Welcome to 323D Shipwatch in Wild Dunes Resort. This third floor condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and gorgeous oceanfront views. The Shipwatch complex also has a large swimming pool, observation deck, and children's play area.

The condo has an open floor plan fully updated with modern flooring throughout and a clean & contemporary coastal vibe. The living area contains a large, flat screen TV and opens to the incredible ocean view balcony. The dining area, which is part of the large open living space, features seating for four guests. There is a kitchen bar which hosts an additional 3 bar stools. The gorgeous, illuminated kitchen has granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded cookware and necessities.

The beautiful master suite is furnished with a king bed and flat-screen TV with cable & DVD player. This room has direct access to the ocean view balcony. The large, renovated, private master bathroom has a large, glass shower and double vanity.
The second bedroom contains a queen bed, cable TV, and a private bathroom with shower and tub combination. The third bedroom has two full-size beds, cable TV, and a private bathroom, which share access to the adjacent hallway.

Very nice property. Disappointed when we arrived that the refrigerator and freezer needed to be cleaned. There were some light bulbs burned out, but overall it was a nice place and great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, had a nice layout, great views of the ocean, easy and direct access to the beach, covered parking, and had some extra thoughtful amenities such as board games and puzzles. We visit Charleston/IOP/Wild Dunes annually and truly enjoyed our stay at this property. One small suggestion would be an upgrade on the shower head in the front Queen bedroom to one that is adjustable. We did also notice that that front bedrooms were considerably warmer than the main living area and primary bedroom. The ceiling fans in those rooms did help though. We look forward to our next visit to the Charleston area and would definitely consider staying at this property again!

Our 3rd floor condo was clean, comfy and convenient. It had a great balcony view of the beach and nice open layout. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and handy. One day of our stay was hindered by some power washing that closed the elevator but was open again later in the day. We would use the resort again!

The property and the community at wild dunes was amazing. We loved the easy access to the beach and the condo had everything we needed. If there is a complaint, it's a small one. The shower curtain on the 3rd bathroom (with a tub) was quite moldy. Aside from this small thing, we loved everything.

The condo was really beautiful but the 2 single beds are so noisy that our daughter who normally sleeps everywhere wasn’t able to sleep. We informed the management next day and they replied only 2 days after I send a reminder.. They accessed the condo without letting us know and told us the beds are in accordance to the standard. We provided them a video about the noise level an the only answer was she could have slept in an other bed (noisy as well)! We were really surprised to get such an answer for a condo that kind of price level.

Booking and checking in and out of the condo with Sweetgrass was quick and easy. The condo was very clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The only thing we could think to add would be a pantry to store groceries. Condo was decorated as pictured except for needing fresh paint badly and the ocean view was partially obstructed by a large (but beautiful) tree. There are still good views of the ocean and the tree makes the condo more private. Grounds around the condo are lovely. Building itself is a bit dated. Our kids loved the beach and we loved the location. Charleston is one of our favorite places and we enjoyed our stay here very much!

Great condo with super ocean front balcony/views. Perfect for our family. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the WiFi was a bit finicky. It would go down for no apparent reason on a daily basis, multiple times per day, and when your kids are young adults who go without internet all day at the beach, it’s necessary once back at the condo because there was little to no service unless on WiFi. The day after we arrived it was down first thing in the morning. It took us a while to figure out how to reset it. If you need WiFi to do college summer course work or need to check in with work while on vaca like we did, this becomes a problem. Don’t really care for ATT Uverse after that experience. Otherwise, the place was just as described!
