sit and look out for passing dolphins. Publix supermarket a few hundred yards away. Lovely restaurants in the area, highly recommend the River Grill a short drive away. A trip to St Augustine is well worth doing. Would definitely rebook this property.

Very nice,clean, updated condo Great oceanside/beachfront location lovely views,great sunrises and moon rises while we were there. Coffee maker died first day we were there,called the property manager and he stopped by the same day with a replacement! Overall a great choice

Beautiful place. Wonderful view if they arent painting! Windows and door were covered with blue tint plastic wrap making it hard to see out and we had a 2x4 blocking our way to the balcony and ropes hanging down for the painters. If we knew they were going to paint the 3 days we were there we would have stayed elsewhere. This was a beautiful place and it was a shame we experienced this.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful beach, awesome location! Grocery store across the street, lots of local and chain restaurants. Close to the Florida bike trail system and even days we did not drive to ride the trail, plenty of options for riding leaving from the condo.

The area we stayed wasn’t overly populated. It was peaceful with a glorious view. The kitchen was perfect and everything was within a 10-15 minute driving distance with great dinner options. The convenience of the parking spot, to elevator, to room was a nice surprise! The kids loved all the beach toys provided as well! Perfect family getaway!

5 Stars is not enough . This property was spotless. Windows to balcony were shiny not a fingerprint anywhere. Decorated beautifully and a breathtaking view of the ocean. I cannot wait to go back.
