Stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 13, the apartment was perfect for us all, plenty of space and felt like a real home from home. Had everything we could of wanted. Convenient that there is a Tesco 1 min walk away to grab some drinks and snacks, and only a couple of mins walk to the tube which was great, excellent location and would certainly stay again. Have already recommended to friends and family.

The apartment was very clean.
There are three floors. Each room is in each floor. Only one bathroom in the third floor.
Our main issue was that there is no AC. We paid lots for two nights, I feel that AC should be expected. We visited in June and it was quite stuffy and hot inside. The introductions say to open the windows but when you do you have the main road in your living room. The place is by a main road and we heard motorcycles, ambulances and cars all night.
A second issue we had is that the beds didn’t have proper sheets. Not sure if this was a mistake but we had only a duvet with no sheets. It was too hot for it anyway but it feels unsanitary and I doubt the duvet is being cleaned between each guests. Sheets between the duvet and bed should be placed.
Other than these two things the place was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Four of us stayed here and the space was perfect! The outdoor terrace was a nice bonus. The location is a bit out of the way from typical tourist areas but this also made it a nice break from all the crowds.

Really fantastic location, super clean. Bed settee in livingroom is not fit for purpose though. Would still highly recommend.

Great little flat with a very attentive owner. A decent amount of room to spread out and well appointed space. Slightly off the beaten path but with good access to mass transit to the city center. I would stay here again! Thanks!

It was a good location between 2 Underground train lines. Small but big enough since we were out during the day. The street noise bothered my wife. Otherwise it’s a great value for the money.

The property managers were great in getting back to us regarding the property. Short walk to tube which made it easy to get around. Everything you need in the apartment. Accommodated our family of five with ease. Paid parking available next door. Conveniences within easy walking distance. Great service from friendly hosts.

My husband, myself and three children enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed for a week which gave us enough time to see many tourist sites (as much as can be seen with 3 children) that were easy to find off of the subway system (closest stops were Kennington and Elephant & Castle). There was enough room that we could all spread out and a great layout for a family. The Tesco down the street was handy to get milk and any other food we needed. We also made a few visits to the local park down the road when the kids needed to run around.

We loved Matthews property. The multiple levels make it perfect for a few couples or families. It provided excellent access to the underground. We would definitely recommend it.

Within walking distance to so much! Great pubs and grocery store very close by. Beds and linens very nice. Carpet/rug in living room should be professionally cleaned, but with being booked every day, don't know how that's even possible without blocking out day or two. Matthew very responsive. Irma was such a dear! Loved this place! My 21 year old niece wanted to stay a nd live there. Thank you so much Matthew and Irma.

Fairly central location with all the amenities you need (including laundry!). Walking distance to the South Bank of the Thames and the London Eye. Conveniently near underground stations; restaurants, pubs, and a market. Three levels with enough space for our family of four. Enjoyed the terrace in the back and a view of “the Shard” skyscraper from the front.

Irma was incredibly helpful and always available. She is great.
I have only three things to comment regarding the apartment:
1) it has 3 floors, and a very small staircase.
2) It is relatively well located geografically, but the surrounding and the entrance to the apartment is not very nice.
3) Overall what you see at the pictures is what you get.
Overall is a good place to stay.
Good look!

Matthew & Irma helped us out of a bind with a last minute accommodation booking. Their communication, solution and assistance was outstanding. The flat is super close to a range of public transport options but we decided we enjoyed the 30 minute walk to the sights of London. We were surrounded by great eats and easy access groceries. The flat was well laid out and accommodated the 6 of us well. We loved our stay and enjoyed the blend of practicality and art to make us feel at home.

The apartment was just as stated. House was clean and spacious. Train station is very close and everything is a quick Uber/Taxi ride away. There is a convience store very close. Would stay here again.

This apartment was in a great location and we explored most of London easily from here. Matthew and his assistant, Irma, were great to work with and very helpful. The apartment is lovely and we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace each day!

What a great place to stay for the week! When we arrived we were warmly greeted by matthew the owner of the property and shown around. the flat is very spacious and has obviously been designed by someone special! The beds are all exremely comfortable and 6 of us easily fitted in. Tube very close with great connections.

There were 6 of us staying in this lovely flat ( 4 Adults, 2 Children) The flat was perfectly sized to fit all of us in and the master bedroom is particularly comfortable. It is extremely well furnished with lovely art surrounding the walls which makes it an extremely beautiful place to stay in. We were pleasantly surprised when we turned up at how close it is to everything! Only a ten minute walk to the nicest walk on the thames and a 10 minute tube ride to all the great tourist attractions of London! Including buckingham palace and the houses of parliament. I would recommend staying here to anyone thinking about visiting London!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) stayed at this flat in June, 2013. The flat itself is nicely furnished and roomy. It is narrow but three stories tall so one can escape from the others staying there. The flat is clean and bright with newer appliances that all worked well. The owner, his manager and their staff were all very available to show us the place and explain everything, and for what little help we needed. The neighborhood the flat is in is blue collar and a little scruffy. We did go to a few pubs within a block from it and a had a good time- but for the most part, you're gonna leave this area to go to London city/Westminster. It is extremely convenient to 2 different lines of the underground, about 200 yards to one (Kennington) and 2 blocks to another (Elephant and Castle). All in all, if you don't mind having to take the tube to do your sightseeing, this is a very nice place at a nice price.

Just returned from staying at this flat with a friend for four nights. I would absolutely stay again! The owners/manager were very responsive to my questions before I arrived and during my stay. It was easy to get to, though it took most of an hour to get from Heathrow to the flat. It was extremely clean and well appointed, with modern finishes including contemporary artwork, glassed-in shower with rain-type showerhead). Digital cable and free wi-fi were provided, as well as a hairdryer and various kitchen accoutrements (coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster, utensils, plates, glasses...). It is about a 5-10 minute walk from the Tube station. The only potential drawback I note is that it is not handicap accessible and would be a bit difficult for people with large/heavy luggage or smaller children, given the multi-level (3-level) nature of the flat and the narrow-ish stairway between levels. The levels are: living room area on level one; bedroom (2 full-size beds), kitchen and outside deck area on level two; bedroom (king bed) and bathroom on level three. It was perfect for our needs. It is upstairs from food establishments (including a pub with live music nightly) and just down the street from a grocery. For those not used to city sounds, the traffic might be noticeable (the flat is between two busy streets), but it didn't affect my sleep at all, and I did not detect any noises from the neighboring businesses. Simply lovely.

This flat is great!. I love the design and the huge beds and large rainfall shower. It is very well equipped and my wife loved the ease of use for everything. The location is very good and really close to all parts of central London..especially our favourite walk along the river. The supermarket was very close and well equipped . People were on hand to help if we needed anything and any help, we also arrived at a very late hour and they were there to show us everything. I enjoyed being able to sit out at night with my friends on the roof terrace and share a bottle of wine.
Thank you to Matthew and Helen ...we will be back and so will our friends!

Our family of 5 adults and 2 kids stayed at London suite for 4 nights. I would consider this apartment to be in a very good location as it is between 2 tube stations and there is a tesco just 5 min walk away. Alternatively, there are also a couple eateries downstairs where you can order take away. The kitchen is fully equiped and we prepared our breakfast and dinner there. The rooms, sheets and toilet were very clean and well maintained. I used the washer for my laundries as I will be travelling for a couple more weeks in Europe but there is no dryer, i hope one can be installed for the benefit of other guests in future. Some downsides for me; the apartment is located at a cross junction, if you are sleeping with windows open it can be noisy. Secondly the stairs are a little narrow, so it's a little hard to lug your luggage especially up to the 3rd floor room. Lastly there is just one bathroom, so when it comes to using the toilet and bath, it is a little frustrating if your family is big like mine. Nevertheless I still give two thumbs up for this place and highly recommend this place for the convenience of the location and the privacy that I had.

I never write reviews but we had such a lovely 10 day stay at this flat I thought I should. The flat is very beautiful and has everything we wanted. The WIFI and satellite TV worked well, the beds were excellent and the bathroom and kitchen were very 5 Star ! We were helped from the minute we arrived if we needed anything and the supermarket was really close. The roof terrace was a lovely escape for breakfast and in the evening. London is so interesting and staying here made it really easy to do and see everything. We will recommend and come back, but will book early as they seem to be getting very busy.

A big thank you to Matthew and Helen for your kindness and helpfulness. Thank you Matthew for explaining to my wife in Spanish how to navigate London by Metro. The flat is very well designed and elegant and the bathroom is really good, the large rain shower was heavenly.
Kennington is very central in London with easy acceess everywhere. The pub and restaurants recommended were great value and very good, please visit Borough food market if you can, it is very cool.We took the Eurostar to Paris after and it was really easy to get to St Pancras with our luggage.
Being a modern family the kids loved the TV and the wireless internet, and the beds were all very comfortable. We will recommend it and stay here again.
