Cabin is in a good location between Pigeon Forge (closer) and Gatlinburg. Cabin is huge and each bedroom had it's own bathroom...it accommodated my family of 12 with ease. It was clean and well laid out. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Plenty of easy/breezy parking (we had 4 cars/trucks).
MINOR cons:
-Smoke detector in the family room went off for about 20 seconds the first morning just before 6AM. Alarm monitoring company called my cell and I told them there was no fire/smoke. Went back to bed and about 5 minutes later, the fire department showed up beating on the door. I let them in, so they could verify there was no fire/smoke...that woke up everyone. Like my own house, sometimes these types of things happen...not blaming the property mgr...it's nice to know the place is being monitored, but if I told the monitoring co there was no fire/smoke, they should have communicated that with the fire department...maybe?? I texted the property mgr to let them know what happened and didn't hear back. That was the only incident with the smoke detectors.
-Beds were comfortable, but every one of them squeaked every time you moved.
-The pool table was not level and 2 of the 4 pool cues did not have tips (3 of the 4 were short (3ft))...guy thing/wife didn't care.
-The last night we were there, we discovered that one of the bathrooms is leaking into the back of the theater room (shower). Didn't contact the prop mgr since it was our last night then forgot about it until now.

It was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Our large extended family loved the house. Having the game room allowed the kids to play downstairs and the adults could have their own area for conversations. The kitchen was roomy, but could have used an upgrade on the pots and pans. All in all a great place for our family.

We had a family reunion with 14 adults. There was adequate space for everyone. It was nice that each bedroom had a bathroom.
There could have been more silverware, though. For a place that sleeps 26, there are only 15 forks so we spent alot of time washing silverware. It was also short on kitchen towels and no dishcloths.
Be prepared to supply your own dish soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.
All things considered, we would definitely stay there again and would recommend the property to other families.

We have been coming to Gatlinburg for 15+ years and this cabin rates at the top! It is in the perfect location and the daily bear visits was the cherry on top! Beautiful cabin, well stocked and very clean! You won’t go wrong choosing this cabin.

Wonderful place to stay! Super clean, plenty of room and beautiful! The location is perfect and away from the hustle bustle! The Fall colors were beautiful, we had some visiting bears and during our down time, it was a perfect haven of relaxation! We’ll definitely stay again!

We had a group of 12 stay at this property and there was plenty of space for everyone with extra places for people to stay. Everyone that stayed with us enjoyed the cabin and all the space we had to spread out inside and out. We also got to see wildlife in the yard on several occasions.

This property is set up near the top of the mountain, which means that, though the drive up and down is challenging, it is a distinctive reminder that you're on vacation. Set in the woods it is well appointed, open from the kitchen into the living room and able to accommodate a large number of people without feeling cramped. Bathrooms in every bedroom, a Theatre room for 15, large basement with a basketball game and arcade machine. This worked well for our family and grandchildren.

Great location. Minutes from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or some of the best hikes on the north side of the park. Property is a split level with one bedroom (the bunk room) on the bottom floor, one in the middle floor (next to theater), and two on each half level above. Only one refrigerator for 24 people, so we used coolers. One bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient and we never had hot water or water pressure issues. Had a bear come through the property almost every day.

Great Experience - loved the Cabin!
We would rent this cabin again - very accommodating and great location! We did have a mother bear and 3 cubs in the yard - so renters beware this is bear country. Very convenient to visit Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Basketball game was broken, but other than that - it was exactly as advertised.

Great property. We drove a bus up the mountain which was difficult. The roads are somewhat narrow in places. The final turn into the cabin is tough in that big of a vehicle. The cabin and service were great though!

Tough road
Loved the house. Perfect for our group of 12 women. Nicely appointed. It was just a tough road up the mountain to the cabin. Road was narrow, rough, and without guardrails. Had to call about a drain pipe leaking under the sink but repairman was there within 2 hrs. One bathroom floor had an odor and had not been cleaned but the rest of the house was great.

Disappointing Experience
Given that we paid a premium price for this property we were extremely disappointed. Despite a call before arriving about the grill - we were told that there was no gas grill, but a charcoal grill was available. The condition of that grill was so poor that I would not feed my family anything cooked on it. Even after 45 minutes scraping and scrubbing - it was still not useable and forced planned menu changes. The pool table was not useable due to tears in the felt. The video game machine downstairs was not functional. The refrigerator on the main level would not make ice, and leaked onto the floor. There was a sink that would not drain in one of the upstairs bathrooms. one of the coffee makers was broken and leaked water all over the counter and floor. The alarm system was unable to be set. There were no instructions for the fireplace, nor any of the television systems. 50% of the tv remotes were broken or missing batteries. There was 1 single pack of laundry detergent, and that was the extent of the cleaning supplies. I reported these issues to Jackson Mountain Homes in the day after we arrived and was assured they would send someone out that day - we never saw any maintenance personnel.

Terrific Smoky Mountain Get-away!
We loved this property! It filled our needs with a family of 8 adults & 7 kids (9 & under)! Plenty of space for all. Loved the hot tub, the game room & the movie room! Loved having 2 family rooms to spread out. Plenty of sleeping areas & the beds were good. Nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom! Plenty of kitchen supplies (glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, general pots & pans, bowls for salads, etc. Cutting boards, knives, & cooking utensils). Bring some extra garbage bags for a group our size, extra dish soap & dishwasher pods (only 2 there which was way too few for our big group). Short on kitchen towels & dish cloths (only 2 each for the week) but we were pleased with the cleanliness, the scenery & the amenities. Be watchful for black bear families! They're delightful & came through the property on different days! It was awesome. We just quickly brought the kids inside & watched with wonder! Great property & location!!

Family fun
We had a wonderful stay. We saw a mama bear and 2 cubs. The lodge was perfect for our family of 11. The lodge was clean, nice views, located close to everything, and lots of great amenities.

Great location, met some bears
We enjoyed our stay here. A mother bear and her two cubs roamed the property freely. They tried to get into the hot-tub and climbed a nearby tree.
Cabin was great, theater room worked. We used ab apple lightning to hdmi to watch movies. The other tvs had built in Roku letting you sign into whatever accounts you had (hbo, disney etc). Bedrooms had sufficient linens and a good amount of towels.
Our family enjoyed our stay here (11 of us) and the proximity to activities was great as well.

We found a mouse in the game room and my kids could not enjoy the stay after wards
Our stay started off nice but then we quickly reazlidd the property was not as clean as we would like and also the arcade game wasn’t working and we found a mouse in the game room! My kids were so dramatized and we’re not able to go down and fully utalize the room or sleep down there

Description was not accurate
The listing stated that each of the 4 bedrooms upstairs had a king bed, that was a lie. One of the bedrooms had a double bed. I contacted management about the false listing while there and they never responded. It supposedly slept 26, also untrue. The pullout sofa beds were worse than anything I have ever seen and there were no sheets that fit the beds. The media room was a joke. Nothing was hooked up and nobody felt like spending hours trying to connect all the wires, so we could not use it. It was clean and cute, but not very comfortable.

Perfect for our Team!
This property was just right for a women’s weekend getaway. It comfortably slept 20 (i recommend air mattresses if you have more) and fit 24 in the main living area. It was quiet and peaceful with little glimpses of the beautiful mountains.

Great Property
Our extended family had a great time at Parkridge cabin! The space was perfect for our family’s getaway and we enjoyed all of the amenities like the hot tub, basketball, bunk room, etc.
The beds were as described in reviews- a little squeaky. The A/C struggled to work in the two king bedrooms up the stairs, and there is not a pantry, but still ample room in cabinets and countertops.
The theater room was one of the features we were excited about, but it was not set up in a way that we could use it. The five remotes only had two total buttons working, to power the tv on, and to change the channel.
Even though all of the features were not perfect, we had a great time at the cabin and everyone loved our trip! Thank you!

Great floorplan!!
Cabin was perfect for our large family. Bathroom in every bedroom, bunk bed room for the kiddos and multiple levels gave us flexibility to setup everyone very well. Sound does travel very easily so recommend a sound machine or white noise app on your phone. Overall great cabin and great location. Will definitely book again!!
