Situated in Betina town, only meters from the sea, this traditional Dalmatian old stone house was fully renovated in 2015 to offer you a perfect vacation spot. The view, the mornings, the warm evenings are just unique. This two bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. The open concept of living space offers you a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that share a ground floor together with a closed fire place, bathroom and a covered patio that extends to the garden. Spacious living room is located on the first floor together with the terrace that has divine view of the bay especially for watching the sunset and enjoying a nice glass of wine, sounds of the sea lapping against the shore accompanied by the scent of basil and lavender. Equally beautiful is the top floor that shares two bedrooms and one bathroom. To wake up with the sea view is just priceless. The villa was carefully designed and built with a special attention on the thermal and sound insulation as well as air-conditioning to make our guest extremely comfortable even on the hottest days. This eco-friendly, solar powered property with its modern facilities offers a perfect holiday experience for your family or a group of friends.
